Fantastic experience: Krikland is a great instructor he teaches you the do’s and don’ts but after a while I got the hang of driving and it became very easy. And he is very professional to when it comes to teach teenagers how to drive.

Negative experience: If zero stars was available I wish I could give it this man is rude I think his name was Kirkland unprofessional and does not teach and made me very uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this company save your money go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: very amazing driving school. Helps you learn everything you need to know about driving a prepares you for test & exams . They people here are very nice & real with everything they say & do. You learn alot here & have fun while doing it.

Fantastic experience: This is a great program and i learned the basics of driving, what i needed to know before my first drive, everything i needed to know after my last drive, and I was taught what I needed to be safe while driving on the road.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful time with these lessons, they had engaging lectures and activities that allowed me to completely comprehend what was to be expected in real life situations and what would be on the test. They also helped set up my drives needed in order to complete the requirements needed to get a permit very efficiently.

Fantastic experience: This was such a great class! The material was taught very well in class, and the assignments at the end of chapters helped in the long run with test questions. The instructors were very patient with students, in class and when driving. The driving instructors also did a great job talking to the students when driving for better understanding.

Fantastic experience: Thankful for T14 driving school and Kirk he was the best teacher was really nice and upfront he helped me and taught me so much if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be driving as quick as I wanted to so I’m forever greatful!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. The teacher is sooo helpful and when he explains everything to you he make sure he explains things in a way for you to truly understand and succeed. Has helped me sooo much and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else but here. And the fact he makes you laugh and feel more comfortable is a big plus as well 100% recommend

Negative experience: My daughter was registered for class in June. It is August 11th and she has still not finished the course. I have texted,called and emailed and still have not received a response from anyone. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time during my private lessons. After 6 or so lessons I felt ready for my drivers test (and passed!) . Mr. Kirkland is really personable and helped me to gain a lot of confidence behind the wheel. He was always on time too!

Negative experience: I don't want to give them one star. This place has taken our money. My daughter's class was supposed to start in March and Alexis was going to email my daughter some information, she could study while they waited for the state to approve something. Never got the information. I was told the class would start at the end of April, but it's May 7 and I have not heard a single thing from them. They wont return a call and Alexis voicemail says to leave a message and I still get no response. I've call about a refund and just an update but absolutely nothing from them. At this point I'm ready to call the Better Business Bureau.

Negative experience: The guy who runs this seems wildly unprofessional! I’m not sure how there are so many good reviews. My younger brother scheduled a one hour private lesson with the guy (Mr.Kirkland I believe) so that he could prepare for his road test. The instructor just completely DID NOT show up, no call or anything. It has been 24 hours now and nothing has been communicated to my brother. I am appalled that someone can be so unprofessional. He also made a comment to my brother that was incredibly racially insensitive that I don’t even want to post on here. Just awful.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Kirkland is great, he has a great personality, his daughter is very professional as well.. He made sure my daughter understood everything she needed to know for her test. She took her test a few days later and pass. I'm very grateful because I did not want to drive with her.. lol. She gone in her little car doing great. Thank you for your services!!

Fantastic experience: NEVER DROVE BEFORE AND PASSED THE ROAD TEST WITH ONLY 5 lessons. Right of the Bat Kirkland is a Legend. He knows how to deliver the information in a way that is easy to understand. He is nice and funny, but most importantly he knows his stuff Strongly recommended for anyone, who wants to pass the test in the first time.

Fantastic experience: T14-8 is a diamond in the ruff! Kirkland is an amazing drivers ed trainer and we are so happy with the experience. My daughter did her segment 1 training here and we’ll be back for seg 2. I can’t say enough positive things about him. Do your teen a favor and sign them up with T14-8.

Positive experience: I definitely recommend this driving school! I really enjoyed the class and I learned a lot of things about driving. This class was also very laid back. However, I wished I was able to practice my parking skills a bit more.

Positive experience: He was never on time when I took him about four years ago. He got me to where I was semi-comfortable on a road to where I was close to taking my road test. but unfortunately I never completed his course due to financial issues so yes OK he is a nice person but time management wise he’s terrible .

Fantastic experience: The instructor Kirkland really taught me how to drive the right way. He explains to you the rules of the road and how to keep yourself safe. Also, he is phenomenal at teaching parallel parking because he teaches you the technique and then he takes you on the road to try it in real life. This place is a lot better than Alpine (across from Southfield high) because he actually breaks it down for you rather than showing you once and assuming you will get it. I went to Alpine and I regret it because they are not very good at explaining things and they always except you to know something the first time they show you. And they are very strict on attendance and sometimes you can't control everything in your life and when you can't make it your forced to retake the class. On the contrary, Kirkland is not like that, he's human and he understand students are busy at this time in there life. Coming here is the RIGHT CHOICE BECAUSE HES THE BEST INSTRICTOR PUT THERE!!!!! One hour with him and the next day you can take your road test and pass.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional but nice instructor. Segment one is cheaper than others but 2 is a little over-priced. The car that is used for instruction is very run-down. Also, the office is here but the classes are held in other public schools.

Positive experience: The cons of the class: The instructor was very unprofessional, for example: he arrived late one session and swore multiple times in another. The pros of the class are the following: The price was $100 cheaper than the competitor, and T14-8 has classes at very convenient times. The instructor is also a very nice person.
