Fantastic experience: Very good driving school! I passed my test in 2 tries because of this school and I think the pricing is very fair in comparison to other schools.

Positive experience: I wouldn't give this a 5 star because I don't believe perfection exists, but this is really close. So I recently went here and had both Eddie and Chris as instructors. I had to switch to Chris as Eddie couldn't make it to my final driving session, but it's okay. Both instructors were amazing, guided me through what to do in certain situations, and overall had a pleasant experience. Eddie told good jokes and small talking with Chris was the best thing ever as it really takes your mind off how scary driving can be. Highly recommend this place. A couple months later: So thanks to those 2 I passed my driving test almost a week ago. Best part is I nearly passed with a perfect score (2 points marked off) all thanks to Chris and Eddie for teaching me and getting me used to the road

Fantastic experience: We used this school for our older son in 2021 and he was paired with Warren. We loved him so much, I signed up my youngest with Warren when it was his turn. Warren is very easy going and makes the kids feel at ease. His course is challenging but I think it brings out the best in your kid and gets them ready for the real world of driving. Their prices are comparable to other driving school and fair. Thanks again Warren for preparing my child.

Negative experience: personally i had a decent experience although my instructor was kinda passive aggressive. my friend was looking for a driving school so i suggested her the lessons i took and i’m strongly regretting my decision. her instructor, warren, made inappropriate jokes and comments and was very unprofessional, also asking her to stop at del taco and pick up other students when HE was late to her appointment. she’s told me about it and i feel horrible for having suggested these lessons. I’m sure not all of the instructors are this way but regardless i feel this shouldn’t happen, especially at an institution partly working with minors.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Great staff!! Great instructors!!! Thank you, Eddie, for helping me obtain "the key to independence". My experience with A to Z was superb! They went above and beyond to help me book a last minute driving test. They provided a vehicle and instructor (licensed driver) to "check in" at the DMV. Eddie was kind enough to give me a quick "brush up" lesson and pointers on the way over.. Prior to that, I had hired their services late 2022. As a nervous "newbie" behind the wheel at my 30 years of age, I needed to build confidence and get comfortable on the road. Eddie did that. He made everything easy. His humor kept me at ease. Upon our last lesson I was left feeling more comfortable, and knew what I needed to work on. A few weeks later I purchased a car and practiced. Days, weeks, months of practice.. Today, I became a licensed driver! I never thought the day would come. Thanks again, Eddie. You have no idea how life changing this is.

Negative experience: I didn't want to leave a review out of fear of one of the instructors speaking badly abt me to other future students but a friend almost booked a session and i really rather they find someone else because one of the male instructors was kinda unprofessional. He spoke badly abt past students who left bad reviews. Guilted me into driving him into a drive thru more than once. Made me drive a past student to the hospital to visit family. Made inappropriate jokes abt me bcs quote "you're older so I can make these jokes" and made slightly racist comments on Latinos. He was kind of good but I can't excuse these actions and I don't want anyone to go through what I did.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend A to Z Driving School, not only for obvious reasons of affordability and a company that works with your schedule to offer lessons that work on your time schedule, but driving I learnt is more then simply getting behind the wheel and driving. I learnt technical instruction that explained carefully what a DMV Driving Instructor is looking for so you can pass that test successfully and obtain your license, but why its important to know these things, that will serve you in the long run to becoming a good driver. Warren, my instructor at A to Z Driving School was always punctual, professional and most of all encouraging. At the end of each lesson we would go over my progress, what had been achieved and areas to work upon. I am very glad I choose A to Z Driving School and I believe if you select them too you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: A to Z Driving School, come here if you are a beginner and need help to learn how to drive, the people are very friendly and they have great instructors! I have been taken lessons with Warren which is a very good instructor and have patience with his students, his way to explain is very nice and easy to understand. They teach you everything you need to know before the exam, I just pass mine so I'm sure you will pass yours too with the help from this school!

Fantastic experience: I really love this driving school especially because of my driving instructor Warren who is very helpful and patient with me while I’m driving. Driving really makes me nervous but he does his best to reassure me about it and his teaching methods are very good methods. I learn more and more and remember more and more with each lesson. He is also not only a great teacher but a person with great energy.

Extremely professional, exceptional price, and most important the best driving instructor Chris. I can honestly say I would not have passed my DMV drivers test without him. Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.. People working here are not professional, only like to communicate through text once you pay them, they won't schedule you. they gave me hard time each time I tried scheduling my training when I objected they asked me to cancel

He is an awesome instructor for first-time drivers— very patient, lighthearted with constructive criticism, and teaches in a creative way. Cindy is wonderful with scheduling lessons and is very accommodating. I would highly recommend this driving school!

Fantastic experience: A to Z Driving School was incredible and everything I wanted from a driving school. The scheduling was immensely convenient, and I was able to get my lessons anytime I wanted within two weeks. Then, despite my nervousness, Chris quickly taught me the basics and provided everything I needed. Chris also made great conversation and did his best to ease any nerves I had. He helped me to do my best and have fun at the same time. The Car was easy to use, responsive, clean and safe. I’m not sure if this is standard, but it had mirrors and brakes in the passenger side, which helped me feel safe, even though Chris tried to use it as little as possible. I one hundred percent recommend A to Z Driving School.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Edwin for helping me pass my driving test. After 2 trials of failing I finally got the best instructor. He makes you fill confident and he is patient. At the Dmv he kept telling me to keep calm he was sure I could make and yes I did.

Negative experience: Beware of upcharges not listed in the fine print. I purchased a Groupon for 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction for my teenage son. I tried to set-up the appointment, and the lady informed me of a $75 fee not listed in the fine print of Groupon. I objected and she advised I get a refund from Groupon.

Fantastic experience: Markus was an amazing teacher. He was very patient and friendly throughout and made me feel comfortable each time I was behind the wheel. He also tested me several times, which was very useful to have a better idea on which areas I needed to focus on. He made sure I enjoyed each class and helped me feel relaxed even though I was very scared at times (new in California and at driving!). The school was very accommodating with my schedule and focused on providing good client service at all times. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: The person that I had was really good. He talked a lot, so he was quite distracting a lot of times. But he was really patient and that's what I needed. someone who will bare with me and don't make me feel terrible when I make mistakes. He let me go on the freeway on the first day. I wish that we didn't spend almost 30 minutes on the first day going over the DMV manuel because it's really something that I could have just studied myself, and it was 30 minutes of my driving time. I took a 4 hours course, and it was the right amount. I passed so nothing to complain really. I recommend A to Z especially it's cheaper than most schools.
