Negative experience: I took the course and completed it successfully but have not received my certificate via email. So I tried to call the number given but to no avail. This customer service is no good I am still waiting for a response but nothing yet. If there was a way to give negative stars I definitely would!

Fantastic experience: Moved from out of state and had a suspended license in the state I moved from. I got the fine paid and got it unsuspended, and was surprised to find out that I was required to take a defensive drivers course due to the accumulation of points from 6 years ago in the previous state I lived in to be able to get my license here in NM. This place was truly a life saver with their course. They offer an online course so I didn't have to drive 4 hours to Albuquerque. And to my surprise, it was actually packed full of very useful information that I can use on a daily basis for situations other than just being required to take it by MVD. They were also very quick to respond to any questions I had, and got the certificate sent out to me the day I finished it. Whether for MVD requirement or just to gain some very useful knowledge for driving, I would highly recommend their course.

Fantastic experience: It was really easy to understand and there was no confusion at all

Negative experience: This class is too slow. This is for online classes. The presenter needs to be more active. He basically let's the participants do the class. Presenter needs let participants be aware that their microphones are on. You can hear other people talk in the back ground. Dogs barking. Too much noise. Participants are called on when they're not on camera. Not fair to the others that are always on camera. They don't follow their rules for this program. There's more but I will stop here.
