Positive experience: The classes are a lot of fun and go by very fast. Jess made the classes interesting and fun and makes sure that the class is rarely vapid. Definitely recommend if your looking to get through the classes and have a good time.

Fantastic experience: Cheryl was so awesome and informative while teaching her class, she also allows all ther students to participate in her sessions and share interest stories with us, i personally thiugh i could not survive a 8hrs class and that it woukd be boring but Cheryl made it fun. Negative experience: Want to give 0 star or even negative. Very bad service. The instructor was more than an hour late and when he finally came, he did not seem sorry at all for that. Would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Booked and paid for the 8 hours lesson on Dec. 17th and 18th over the phone, the lady was very helpful and answered all my questions, the nearest lesson to me from hartford was Manchester so i took it. The next day i recieved an email from the next school telling me that the lesson has been canceled due to weather conditions and i have to call them to reschedule, so i called and guess what??? They told me we have a class that will start on the 25th and 26th and its gna be in dunbury?? I told her u must be kidding me this is not acceptable i have a driving test on the 30th and the location is too far from me, she replied sorry there is nothing i can do,and if you dont like it we will return you your money. You wasted my time, you didnt even try to help me, it was easy for you to return back my money rather than showing some effort. What happened to customer service.

Negative experience: Says they're open. When you get there the doors are locked and it tells you to call for appointment. Careful you don't waste time.

Positive experience: It was a good class but I expected to do actual driving without scheduling the drives. However other than that it was a comprehensive and easier to understand class. Nichole covered a lot of useful information and expanded on topics with examples and background knowlege.

Positive experience: I liked how small and intense the learning environment was because I was able to ask many clarifying questions and answer a lot as well. However, there should be earlier classes though, from 4:30-6:30 PM maybe.

Negative experience: The lessons fill up so fast, you'll get one lesson in January and the next one in March. The Hartford office is lacking in terms of what the other offices as well. Information is not consonant between instructors. Classrooms are overbooked- weekend classroom instruction in Hartford is packed and some have to sit on the floor. Go to another school if you are in a hurry to get your license. Otherwise wait 6 weeks in between road lessons. I wont be continuing with All-Star. Took 4 months to schedule 7 lessons... and I still have one pending.

Negative experience: i gave em 1 star because that was the lowest ..my son had a day scheduled to do his 8 hours of drivers ed and no one showed up.had to loose time off work ..when i called on monday the woman was like a robot no apology at all after i explained to her how upset and disappointed i ws and i wanted a manager t call me back of course no one ever did .. dont go here

Fantastic experience: Great Experience! I wanted to learn how to drive a stick shift in a hurry. I signed up for the Manual Shift Training and had the lesson on a Monday, and three days later I walked into Bertera Subaru and purchased a 2015 WRX STI. My instructor, Dean Evans, was fantastic! By the end of the three hour lesson I had the confidence and knowledge I needed, and could not imagine why I waited 52 years to learn how to drive a stick shift. I'm happy to say that the last time I spoke with my agent at Bertera, they've already recommended All-Star Driving School to another client who doesn't know how to drive a stick shift but also has dreams of getting behind the wheel of a six speed manual transmission WRX STI. Thank you Christine, Hector, Dean, and all of the other staff members at All-Star Driving School who made this a totally fun and worth while learning experience!

Fantastic experience: All-Star was a great experience. The instructor was both knowledgeable and personable. He made it an interactive experience and was open to questions and discussion. There was a great deal of information presented, but it was not made to seem overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: All Star Driving school has been an amazing experience. The class was so fun to go to, I actually looked forward to going every tuesday and thursday. The teacher was awesome !! We learned so much and had fun:) Im actually sad I finished all the classes I enjoyed going so much. I recommend All Star to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

The instructor is very outgoing, making the classes enjoyable but informative. We don't sit there watching videos all class long, the instructor actually teaches and knows what he is talking about. Fantastic experience: I'm taking the 30-hr course and it's not nearly as boring as you would think. I know lots of schools just make you sit and watch videos the whole time but at all-star the class is actually interactive, and the instructor is very helpful and is an excellent teacher.
