East Coast Driving School

Fantastic experience: So accommodating and professional. Both of my boys have been through their program. We live in Brunswick County and in our experience is best in New Hanover, Brunswick and Horry counties!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was really nice got to know me a little bit but also helped me be more comfortable behind the wheel and just a overall great experience!!

Negative experience: Our son finished his first driving session very upset at the attitude of the instructor. I tried to call the school but no one picked up the telephone and there is no option to leave a message. He will not be completing this drivers ed with this school.

Negative experience: I don't know how they are in business. Sent multiple emails and left phone messages. They never respond back. Don't want your time.

Fantastic experience: Taking drivers ed at East Coast Driving School was a great decision for me. I deal with a lot of anxiety especially in classroom settings and I am so glad I was lucky enough to have Ms. Tracy as my instructor at East Coast Driving School. Ms. Tracy made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the classroom. I am so thankful for Ms. Tracy and all she has done for me. She instructs the rules and driving system very well and engages with her students. Ms. Tracy schedules driving times with you around your schedule that way, it works for you. I totally recommend using this driving school for taking drivers ed. I learned so much from this course.

Fantastic experience: Great school

Negative experience: Do not bring your child here if you want them to actually get the required 6 hours of driving time done. I signed my son up for the class part in August, and he could not get in a class until October. After the 9th day in class out of 10 days, he gets told his driving lessons will not be until December. Some of the other kids received dates as late as February. This is unacceptable. If they can't handle the business, then turn people away until they catch up. Absolutely terrible business practices.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Ms. Jenn for your awesome fun classroom lessons and thank you Debbie and Tracy for also being awesome and fun on the road. You were calm, patient, and down to earth with me in the car. I can never forget this place as it was what got me my learners permit so I can start driving.
