Fantastic experience: Clearly not after your money as compared to other schools they genuinely care about your time and your abilities to pass even if it might take some time to get there Very patient, professional and top notch, neat quality service and they do care about you practicing and learning how to drive and to get your driver license. If you want a school that cares about you to learn how to drive they will definitely help you here without judgement. Highly recommend the services provided here

Negative experience: Office staff were polite and professional but instructors had me waiting over 35 minutes after scheduled lesson time and got no apology for being late. Punctuality is imperative! Time is money! Train with them at your own risk!

Negative experience: I was a student to their school don't go there , their focus is to take your money instead of giving you the right training to pass.even if you choose the last package 40hours for $5080 they only give you one road test and they will ask you to take a little package again for more training if you fail, They only have 2 trucks in a parking in flushing 1 automatic 1 manual, they don't really have space to teach you the maneuvers they'll teach to the side of the street and they don't have enough cones. They will teach you how to do the offset only to the right and when you go to the dmv test if the examiner ask you to do the offset to the left Guest what? You'll fail because they didn't teach you how to do it to the left. I repeat don't go there. They still owe me $130 never want to give it back to me. Note: they don't really wish you to pass they want you to fail just to make more money.

Positive experience: EDIT TO ADD: I reached out to the phone number in the comment below, and spoke with Injoy. He was very understanding regarding the whole situation, and kind enough to offer a refund for the cost of the truck rental portion from my husband's package. Thank you Injoy, for your professionalism, and attention to rightfully resolving this matter. The refund was received within a few hours of discussion. I definitely recommend speaking with Injoy to clear up any miscommunication or difficulty with the woman at the front desk who takes care of the class and exam bookings. Although my husband has already moved forward with another driving school, we are grateful for the refund, so that he may put it towards his next exam. Thank you again to Injoy, for your time and understanding. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband purchased a CDL class & driving test package for Tractor Trailer training from Ayaan Driving School. During his exam the tuck was not showing to be in proper working condition, and he was unable to continue the exam due to the truck not being adequate for driving. He was told he would be able to reschedule the exam at no additional charge to rent a truck for the test, and the $40 dmv fee already paid would also be put towards the rescheduled exam. His exam was then rescheduled for a date which he was unavailable, so he requested an alternate test date, as well as a change to their Nassau County test site location. When a test date had finally become available two months later, Ayaan driving school started changing their story, and said they were not taking responsibility for the truck not working during the exam!! To reschedule the test, he would need to pay for another truck rental!! They also refused to refund for the exam portion of services not received. My husband was so upset, and felt taken advantage of. We decided to no longer continue services with Ayaan and made it clear he did not want another test scheduled through them. He then moved forward with another driving school. Luckily this new school was able to see in their system that Ayaan had in fact scheduled a test for him the following day without his consent or any notice! He was able to cancel the exam, and hoped to at least save the $40 DMV fee. However it was of course then considered a late exam cancellation. They also confirmed that if the truck was not working for the exam, Ayaan school was supposed to be responsible for rescheduling and providing another truck at at no additional cost. I do not recommend Ayaan driving school. They are unprofessional, sneaky and do not follow through. They wasted so much of my husband’s time, money and energy. Payments were also accepted via Zelle, so there is no way to dispute the charge for services not received. Go literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This school was great. I PASSED my CDL Class A w/Manual Transmission Road Test on my very 1st TIME. I did the recommended package with 20 Lessons, 2 Pre-Inspection Courses, and 1 Road Test. Driving Instructors were each very helpful in there own way to get me fully ready to pass. The 2 Pre-Inspection Courses are a MUST, they were very important and helpful, I actually took the last Pre-Inspection Course the morning of the same day of my Road Test, definitely made a difference and refreshed me on anything I needed to know for the road test. Injoy and all the staff were very patient with me, especially the ladies up front with my scheduling being so difficult because I work Mon-Fri, so they were cery helpful making sure I had all my lessons on weekends. Fantastic experience: On April 12, I took the road test and I passed in one try for this school. I’m incredibly grateful that I took a lot of time to do lots of lessons to be sure that I’m ready because it was definitely worth it. The two instructors I had is the best you can find out there at Ayaan Busing and Trucking, they really pay attention to your driving and they give you very good feedback at the end of every lesson which makes you improve to be a better driver. Also, the instructors truly pay good attention and let you know what you are not supposed to do right away if they see you did something wrong during the lesson. I never had a problem with anyone being on their phone so this school deserves a lot more beginner drivers to keep this place going. It’s truly a blessing that this school exists. Fantastic experience: 03/03/2023 he logrado obtener la licencia CDL gracias ala mejor escuela Ayaan Busing & Trucking institute, al principio pensé que era imposible poder lograrlo fui a diferentes escuelas en busca de que me enseñaran bien pero no hacían bien su trabajo de enseñarme adecuadamente ya que me enseñaban todo al mismo tiempo, mientras que pude lograr encontrar la escuela de Ayaan en esa escuela están los mejores empleados y profesores, tiene mucha paciencia y sobre todo te explican paso a paso como es el proceso y aún así te dejan tareas para seguir practicando en casa. Con esto les digo que nada es imposible si pones de tu parte y encuentras una buena escuela como la de Ayaan puedes lograrlo. Mujeres si podemos !

Positive experience: Today!, i took my DMV drove test 2/9/23 and i PASS but got 5 points perform improperly on Parallel parking " excess space or far from the curb". Good! thing this Driving Institute helps me notion how to pass, it's a good choices to take their package Driving Lesson and learn more. The Front Desk Ms. Amanda had a very good customer service, First Drive test instructor was her father of Amanda very cleared teaching and 2nd & today 3rd Drive Test Mr. Emmanuel provide me my weakness part of my Parallel Parking & techniques.

Fantastic experience: Scheduled my road test for my motorcycle license thru ayaan. Lesson was at 10 and road test was at 11:30. Injoy took me out on the lesson and helped me prepare the best I could for the test, so much that he took me to a tight little block to practice the left and right circles as well as the figure 8’s telling me “if u can make it happen here ur gna pass that test”. And that’s exactly what happened. Good ppl at that place and the experience was even better. Appreciate u guys I’ll send everyone I know there!

Negative experience: Unprofessional. They scheduled me for a defensive driving class and did not contact me to say the class was cancelled. Then they expected a payment BEFORE taking the class w/o knowing when the next class will be. Very unorganized business. I do not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: I took my driving test with Injoy and passed it my first time. He is AMAZING!!! as well as his prices. I can back to take my motorcycle license and again, passed with flying colors. It’s not just me, it’s his teaching methods and the atmosphere. I recommend anyone to him! I’ve recommended people to him in the past. I recommended a friend to Injoy’s school who had test anxiety and a difficult time passing the test, she took the test 6 times with other instructors and failed. I took her to Injoy’s school and frankly I was amazed to see how well her progress came along, I was with her during her road test today, she didn’t have anxiety AND SHE PASSED!! Beyond impressed.

Fantastic experience: Walked in on Monday and walked out Thursday with my road test results. Passed my road test in only 4 days. Instructor is very patient and teaches you all the tips and tricks to pass the road test. Money well spent and I will be returning to get my Class A soon.
