Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Double Wing Driving School, and I highly recommend them, especially for international students in Eau Claire. My instructor, Bryant, was incredibly patient and kind. He never yelled or made me feel nervous behind the wheel, which really helped me stay calm during lessons. With my international driver’s license, I was able to complete both the written and road tests within 7 days, and I passed! Bryant taught me all the basics I needed for the road test, like parallel parking, making Y-turns correctly, and the essential driving rules. Even when I made mistakes, he remained supportive and helped me improve without making me feel stressed. The pricing is very reasonable, and despite Bryant’s tight schedule, he managed to find time for my lessons. I contacted them after passing my written exam and only had five days before the road test. He still fit me in for practice, provided valuable tips, and let me use their vehicle for the test. Another great thing is that if you're a student at Eau Claire University, their location is convenient. They’ll even pick you up from the upper campus, so you don’t need to worry about transportation. Thank you, Bryant, for all your support and the confidence you gave me. Negative experience: I passed a Double Wing Driving School LLC car at five thirty in the morning with the back window completely covered in snow and the taillights not cleaned off doing 35 mph in the passing lane .of a 50 MPH zone. I proceeded to pass them in the slow lane. How can this person teach our youth how to drive when they clearly dont know how to drive and they are breaking the law themselves. Zero stars from this parent. We are looking for a driving school for our 15 Year old daughter. I will be searching elsewhere.

Negative experience: Witnessed one of their cars, presumably with a student driver, make a u- turn on Hwy 12 and McCann at 5pm in a 45mph zone. The car had to slightly over correct to get out of the lane of a rapidly approaching pick-up. I get that this is a skill to be learned but not at that intersection at that time. So dangerous.

My young driver appreciated having drives with people from schools across the Chippewa Valley and enjoyed working with Double Wing overall.

Fantastic experience: Bryant Brenner and Double Wing are the best option for drivers education. We have tried a few different schools with older children and this the best. They are accommodating and flexible. We feel our young drivers are more than prepared for the behind the wheel exam and to be safe drivers. We highly recommend Double Wing.

The drive times are very flexible to ones schedule. Great place to send your kids for drivers education.

Fantastic experience: My second driver has just been thru Double Wing Driving and I will definitely be sending my third when she is old enough. Drivers Ed permit classroom work is done online at your students pace, and your paperwork emailed to you so they can get a permit with ease. Your driving time is scheduled at convenient times for your students schedule, they are picked up at your home and can even be delivered to work or other places if needed after. Bryant is a patient and cheerful teacher. My students always came home feeling confident and proud of themselves after their lessons, and even correcting my driving and lack of blinker use! I definitely recommend Double Wing Driving as the school to have your student get their license.

Fantastic experience: You should use Coach Brenner. Over the years he has proven to be a very skilled driver who gives his students clear and concise directions. He has a very calm demeanor, always patient and kind. My son developed so much confidence behind the wheel even before he got his license. Scheduling BTW was so easy and seamless because Coach Brenner respects other people’s time as well. This has been a pleasant experience my child will carry the rest of his life. I would say go ahead and book with Coach Brenner right away.
