Negative experience: Bad driving school, they want you to get your license but don’t put the effort in teaching you, the instructors just wanna get paid and want the lesson over with, wasted my money just to fail, professionalism is terrible as well, just gonna go to another driving school. And i am definitely on the file, the instructors just get high and don’t teach you, they just let you drive, while they are on their phone.

Fantastic experience: Wow service right here. I had failed my road test while taking many and many classes at another driving school, I had given up already and passed by this school, decided to have a few classes and let me tell you. No games when teaching, Ralph? And Jonathan will teach you like you are taking the road test with the exact commands and direction, I loved it. They also use the check list DMV use to grade you at the road test, suggest you to watch YouTube videos and tell you the points you need to work on, thats commitment as instructors. Today I passed my road test and got my license. Great job Beauty and Beast, blessings.

Fantastic experience: The short of it is that this a truly special establishment. Chances are that if you're looking into driving schools, you'll be willing to read a bit. Here's the long version of things: Contacting the company is simple. Inquiries are answered professionally and knowledgeably; Carmen and company have been around for years and it shows. When I called, I spoke to Jonathan over the phone. I had very simple (borderline asinine) questions but he answered with total professionalism. Right away, I felt as if I'd be in the right hands. As of now, the 5-hour pre-licensing courses are all done through Zoom. It's a pretty straight-forward experience. I believe they only offer those on Sundays, but feel free to ask. The certificate is usually ready two days after. BBDS's folks tend to a lot of services, with taxes and driving lessons being the big ones. From what I can tell, none of their services suffer despite their versatility. They're incredibly hardworking people, and insofar as getting one prepared for a road test, they truly care about their clients, safety and overall the experience of teaching. I basically came in starting from zero, and in my excitement I couldn't gauge certain things like speed control or when and how to turn the wheel. By the last day of my lessons (7 total) I feel totally at ease. Certainly enough to pass. My instructors were Alex and Jonathan. Both of these men feel like friends on the passenger side, though as a plus, they also have a wealth of knowledge that they try to pass on to you in an easily digestible way. Putting it simply, you WILL learn how to parallel park and do a 3-point turn/K-turn/Broken U-Turn to perfection if you're willing to listen and learn. The package prices are a bargain for the kind of service you receive. They're a rare sight in our community where though relaxed and approachable, they're masterful in their trade and genuinely care about what they do and how they do it. The shop is a bit small and provides outdoor seating, but don't let that deceive you. Carmen, Maria and everyone else is a powerhouse. The place is also very clean and maintained well. The school will reach out to you about upcoming lessons. Typically, it's favourable to try and schedule them so that you take the bulk of them in the days leading up to your road test. The lines of communication are always open, from over the phone to behind the wheel. It's the perfect environment and set of conditions to learn within. I wasn't asked to leave a review, but I figure good service deserves to be praised. That's even truer for the excellent service Beauty and the Beast Driving School provides. Fantastic experience: I went for my driving school. I live 30 minutes from here. But it was worth the travel. They really help you and have great techniques to help you with the exam. I thank God I came across them. With them I finally got my license.

Negative experience: Incredibly rude! This is the worst experience I've ever encountered. I'm not sure how this business has more than 4 stars. If less than zero was possible, that would have been my rating. I also never take the time to leave a review, but I'm very surprised at their lack of professionalism. I decided to pay for my 45 min driving lesson with this business and showed up on time at their location. Once I arrived, I was told that I needed to wait a few minutes because the instructor had not arrived and was still on his way. I waited about 15 minutes before asking the two ladies behind the desk about any updates. One of them told me "I'm calling him now" and seemed annoyed that I even bother asking. After a couple more minutes, I asked again about any updates and the other lady by the name of Carmen told me "he's not picking up his phone, would you like to reschedule?" I told her that I never experienced this before and that I wasted my money on transportation to get to their location. She responded to me and said "That's life, it happens." Extremely unprofessional and they have no consideration for people's time! I highly DON'T RECOMMEND unless you don't mind waiting for the instructor to "arrive" and wasting your time. If you are looking for a horrible experience, this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I'm preparing for my road test and so I've been taking lessons and came upon this school and decided to gave it a try. I have to say that Jonathan is awesome!! He made me feel so confident while driving. I felt like I was just riding around with a friend who was also teaching and guiding me. He gave me tips and tricks to make me better at driving that i know ill remember. Ill definitely come back for a refresher lesson after obtaining license. No complaints.

Fantastic experience: Really great place to learn to drive, notary, etc. A lot can get done in this place. I literally completed my 5 driving lessons within a week and passed the driving test on the first try. Both driving instructors were really helpful, professional, and calming to be with when driving. They let you know great tips on learning how to drive and how to pass. I don’t usually rate places but I had to shout out beauty and the beast driving school, Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Before my sister recommended me here I had failed my road test twice after attending Jerome Driving school. I had lost all my confidence and thought I would never get my license. I came here got a free lesson since I got recommended and did a package for 3 lessons+1 5hr class and Rd test Appointment&Car. First 2 lessons was the with the female instructor, I believe her name was Luz or something like that. She’s was alright but I still didn’t feel prepared or comfortable for my exam and figured I needed more lessons. I added 2 more lessons but chose to do them with Jonathan which was who my sister recommended to go to in the first place. I did a double lesson with Jonathan and when I tell you this man is the F-ing beast. It felt like I had a friend in the passenger seat made me feel comfortable. The thing that I didn’t like about the female instructor was that she’ll assist you with the brakes on the passenger side quiet a bit. Jonathan had faith in me and trusted me cause he didn’t step on the brake the entire time which made me feel more in control. I literally felt like I just needed those 2 lessons with him cause I felt prepared to take the Rd test the next day if I had to. I had 2 more lessons but with the female instructor due to Jonathan going away on vaca, each one literally the two days before my road test. I used it to practice the skills Jonathan taught me and acted as if I was taking the exam. I took my Rd test at Castle Hill, I was a bit nervous cause of the rain but Carmen(Jonathan’s mom/owner) calmed me down. She’s such a sweetheart and so down to earth. Even spoke to me about her tragic accident and showed me pictures and videos. I then took my road test and passed. Thank you Carmen and Jonathan, forever grateful to find you guys. Such a friendly and welcoming environment. My license just came in and it was a wonderful feeling which I wanted to share with anyone who is considering attending this driving school. (5hr Prelicensing Class is held through Zoom for the entire duration)

Negative experience: I sent a family member here to utilize their notary services. I was appalled when they told me they had spent $30 to notarize 6 pages. I only gave them $20 because this service shouldn’t cost more than $2-3 per page. Turns out there is a service notary public can offer called an apostille. This is an additional service where a gold seal is placed on a document as a form of authenticity but it is not required for simply notarizing a document. The person I sent was unaware and didn’t know any better as they had never notarized a document. But it is not cool to take advantage of a customer and charge them more for a service they didn’t ask for or need just because you want to make more money probably because people don’t come in often for a notary public. So I would recommend you go elsewhere or even try your bank if possible as most offer this service for free to their customers.
