Fantastic experience: Daren best instructor for real, he’s funny and come up with names for you. Really good driving ed school!

Negative experience: Staff is always rude, especially an older gentleman that does drives. He actually made my son not want to go back or drive again. I had 2 of my children attempt to do driving instruction through them, though both of them were discouraged from driving due to the experience there. Staff rude, dismissive, demeaning, and not all encouraging. Given the experience there, both my kids dropped out of the classes and decided to wait til they were 18 to drive. I personally believe driver's training needs to be done through the public school system and not privatized.

Fantastic experience: Just came from a driving test after so many people told me to go here because I had a horrible experience at 360 and I like to say I loved how friendly the instructor was.. now I see why people recommended you guys my instructor was super kind and helped me ease my nerves during the test, the instructions were clear and at the end showed me what can be improved on ..I had such a great experience although I didn’t pass i definitely will be coming again to do my retake with more confidence than before Thank you integrity. Definitely will recommend this place to many more. (Update! I passed my test next try thank you so much team!!! )

Fantastic experience: My oldest son attended this program and it was amazing! Now we have officially registered our Next son for his drivers ed through here aswell!

Negative experience: The driving school changed their location which did not show up on the Google maps. We were taken to their old location and thus we were late. They were completely unwilling to attempt to reschedule and initially refused a refund. The staff was quite rude and the owner was very cocky. We had to fill out a form to get a refund. We won’t be back after the way we treated. Businesses are supposed to put the customer first, and this was not the case.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had reservations about getting to drive again and having a fear of driving on the road, the team at Integrity helped me ease back to it. They are patient, passionate and very helpful. They work with your schedule and give you confidence to driving again. A very special thanks to my instructor Matt Merfeld you truly have patience, and the owner Shane Mortensen thank you for getting me back on the road.

Fantastic experience: I took integrity driving classes last spring. My instructor was Darren Church. He isn't just an exceptional driving instructor, he's a mentor who imparts wisdom that goes beyond the road. From the first lesson, Darren's patience and expertise were evident. He taught me the ins and outs of driving with such clarity and precision that I felt confident behind the wheel in no time. Darren is one of those rare instructors who truly cares about his students. He doesn't just teach you to drive, he takes the time to understand you as a person. His approach is personalized, and he's incredibly supportive, both on and off the road. He celebrates your successes and helps you learn from your mistakes, making sure you feel valued and respected. Darren's commitment to his students' well-being is evident in every lesson. But what really sets Darren apart is how he seamlessly integrates life lessons into driving instruction. He shared insights that helped me navigate not just traffic, but life's challenges as well. Darren's guidance was invaluable, and it's something I'll carry with me always. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: All of my kids received their driver education from Integrity Driving School. The staff was knowledgeable, they offered flexible driving schedules, and each of my kids passed the state test and met requirements to get their license. Thank you Integrity!

We paid for nothing You are not professional at all But when we paid you gladly got our money

Negative experience: I thought this place was good at first, but then it wasn't the third time coming here. I failed my first knowledge test here and then passed my second time, they don't tell me the scores from the second one I passed. I recently took my skills test and before starting the instructor told me to ask any questions if I wanted to know something or figure out if I am doing it right. I asked multiple questions and was ignored and told they could not answer my questions. I asked questions to see my knowledge and safety was right. When I asked a question, they ignored me and I did what I thought could be right and they immediately failed me. They are not specific about any turns and tell you to turn not even enough time to put signal on or stop correctly. They say turn to the next corner, but the next corner is either a dead end or a parking lot. They aren't really good at explaining things either. I would not recommend to do skills tests here or knowledge tests. I thought it was a welcoming place but after the first times the ladies in the front, have a bad attitude and seem snarky and I witness it the same for other people. They deleted my other review, I don't know why. Try aother place!!

Fantastic experience: Just finished drivers ed about a week ago. I was pretty anxious about my drives but having Darrin Church as my teacher and instructor made me feel more comfortable and more confident with my knowledge and experience with driving. He’s pretty chill and funny. Thank you for being my instructor Darrin :)

Negative experience: When I called to do the driving test, I asked if I could do it in Spanish and they said yes. I arrived at the appointment and the person who accompanied me does not speak Spanish. and the person who is at the reception honestly does not have kindness to attend.

Fantastic experience: My grandson just completed Driver's Ed at Integrity and it was a great experience. The classes went smoothly for him and the drive instructors he had were awesome. They were fun so they made the drives a lot less stressful. I would completely recommend Integrity.

Negative experience: Shane the owner has TERRIBLE customer service!! Yells out parents of students when they have a problem with him rescheduling for no reason other than being unorganized! Extremely unprofessional and even cussed in front of kids while yelling at parents! Shane should NOT work in customer service what so ever! Do yourself a favor and don’t put you kid in driving school here! If he freaks out like that on parents imagine how he treats the kids! And to your response Shane, my other reviews have nothing to do with the situation at hand, just shows how immature you are. Also you still did cuss whether the parent cussed as well or not you are in a place representing a business and should be able to control yourself no matter how a customer speaks to you it’s called customer service and being and adult you should look it up! Thanks for proving my point by your arrogant response.

Negative experience: I feel this place is a scam, they try to find things to fail you, so you can keep coming wasting your money. they will fail you when you cross the intersection and light turns yellow impossible for you to stop, then they twist their head up on the windshield to see if it turns red, wich we was already crossed, but failed the person. the dnv needs to return to doing these tests, these driving school are scammers beware. they need to be looked at.

Negative experience: Does not recommend! According to them “driving school is more important than school.” They did not want to refund my money or donate it to another student because it was “an inconvenience.”

Negative experience: Instructor was very rude and apathetic. I’ve had problems with the other staff as well who feel the compulsion to be as demeaning as possible. Not to mention the high prices. I wouldn’t recommend supporting this business on a moral or financial level. Learning to drive is stressful enough. Please spend your money and more importantly your time elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Got my license through a different local school, it took 6 months and was a big hassle all the way through. Took my younger sister to get her license here at Integrity and took way less then half of the time with no stress. All of the instructors were very helpful and flexible.

Fantastic experience: I took my Drivers Ed course here at Integrity. I have nothing negative to say, the instructors are very knowledgeable, I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and flexible hours which they taught the class. I had the flexibility to go either in the morning before school or after school. This was great because I was involved in sports after school. The owner is a great Man. On a final note this driving school is the best in town. The instructors, staff, cars and the clean facility deserves no less than a 5 star.

Negative experience: Lack of information the day you walk in to schedule a drive, also making you pay the complete fee ahead of time. They will not give you your money back. I paid 45$ for something I didn’t do. GO TO 360 DRIVING SCHOOL!

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her Driving Classes here, and they were excellent! I would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: First, the instructor for motorcycle safety was unfamiliar with the classroom equipment and wasted several hours of classroom time. The class was taught in English and Spanish simultaneously, which was distracting. The practical day ended up being nearly ten hours. Two students dropped bikes, and there was no safety report completed. The bikes were inconsistent and lacked basic safety equipment including mirrors. Several of the bikes had mechanical problems which were brought to the instructors attention repeatedly and it was not addressed. The instructors unsafe behavior, to include not wearing a helmet, had to be addressed by the students. They had insufficient personnel to monitor students and to reset the course in a timely and effective manner. This lead to absolutely increased danger to the students. This again was brought up to the instructor, who waved off multiple student concerns. I was told I would be contacted by Integrity to address my concerns and, now a month later, this still has not happened. This course would have likely been shut down had a state observer been present. I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE attending their training.
