Fantastic experience: I was told by lots that drivers Ed was going to be very boring. I knew on day 1 I was genuinely going to have a good time. Props to Jack, Matt and Pat for making drivers Ed actually enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: A lot of people say that drivers Ed is a terrible experience and that you should dread it but Jack and Gary made it so much fun. The 30 classroom hours were fun and engaging. They did a great job teaching and making it fun for us kids. Would totally recommend to anyone reading

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR TEST HERE Went here for the driving test the old male instructor asks if i know anyone who died in a car crash i say yes he then continues to make morbid jokes about my friend who passed away making me feel extremely uncomfortable and violating my passed friend for the whole duration of the test.

Positive experience: I took their Driver's Education class over zoom and while the classes were long and tiring, the instructors Jack and Gary were very fun. They structured the class very well and made it an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: The class courses are pretty good! The teachers were kind, good, and know exactly what it is they’re doing. The information taught was pretty clear and straightforward, and does help a lot with eventually getting a permit and driving in general. I recommend teens going to this place for driver’s Ed classes

Fantastic experience: I completed Driving School at Triad with Jack and Gary and had a great experience. They made the 30 hours as fun as they could be. They effectively covered all the material and thoroughly explained everything. They did a great job making the course engaging even though it was virtual. Overall, I was pleased with Triad and would recommend it to other aspiring drivers. Also, as a side note, their constant bickering serves as great entertainment!

Fantastic experience: Taking triad was the best decision my parents and I have ever made. Although they were online lessons, I was satisfied with the pace and set up of the classroom. I extremely recommend triad to everyone.

Negative experience: It is hard for people with dislixyue, ADHD, and other learning disabilities like me. I can't properly pay utenchen because of my pane to it is dificlet to fallow along. I hope this helped .

Fantastic experience: Triad Driving Academy provided a wonderful service training me with adaptive driving equipment. Renee Johnson was very knowledgeable and professional in guiding me through the whole process, highly recommended!!

Negative experience: This driving academy is in the same plaza as a small children’s indoor play space. On multiple occasions I have seen their academy cars driving way WAY too fast in the parking lot - a parking lot small children are frequently in. Whether it’s the students or the teachers driving the car I am not sure, and it doesn’t matter as either way it’s completely unsafe and inappropriate.

Fantastic experience: My son had an excellent experience at the Triad Driving Academy. The instructors were friendly, helpful, funny, informative and very knowledgable. The instructors really did a great job teaching the kids all the information they need to know. I would definitely recommend Triad to anyone looking for a driving school.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Triad. They went out of their way to help to help a refugee get his license and provided excellent road instruction and guidance tailored to his needs.

Negative experience: I tried to book online behind the wheels classes for my daughter since they opened again back in beginning of July. My husband lost his temper and hung up once on the person I believe is the owner. After that I tried to book or talk to her and she yelled at me and had me know that she will do it everything in her power to make it more difficult for my daughter to get her license ... my husband wasn’t right to hang up on her but I expect a little more professionalism from Well, I still stand for all I said because it’s the truth . Don’t be a coward to respond after 3 years. Move on and make things better.

Fantastic experience: Both my kids had excellent training here (2018 & 2022). Triad taught them how to drive and what to do in any eventuality. Their lessons were thorough and memorable. No problems getting driving time pre or post Covid. Over the years, both my kids have recalled and put to use emergency training received from Triad. They cover so much more than the basics, and as a parent, I am thankful. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I completely agree with that other review I saw- it is so hard to get an in person driving spot. If I knew this before I would not have paid the extra 500$ for in person lessons. Everything is so much more expensive than I thought and I paid for it myself in my senior year of high school :/ I wish I went somewhere else. Also keep in mind that it is a $75 fee if you miss an appointment which I did not know, I understand they do have to charge a fee but $75!!

Negative experience: Watch out for a strict instructor named Jim…he kicked me out of the Triad driving car 40 seconds in of the session..because I canceled a appointment..I was gonna file a complaint but my parents told me not to. Super ridiculous. Go to a place where the instructors are patient & kind

Negative experience: My son had a great experience with the classroom portion of the program, but it is nearly impossible to get driving time. We are nearing the 6 month mark and he only has 4 hours driving (he needs 12)...there are never any times available. Also, I have to reset my password every time I log into the site, which is very annoying. I do not recommend Triad, simply because you can't get any driving time. I'm very disappointed in this program and I will not have my younger children attend this driving school.

Negative experience: Can't book behind the wheels times at all. They are unresponsive to phone calls and email. Their website is archaic and poorly designed and optimized. There program is fine but the high stress of trying to get driving hours in is simply not worth the price. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Tried registering my daughter on my iPhone and it just did not work! THE WORST registration process ever. Sent email to office no response. Beware.

Fantastic experience: We had our 2 boys train at Triad Driving Academy and were very happy with the process and the results! It was certainly a challenging year, but Triad communicated well throughout the COVID crisis and was very responsive, particularly Shauna, in doing the best they could to finish behind the wheel training and set up license tests! Frankly, I even enjoyed the parent class, found it really informative, and could see the genuine concern and the seriousness for which they take this important "right of passage" of our teenagers. Thank you all at Triad for the thorough, professional, and critical service that you provide for our kids!

Negative experience: A recent accident by a student driver at a 4-way stop in Beverly, and admitted wrongdoing by the teacher, is now being blamed on the innocent driver who was hit broadside in the middle of the intersection!! The teacher did not want the police called, stated he should have applied his breaks and it was their fault, obviously lied to the administration, as they are going after the driver who was hit! Corrupt administration...always ALWAYS call the police if you are in an accident with them!! A NEGATIVE rating, due to endangerment of the student drivers and false claims!! What are they teaching the children??

Fantastic experience: Jill was extremely helpful at Triad. Any questions we had, or anytime we needed to make a change to an appointment, or find a time to fit one in, she was always very helpful and positive.

Fantastic experience: Both my children went through Triad. They both enjoyed the classes as well as their driving instructors. Everyone in the admistration were friendly attentive and very helpful. Jill rocks!!!! The information given about texting and driving and distractive driving was so well done. Both my kids put the phone either in the glove box or in the center console. I and my children felt confident behind the wheel and still do. Thank you for everything

Fantastic experience: I went to driving school here and loved it! All of the behind the wheel lessons weren’t canceled like some other driving schools! The driving instructors were very friendly and patient! 10/10 recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I completed the Driver's Education Program at Triad and had a great experience! Everyone was incredibly respectful and professional, and I passed my RoadTest effortlessly. Scheduling my lessons was so easy and I loved their online system. I would highly recommend for any new drivers.

Fantastic experience: My first three kids went thru TRIAD and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Great teachers and informative for the parents class. My last child will be there this spring/summer.
