Fantastic experience: I am very grateful to the school staff for their detailed explanations and help, especially considering my poor English. Incredibly friendly and helpful people, only thanks to them I got my license in one day.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the instructors and staff at Southlake Driving school. My daughter started off a relatively anxious driver, but the instructors were very patient and helpful, namely Gilly and Tim. She's now a more confident driver and has passed her test on the first try, parallel parking and all! At the front desk, Mars was also super helpful and kind. Only thing I didn't realize was that there would be an additional 30hrs of parent-instruction, beyond this program. (Not that it could have been avoided, but there were definitely times when I would've paid double for them to have done that piece, or found a way to rent the school's car with the passenger-brakes... not that this is a thing..lol). Will definitely be sending our younger daughter here when the time comes. Recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. A special shoutout to my driving instructor, Ms. Myra. She is an exceptional instructor who combines professionalism with a personal touch. Her patience and clear instructions made me feel at ease behind the wheel. I highly recommend Southlake Driving School and if you have the chance, request Ms. Myra as your instructor, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Just amazing! Very understand, helpful, and patient throughout my whole process. Would definitely recommend this school to anyone learning to drive. The only thing is… it was a tad bit pricey. $449 for really 7 hours of driving and doesn't include the test. But good overall!!

Fantastic experience: Went there to register my daughter for driving lessons and the young girl there was very helpful, set us up quickly and gave us good direction. Prices are very reasonable too. Even called last week to get info and Tim was very friendly and helpful on the phone and by email.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with this school since 2017 bringing students who are in need of road testing and are unable to meet the the timeframe the DPS allows or who are simply uncomfortable with testing at the DPS office. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Bringing much ease and reassurance especially to students who may struggle socially at communicating their emotions. Coach Nikki , Myra , and front office staff are all truly amazing!! Best Driving School Ever!! Also, very clean and organized!

I took a lesson with Myra she gave great tips to pass my test. Instructors and Staff are really nice and they don't make you feel nervous during driving test. I wish i could have found them sooner. Southlake Driving School is awesome they are very well organized.

Fantastic experience: My instructors bob & Tim were amazing!!! So helpful and guided me while being super supportive. However, Myra Parrish, another instructor, was very rude and made me so uncomfortable. But overall I definitely recommend this place, especially bob & tim who are amazing people.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Myra Parrish was phenomenal! I was very nervous to take my drivers test but once I got in the car with Myra she helped me settle in all of my nerves. She is a very friendly and kind person. I am really grateful that I got her as my driving instructor! I really appreciated all the helpful feedback that she gave me after the test. Fantastic experience: Great place & experience ! very nice ,honest & helpful ppl , i did my driving test with them , it was easy to get an appointment , my examiner was restrict but fair , patient and honest , I passed & got my sealed result, I appreciate that she explained the feedback &gave me advice before leaving the office, highly recommend

She's a jovial person, very professional and calm. I appreciate her feedback after the lesson and the timely communication during. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Southlake Driving School. My son had horrible experiences with taking his driving test at the Mega Center in Fort Worth. I called and spoke with Dale, who was extremely helpful. We were able to book a private lesson and his driving test with Nicole. She made my son feel comfortable and confident. Skip going to the DPS office to take the driving test and set your kid up for success with his test and bring him to Southlake Driving School!!!

Negative experience: Overall very average ignorant experience but this is what I would tell you if you are white then this will the best place you can visit as they will treat you very nicely and will welcome like you are their family but definitely would not recommend people of color as they already have some kinda problem towards you and would not wanna work with you but since I already paid online they unfortunately had to deal with me. Anyways great place if you are white but definitely Not a place for others.

Fantastic experience: We love everything about Southlake Driving School. Everyone you speak to on the phone is patient and helpful (and they'll find the answer and call you back if they don't know it right away), and the quality of the instruction is terrific. We were given so much useful and detailed info about the entire driver license process - from enrolling with Aceable (if that's what you choose for the permit portion), to scheduling drive-time sessions at the school, to prepping for the test and getting the license. They help you navigate a process that can be very confusing and frustrating; more importantly, the behind-the-wheel instruction provides logical structure and gives your teenager the confidence they need to become a calm and competent driver. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area - this is a worthwhile financial investment that will give you peace of mind when your newly-licensed driver heads off in the car for the first time, alone. You cannot put a price on that.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional. I wish the school were around when my two sons went through the process of preparing to drive. The instructors are patient, encouraging but tough enough to let the students know it's serious business. Great attitude, professional and kind. The staff know teenagers since most are teachers or coaches used to dealing with distracted kids. The hours are flexible, early am, weekends and the process is seamless, from start to finish. Don't go anywhere else - you'll be more than satisfied. Best experience by far.

Fantastic experience: I did not use Southlake Driving School for Drivers Ed. or for license testing due to our schedule. However, they were very friendly and accomodating. They were able help us schedule the drive test with their sister school in Flower Mound for the next day. Great communication. Thanks for your help Gabby and Rebekah.
