Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Vargas driving school to anyone that wants to pass their driving test. Everyone there is super kind and respectful. Super grateful for my instructor Jose for helping me pass and feel comfortable behind the wheel and also for being an overall great, genuine, caring and patient person.

Fantastic experience: Gracias a Vargas Driving School. Sobre todo a Jose, recuerdo mi primer dia detras del volante y como salieron mis lagrimas; por que para mi manejar era una fobia. Y conoci a Jose; quien se convirtió no solo en un instructor sino tambien en un terapeuta y un amigo. Tuvo la paciencia y la empatia que yo necesitaba para lograr mi meta de mi licencia de conducir. Aun cuando yo cometia errores nunca puedo decir que Jose me hizo sentir mal. Siempre con su empeño a que yo aprendiera. Indeed, I have a lot of experience in driving but that did not prevent me from failing the road test in New York because I lacked self-confidence in this new reality. Thanks to Vargas Driving School, I finally found this confidence that I lacked to pass the road test. To all, I recommend this School which does an exceptional job in the field of driving.

Fantastic experience: As my first time obtaining my Driver’s license (as of today), I can surely say that José (My primary driving instructor) is an excellent guide on the road. He has given me and provided me with remarkable road feedback, as well as being able to allow me to express my road insecurities. I was able to not only build trust with him but also to develop that trust along my new driving skills. I will surely recommend others to him at this agency. Feel free to book a lesson with him!

Fantastic experience: Prepared me perfectly for my road test, and helped get my drivers license at just 16 1/2. Great staff and great instructors. Carlos was my instructor and made sure I was ready for the test by helping practice whatever I felt like I needed.

Fantastic experience: I failed my first time, not because the instructor didn’t teach me well, but because I did the wrong thing during the road test and I took full responsibility of my actions. I still came back to Vargas because I learned so much with my instructor, and knew that I was going to pass and which I did. Here, they really care for the students and show them the importance in driving correctly. Thank you Vargas Driving School.

Negative experience: Why do they like failing people for no reasons instead of helping explaining. I MIGHT NOT be part of the school but I know plenty of people around the area telling me the same complaint, when is not that they don't explain to the students, they don't interact with them, is like they just walls and treat them incorrectly. When you spend hundred and hundreds of dollars for them not to even give you a tip NOTHING.

If your thinking about doing any service with Vargas book it without a doubt I personally had a great experience with my driving course ,My instructor was Carlos best instructor hands down I wouldn’t have asked for a better experience I’ve learned everything I need to know from road etiquette too driving safely and correctly under the law.Well worth the money ,would highly recommend at any cost.

Fantastic experience: The Best Driving School and the instructor Raul!! No hay mejor escuela de manejo en el área que Vargas Driving School! El maestro de manejo RAUL fue mi instructor, q con suma paciencia y esmero en pocas semanas me presenté al examen con su ayuda y de una vez obtuve la licencia de manejo. Muchas gracias a él y al personal de la oficina muy amables y comprensivas las chicas en cada momento q llamé y necesite ayuda me atendieron muy bien!

Fantastic experience: I came in after failing the test from the previous school. I started taking classes with Jose and he was incredibly helpful. He taught me a lot of skills that I didn’t know and made me feel confident in my driving. 10/10 would recommend taking classes with him.

Fantastic experience: I was someone who went in with no experience in driving, my instructor was Jose and he was an excellent teacher. I purchased 6 classes and he made sure to teach me everything i needed to know when it comes to the test and also driving safely. With jose guide i passed my driving test on the first try and its all thanks to his teachings.

Fantastic experience: They have been nothing but helpful with what I needed to do in order get the driving lessons. The driving instructor was nice and taught me how to drive defensively since the area around it is more difficult than the test location itself. Pass the test on the first attempt. Just remember he minor details of looking at your blind spots while driving, parking, and u-turning in a safer environment for the test. Highly recommend this location if you intend to drive for the first time, or relearn to drive in the U.S.A. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I want to start off by saying thank you to all the staff who have been extremely helpful, friendly, and caring throughout this process. Just took my Road test on Friday September 2nd and I passed. I took 7 classes with José the best, kindest, and most patient Instructor I have ever met. I have anxiety and I didn't think I could do it and I did. He always motivated me and gave me the confidence I needed to excell in my driving skills. I will forever be grateful to him and all the staff at Vargas. Thank you thank you Vargas staff and to everyone else reading this please take your driving classes here. Greatly recommended. Plus the prices are much more accomodating than other Driving Schools around the area believe me. May this school always excell and may all the students get their license as hoped. Negative experience: The absolute worst driving “school.” Never scheduled things right, HORRIBLE communication that costed me my time, the instructor didn’t teach me anything helpful for my exam. A MESS!!! This is a warning: Please save your money. If I could: 0 Stars! La peor "escuela". Nunca programé las cosas bien, comunicación absolutamente HORRIBLE, el instructor no me enseñó nada cosa que ayude para mi examen. Una catástrofe!!! Esta es una advertencia: Por favor, ahorre su dinero. Si pude ría: Cero estrellas!

Después de cada clase los instructores me informaban del progreso que mi hijo hacia. Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en otra escuela del área donde el instructor contestaba llamadas telefónicas durante la clase y además muy impuntual.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for 12PM and after waiting for 50 minutes they said the car was going to arrive in 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk tried telling me the appointment was at 12:30PM which is not true according to my receipt. The service is terrible and no one seems to know what is happening. I would definitely avoid this place at all cost. When I scheduled the appointment, the lady on the phone told me repeatedly that my appointment was at 12PM. I asked her to confirm because she sounded unsure. She confirmed 12PM. There were no updates about the situation until a very kind man came out, (I’m assuming Mr. Vargas) and asked me how long had I been waiting. He was the one that made the lady behind the glass give me an update. And the lady behind the glass said to me that my appointment was at 12:30PM, (which wasn’t), even though it was already 12:50PM. Still not the time my lesson was scheduled. Correct, I was never your student because I never received the 1 lesson package I had paid for. While I was waiting I saw a few people come in and being treated poorly by said lady. If you choose to attend this “school”, don’t let them treat you like they are doing you a favor. They are there to provide a service and you have rights as a customer.
