Negative experience: I am so disappointed with these people, my daughter paid for her 8 hr & never got to do it o line & to top it off she didn’t get her reimbursement back !!! It sucks cause the person who she spoke to was a little rude as well & didn’t even try to get back to my daughter who left a message a couple of times !!!!! I won’t ever refer anyone to them !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing! My son took the full course and passed the tests on the first try. He still have instilled in him all the little tricks and sayings that Natalie taught him. She's excellent!! Thank you, Natalie and Al!

Negative experience: Zero stars. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Let me save you the time and money. I have been getting lessons with them for months, spending hundreds of dollars and the more I spent the more they were telling me I wasn’t ready. I was caught in a loop for months!. Less than a month ago I was told I wasn’t ready for a road test and she couldn’t sign off it. I did my road test and I passed, no marks. Don’t walk, run from this place!!!!

Fantastic experience: I always struggled parking in Reverse but Nataly taught me the steps on how to successfully park in reverse every time. Great instructor easy too understand and points that I’ll remember constantly when driving best in CT overall 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: Natalie is an excellent instructor! She is very nice and her attitude is always encouraging. The instructions she gives are quite useful. In addition, they have more vacancies than other driving schools. I completed 8 hours and passed my test first time trying!

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed by excellent and above and beyond service from Al and his daughter Natalie I would say Midstate is best driving school compared to all other driving schools I have worked with. I am new in this country with no family around and I am been learning driving from different instructors and I must have enrolled at least in 3 different schools apart from Midstate Due to my lack of confidence in driving people from other schools took lot of advantage of it and I ended up paying a lot to them . But when I joined Midstate Al and his daughter Natalie worked with me they were very patient in teaching driving and nor did they take advantage of my lack of confidence in driving . When I told them I need more hours to learn & practice driving they would say We know u will pass the test and we don’t want to waste your money . On the day of my test on March 9 th 2021 I kept of telling Al that I don’t want to give exam and he only said one thing I know you are ready and I know u gonna pass this time and his confidence was my success . I passed the test , My only reason for writing this review today is that before wasting money on other schools I would say if you want to learn driving I would say Midstate driving School is best where people are honest , patient and their intentions are just to work with you and help you succeed .

Fantastic experience: Natalie was very attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure the instructions were understood and that the class certificate was received in time for the road test. She even delivered it directly to our door due to the time restraints. I will definitely be signing my daughter up with Midstate Driving School, when it comes time for her to get her license. The service is second to none!! Thanks again for making a stressful process easy and quick!

Negative experience: I didnt come in there for driving but to file my taxes. It was my first time filing there. The man charged me 499.00 from my refund. I knew that was way too much but the government shutting down again made me nervous. I was suppose to get the money sent via direct deposit, that didn't happen...I received my state refund in the mail and the federal was sent to this place. Turns out there is a fee of $20 have it mailed to their driving school. The owner claims he doesn't know why it happened, he does. Then he goes on to say it is only $20, as if that would make me feel any better. If that were the case then reimburse me my money for your mistake! I will never do business with them again.

Fantastic experience: I used this driving school for my daughter who only needed to go over her road skill and ensure she was ready for the road test. They allowed me to schedule in 1 hr blocks and she only needed the 1 hour. They went over everything she would be evaluated on and she passed with no problem at all. They were very nice and flexible with blocks of time.
