Negative experience: Good instructor but I signed up for two highway lessons, I was so into it but at the end I found out the car was on lane assist:// I wanted to drive the car fully by myself since the vehicle I own doesn't have lane assist feature :(

Negative experience: My wife was learning driving and he was very rude and yelled at her when she made a mistake. They need to be more patient and better teachers. She learned from a better teacher after switching to another school and got her license on the first try.

Negative experience: If I could give it zero stars I would. They scheduled a class with me 9:00 in the morning. They don’t come to UB North campus so I got in an Uber 8:30 in the morning to reach there. I get to the place and keep calling them no one answers. After waiting for around 30 mins they answered my call and started asking me why I didn’t call the day before to confirm? And later they tell me to go home and that they’ll call to schedule a class. Never got a call back or a text. They have no responsibility as a business or respect for people’s time. Save your money and time and get lessons elsewhere.

He hung up on me as i was asking for prices and said he will send me information. i didnt give him my information for him to send me any i wasnt given the chance.Very rude. Passing rate is really high with them I believe. Two of my brothers passed with them by taking just a few lessons in just one try, whereas they failed while taking lessons from other driving schools. I highly recommend this school and their service.

Negative experience: Instructor is very poor. They just want money in every step. They do not take any responsibility if they fail to provide service for road test. They do not even let you schedule your own road test because they want to charge an additional $15 just for scheduling.
