Pearwood Driving School is privately owned by Pearland residents. One a lifelong Pearland resident and U.S. Army Veteran and the other a teacher at Pearland High School. Our mission is to provide the best comprehensive and exciting driver’s education experience for teens (14-17) and adults (18+) that will equip each student with the highest level of knowledge and skills to be a safe driver for a lifetime.
We pride ourselves on teaching young drivers using the most up-to-date driver education curriculum created by AAA and approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.

Fantastic experience: Roger at pear wood could not have been more helpful with taking our road test. We had some paperwork issues with the online drivers ed program and he contacted them for us and ultimately resolved the issues. Big thank you to Roger and Pearwood Driving School!

Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with the staff and driving instructors at Pearwood Driving School . Our daughter was well prepared to drive on her own, and truly enjoyed her instructors. I love that she comes home full of information to help us brush up on our driving skills that has been absorbed from her driving instructors. I would recommend Pearwood over any driving school in the area. We have had experience with a different school in the past, and this one was the most positive experience! Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with these instructors teaching my daughter to drive! They were very nice and taught her what she needed to know. I had the most anxiety just thinking about this process because I don’t personally love driving but they made it so easy and I’m so happy to have a new driver in my home!

Fantastic experience: My son enjoyed the school - the online course, the driving hour sessions, the online portal, the road test, and the assistance with applying for his learner's permit and finally his driver's license. Stellar customer service with friendly, professional staff and good teachers. Location is clean and convenient. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great school and great driving instructors. Roger is great and Kayden enjoyed his first drive with the school and learned new techniques and was excited to tell us about them upon picking him up. We highly recommend Pearwood. Scheduling drive times was very easy and there are alot of time slots to choose from especially for households where both parents work.

Fantastic experience: Parents if you want great customer service and instructors to be there for you and your child, Pearwood Driving School is the place. There is nothing I would change. My son enjoyed everything about the class and instructors. My son recently did the road test and received his license and I feel confident that he is ready because everything he has learned from here.

Fantastic experience: It was very educational and fun when you socialize. I was bored at first, but when I talked to the people around me and just shared laughs and joked around. Then we were learning and having fun doing so. Sometimes I believe the best way to learn is to also have fun too.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Roger is a great driving instructor. I had gotten my permit over a year ago, but had been too scared to actually drive and operate a vehicle. He is really patient and reminded me with what I needed to improve on. He showed me the course for the road test, and thanks to his instruction, I passed on the first try! Thanks to Pearwood, I finally got my license today after over a year of putting it off. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Roger is an amazing instructor. He is patient and gives me valuable tips when I was driving. When I took my first adult driving practice (on wheel) I was soooo scared, I used to drive very slow (25-30 miles/h) and i made a lot of mistakes. I learned how to drive faster and better I am sure that whoever can learn how to drive correctly with MR. Roger as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: Roger is an amazing instructor. Very patient, understanding and he makes you feel comfortable as if you've been driving with him for a long time. He has a very calm spirit which essentially allows you to be calm while you're driving with him. He's very informative and I appreciate all the tips that he gave me while driving.

Fantastic experience: My son recently completed the classroom instruction part of the driving school. Each night he would come home excited about what he had learned and eager to go back. I can't say enough about how nice and professional both Heather and Roger have been from start to finish. Tonight, he started the "behind the wheel" instruction with Antonio and again I heard nothing but great things and how very nice he was during the lesson. Fantastic experience: Great teacher. He taught me with lot of patience. He went above and beyond to make sure I understand every step of driving. Roger is great instructor because he teaches according to student's ability. I was able to parallel park within second time of practice with him. He boosted my confidence. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: These people are so nice and accommodating! My nephew took one the teen driving class and hands down Heather is super awesome, she went out of her way to find us a spot at the Rosenberg dps this week and my nephew got his learners permit.
