Negative experience: horrid. crazy. absurd. don’t go here.

Fantastic experience: Great experience if you have ADHD with the coolest Instructor Jose González has been patient explains everything excellent at your own pace manner, makes it easy and fun. I as a student driver behind the wheel I love how he teaches during in car private lessons and also gained confidence about when to signal and etc... Loved that versa note cool car with navigator and keyless engine.

Negative experience: Worst school ever!! ..Never did they bother to call my son for his certificate of half license so we could go to DPS and get it. Had to do everything ourselves and besides that never did they call him for the driving classes..keep an eye because after a year they charge u again $75 and and we the parents have to be there instructor's after we have paid them the 300 for the full course.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with this school. Won’t bother you with my entire story, but I went through a nightmare with DPS and there staff. Typical governmental staff… they sucks! After several visits to DPS, I decided to go to this school to just deal with my driving test. Excellent experience and was out in less than 30 minutes with my certificate that I passed the driving test (after 5 visits and more than 10 hours wasted at DPS). Definitely recommended. My little brother also went to this school and it was a great experience also. That’s 2 for 2 for my family.

Negative experience: The worst facility you can go to. They don’t have anyone scheduling anything for the students. They expect the student to be the one scheduling everything and refer them to their website which was NEVER up to date. My son was not able to get his permit in a WHOLE YEAR. We had to pay to renew his permit again. He’s already 18 and still can’t get his license because he hasn’t finished the courses because of Cazares’ poor management and inept personnel. They suggested I go pay an adult class(after I’ve already paid them $300 for their “services.”) This place is a WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Negative experience: DON’T COME HERE, 1 they are slow and never answer the phone.2 Schedule is always booked I had to go to another school. 3 Terrible service and they expect you to do everything yourself

Negative experience: So difficult to schedule drives. Nothing is ever available even if you log in at the time they say. And they never answer the phone! Horrible customer service

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! They make you pay upfront and they don’t even teach you how to drive because they expect your parents to teach you. It is also very hard to schedule a drive and call them because they never answer.

Negative experience: Not organized, they give you misinformation, hard to get a hold of someone, they didn’t contact me when the time schedule changed, just not a good experience thus far

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever!!! The instructors do not teach what the students need to know for the test, so I had to review the material with my daughter before the test. Failed to completely fill out the green sheet to take to DPS for learners permit, so I had to come back from Edinburg to mission to get it filled out. The employees were arguing amongst themselves and saying how their office was so disorganized. Finally looking forward to DL test, and of course I had had it with Casares so we scheduled the exam with someone else. Come to find out that Casares again didn’t complete the other green sheet completely. Trust me, save yourself a lot of headaches and disappointments and use someone else. I asked the employees that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they told me “you can call the owner(Casares), but they don’t care. They already have your money”. Wow.

Fantastic experience: great class I recommend going to little ceasars and pollito since stars isn't allowed. You can also sell pizza slices for a dollar everybody will buy js. Farewell ale :)

And also hating me because it motivated me to do better. I know I was your favorite student but since you didn't want to tell everyone else and ruin their feelings I forgive you. Positive experience: Cazares Driving school offeres an informative program with eloquent instructors. Recomended to anyone who wants to be a proficient driver and understand traffic laws.

Negative experience: Well I didn't like the service that they have. They have people that put a lot of pressure and when you wanna schedule a drive it takes forever and when they say"We are gonna put the new schedule times 3:00 pm" And they never so that they usually put it like 3:30 or 4:00. So bad service.

Negative experience: Don't go. My both teenagers attended this driving school in 2 years timeframe and, what a problem is to book a driving lesson!, it may take 6 months to complete 7hrs they always are booked, few cars/instructors and since you already paid in full they don't care about post-sale service . If you have the patience and time to login their webpage at 2:59pm daily basis to see if you are lucky to book your driving lesson, enroll here, besides they have rude and incompetent staff that don't understand that some people may use only one contact lens in one eye only instead both eyes, they take this as an excuse to deny my daughter, I had to bring in the prescription, horrible experience
