Negative experience: I needed a driving school for my niece who just got her learners permit and when I called I was pourly treated over then phone. Imagine getting a lesson and getting mistreated no thank you. Better your customer service!

Negative experience: Tenía cita para examen práctico de manejo, y si no llamo, no avisan que no van a hacer la cita por tema de papeles y permisos de ellos. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Me hicieron perder el tiempo.

Negative experience: One of the driving schools that regularly terrorize my neighborhood conducting their "exam" on my block and driving back and forth and generally making my neighborhood feel more unsafe. Picture evidence, this is where they will bring you, to a dead end street in a family neighborhood. Why give these people your business? What if this was your neighborhood?
I think terrorizing is a very strong word and incorrect term to describe our services. We are certified by the state of Florida to conduct these exams in "your" family neighborhood. You can always take your concerns and frustrations to them maybe they can help you solve them.
