Fantastic experience: Loved it a lot. Ms. Dee is a very understanding woman and will go over everything more than once really over four. She would make jokes but get the job done very fast. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. It is also a very safe and comfortable environment and the man and woman, sorry can’t remember the name, makes sure of it. 10/10 would recommend get your money’s worth.

Fantastic experience: My daughter did her driving class here back in May and OMG, Rosalyn has to have the best staff including Mr. Ron. I was so at ease and everyone was very professional and understand. You can tell that Rosalyn was and is an educator because she truly cars about these children.

Fantastic experience: I love rules of the road i had a great time there Ms.D is the best teacher she makes sure that you understand each one of the power points also she makes sure you get all the correct information so you can pass you’re test She also broke down each of the Power points she even went over it more then once to make sure you’re getting and understanding of it Ms.D made everything easy also the other staff where nice and kind l recommended this driving school .

I took a 14 hour course I definitely passed it I would definitely come back if I need to and yalll are the best!!! Have the best driver instructors they are friendly and patient with me!! It worth the wait and money here. Keep up the good work and I’m working hard on getting this drivers license as a first time driver

Fantastic experience: I attended over Labor Day weekend and it was very informative. Mrs D is very descriptive and kind, she made sure that whenever we decide to hit the road that we know everything! The staff are beyond helpful and overall, it’s a great environment. I really recommend if you want a REAL understanding of the road for an adult or a teenager.

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended their school over the break. They did an excellent job. We’d already practiced at home. She was able to get her permit at 15. The young lady who taught her explained everything. I’d definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming environment and the teachers there are very likable and easy to get along with. I love how they make sure we actually understand the rules of the road and don’t just go through the motion of the courses.

Negative experience: Showed up today with my grandson just like the lady on the phone told me to do, no appointment necessary just come in for 8am, did that and no one is there. They will not answer the phone so obviously if I were you go elsewhere. If you are owed the 8 hour driving portion and can’t get it done, file a complaint against them at the OMV as this school is on their approved list. Perhaps it shou Be removed.

Negative experience: My daughter attended driving class at the Monterrey Location. Everything went fine until it was time for her driving test to be schedule in order to convert her permit to a license. Contacted Mr. Ron and he was rude and unprofessional. When I told him I was calling to scheduled a driving test he replied they were backed up because so many people had already scheduled. Then I asked how long is the waitlist he said we’ll ma’am to be honest our cars are broke. They stole our catalytic converters and they were suppose to be fixed today but they’re not. So I assume this is why he’s was upset. As he’s trying to conduct business with me he stopped several times to yell at a whining toddler in the back grown. I proceeded to ask him if his school is the only school I can send my child to for the driving test. He raised his voice and begin to speak to me in a rude manner. I politely asked him not to use that tone with me and he yelled and said ma’am “I ain’t hollering at you” he then hung up in my face and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back. I’m sure he’s frustrated about the theft of his vehicle but sir you still have to maintain your professionalism with your customers. I wouldn’t send my pet over to Rules of the road all because of Mr Ron’s unprofessionalism!

Fantastic experience: They are very efficient when working with you Mrs.Dee is a very good teacher to work with she makes sure your gaining all the information you need and Mr.Ron makes the process of getting your paper work and payment quick and you don’t wait long they classes do fill up quickly so my advice if you choose to go get there early my experience though overall was amazing.. highly recommend my best friend recommended me to them and I’m glad she did!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time at this driving school. Ms.D is the best she made sure that we got all the right information. She thoroughly broke down the PowerPoints. She was amazing and the class was sooo easy Ms.D made the class very easy and fun. The other staff are also very welcoming and very nice. I highly recommend this driving school. Ms. D was an amazing teacher and I don’t know how I could have gotten through these classes with out her!! She made sure every student understood! She made it very welcoming and fun. They give opportunities, and try to provide what you want, such as ordering domino's for students and bringing it to the school. Very good people, you could trust them, and both your kids with them.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rules of the Road on Monterrey! Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly and professional. The teacher was thorough in her instruction. I have no doubt that our daughter is confident in what she learned there. This will be #1 on my list of recommendations for driver’s ed.

Fantastic experience: This driving school is a first class business. The owners and staff are pleasant and friendly. The teachers are personable and provide all that is required to ensure the students learn the "rules of the road". We are very pleased with the results of the lessons. I highly recommend this driving school if you need to learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: Great school at a reasonable price. Ms. D is awesome. She goes over all test questions and what you need to know. If the class is small you can finish in about 4 and half hours.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at rules of the road llc. The instructor of the class was very professional and she wasn’t about to let anyone in the class fail. Class was roughly about 4.5 hours and they went over all test questions and you received a study guide as well as freedom to ask questions. I would 100% recommend this school. We had some good laughs and is well worth the $400.

Negative experience: I haven’t been able to contact anyone from this location for 2 days on the phone nor at the building during their office hours
