ACCURATE DRIVING ACADEMY

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with this academy, I took my test last week and the owner was so nice and the instructor was also super sweet and patient with me! I already had a driving license from the country I come from but I also needed to pass this test to get a WA license so thank you so much! I recommend this academy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She makes you feel confident and comfortable when driving. Overall I definitely recommend coming here for driver ed classes, drives, and written.

Negative experience: I wished we checked all these reviews before WASTING OUR TIME AND MONEY. Parents/Kids do not go here. However, I see many minorities go here so I’m almost certain they are getting cheated as well. Maybe thats a bad assumption on my part but what we experienced gives it validation. SMH prices are not what it states on their website. The instructor was unprofessional. She failed my daughter but had the nerve to touch my daughter’s tattoo while driving and commenting on them. She was a DISTRACTION. Then decided to take her medication because her knee hurt. Never again will she run game on my kid. Be woke! Respectfully, a driver who has a horrible attitude and comments on someone’s tattoos while driving is unprofessional and distracting however there’s many distractions on the road. Let’s not forget how you needed to go around the corner of the building to pop some Tylenol! No need for me to stop by, my daughter is away at college, with her License. Carry on, good luck.

Fantastic experience: Took my written and driving test here a couple months ago and had a wonderful experience. The lady is so nice and helpful. So, I am back again with 2 of my friends so they can take the exams. Great they both passed and had an awesome experience. I want to tell the lady I hope she gets better I understand she fell off a 10 ft ladder and got a bunch of stitches plus other bumps. If you need help like that let us know we will come help you. You're such a nice person.

Fantastic experience: We have taken 4 of our 5 children here and will take the last one when its time. I am glad they bring dogs into the office here it makes the students less nervous before they go out on a drive. We love dogs and they know a good person when they see one. Great place to take drivers education and also the drivers test. My kids loved it that she talked to them on the drive and was not quite. She lets you know what and where to go ahead of time. Lets you know if you have done something wrong with your driving. If that is a problem you then get more practice in.

Negative experience: So, I wanna say, I recently called your customer service in order to gather some information about taking a knowledge test and my experience on the phone was not fully good, cause I called and asked some questions, and after she was done telling me some things, she just told me that "we'll talk to you later, bye bye" and she just hung up on me without asking if I had anymore questions when I did and I didn't feel like calling again after that. Can you guys please ensure not to do this to others please? I mean it in the nicest way possible

Negative experience: The instructor scheduled a drive and didn’t show up then called the next day when we didn’t show because she had the wrong date. She charged us (like $100) for it despite having proof it was her fault.

I took my written exam and was out & drive scheduled within a decent period of time , even though she was bustling around with other people. Negative experience: I went to driving academy yesterday to take my written exam about 20minutes in to doing my written, she was asking me if I was almost done… then about 5 minutes later she was rushing me saying you need to hurry and I said all I had was 18 more questions then she was on the phone in the room I was testing and her dog was barking, she was yelling at the dog to be quiet, but I just ignored them and answered the questions, I think she asked me maybe three times to hurry up. It took me a whopping 45 whole minutes to finish.. I was positive I passed i really thought I did good.. I go outside really fast to put my wallet in the car come back in and she says I missed 14 questions I was stunned i was pretty positive I only missed maybe 3 or 4 but 14!? I just left said screw it I’ll take my written somewhere else, that’s not a little rundown place and that’s professional and without a dog barking and jumping up on you!! I WANT TO ADVISE YOU TO NOT GO HERE!!

Negative experience: I took my drivers test the other day here and she was unprepared I made a appointment before hand! She couldn’t find her glasses so I did my drive (without her glasses).At the start of my drive she was rushing me and constantly looking at her watch it had only been a min or two, she told me to take a right at a stop sign, I stoped and took a right when I felt safe to do so she screams and slams her legs into the floor of the car saying I went out to late in-front of the car she had also said I didn’t come to an complete stop I know I didn’t pull out to late I know I stoped. At this point we start to head back and we get there she tells me I don’t pass we walk into the building and someone else is there saying they have an appointment 30 mins after my appointment don’t go here it’s just a big scam. She makes you never want to drive again! I would like a refund.

Fantastic experience: She is a great lady! Please don't think that she will pass you easily. She genuinely wants you to learn and be a safe driver. However, unlike other driving schools which only exist to make money she won't fail you just so that you come again and pay her again. What matters to her is that you truly know the rules and are confident about your skills. Drive safe!

Negative experience: Failed me 4 times in a row after using the wrong answer sheet and didnt get reimbursed what soever

Fantastic experience: Came here to take my written test to get my permit. Got to my appointment late (about 10 minutes) but was still allowed to take my test. Very friendly!

Fantastic experience: I went to see her for my written and driving test. I will say she is very friendly. We shared stories about our dogs and different things she even gave me some info on dog training. She let me study for about an hour right in the office and she gave me an updated book to study with because the one I had been using was out of date and I had just obtained it 3 months prior. I think for me she could have been a little more clear on her expectations while on the drive test. Also I told her that I had been in a major accident a few years back and I haven’t driven since then and that I do about 4-5 miles under the speed limit and she dinged me on the test for going to slow on Clearwater and my cruise was set at 36 and prior to that I was doing 32 in a 35. She also dinged me for my rear end being out to far at the curb though my back-up camera has measuring references and my rear end was 10” out by law I have 12”. I didn’t point any of this out though because I’m not going to argue with her. Plus I passed the test. I did mention the fact that I wasn’t illegal in the fact that I was driving under the speed limit and she said she had the ability to let it go but decided against it and she said “well you do get dinged for going to slow”. I’m not sure if she just does those kinds of things in hopes that you fail and have to pay more money or if she is just so by the book that it just always goes that way but either way, over all it was a good experience. Very nice lady. She didn’t make me use my hand signals which I was looking forward to so that was sad but again all and all I give her a A. I think for me I will bring my daughters here. For the most part She seems like she would work really well with kids.

Fantastic experience: Had both my kids signed up for Drivers Ed never had an issue. Instructor is good at what she does. Have been able to observe her in action and she is attentive to detail and teaches what kids need to learn the rules of the road. I’ve read reviews of people who failed there test and complaint but honestly if the answer is wrong it’s wrong. They don’t make the test it comes from the state. Study and then take the test! I highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: The lady who instructs here will search for anything she can and make stuff up to fail you during your driving test so that you have to keep paying to retake it. It's just a scam to put cash in her pocket. After the second time, we requested to have other passengers go in the car to verify any mistakes, and they wouldn't allow it. We ended up tailing our friend in another car during their test to witness it. When the instructor tried to fail them again, we called them out on it, and they agreed to give part of the money back. Highly recommend a different driving school that isn't just trying to rip people off.WATCH OUT!
