Fantastic experience: Mr. Grooms is the best! My daughter is such a confident and knowledgeable driver! I appreciate the wisdom, patience, and knowledge passed down from Mr. G! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This is the worst school I ever had back in January. George the instructor was so rude and aggressive, I got even scared. Don’t go to that school if you’re confortable with that 60 year old man, he’ll push you off.

Negative experience: I could not post this with adding a star but other than that I would put absolutely no stars. My granddaughter's 1st driving lesson with George was met with yelling commands at her. He was driving while using his cell phone. He actually went through a red light because it was taking to long. Who does that!! An instructor is supposed to teach the proper rules on the road. Very impatient and irritated. A person like this should not be teaching a teenager who is already nerveous and anxious. Will never recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: I will definitely recommend First Class driving school. Very professional, patience, understandable, they work around my daughter scheduled with no problem. They support her throughout the whole process. Within the 6 hours she learned a lot.

Negative experience: Didn't teach my son how to park back up or pull into a spot. I paid for 6 hours and he mostly drove in the park. I am not satisfied

George the instructor was attentive and informative that my son was able to take what he learned from George and apply the skills to his driving test done on 2/23/2024 and pass. Fantastic experience: Carlo was my driving instructor. He explained me clearly and shown demo in doing reverse parking and k turn. He was so patient and promptly corrected my mistakes. I passed the road test because of him. Everyone in the driving school was friendly.

Fantastic experience: Was able to schedule a week before my road test. The instructor will give you a complete run down and teach your on your faults to help you with your lacking points to ensure you pass your test. Even give you tighter k-turn and parrel parking lines to prepare you on the test.

Fantastic experience: Carlos and George were really good instructors, broke everything down. Completely patient and didn’t make the process more stressful then it needed to be. Wouldn’t have been able to pass my test without them!

Fantastic experience: My cousin recommended this driving school, and she told me that the instructors were amazing. I am so glad that I took her advice because I had one of the best instructors. Carlos had a lot of patience and went into detail on how to accomplish the task. He showed me examples before I tried it myself. I felt so comfortable around my driving instructor, and because of him, I passed my road test.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school if you are a beginner driver. I had Carlos for my driver instructor he was cool and patient really helped me and took the time out to make sure I understood and felt comfortable. He made sure everything was properly done before taking the test. As a result I was able to take the test with confidence and pass on my first try

Fantastic experience: Carlos and mr G are very helpful and patient highly recommended

Negative experience: Don't go to that school, it's a rip-off all they want is your money and teach you the most important stuff like parallel parking and k-turn at last minute (one day before the test). Last thing his car is very old and he's rude and disrespectful. I repeat save your money don't go to that school.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience and completely lost my fear of driving because of Mr. George. He helped me get on the road understand the rules of the road and walked me through everything step by step. God bless his soul for the amount of patience's he had to have with me . Thanks to him I now have my license and even received complimented on my driving from my road test instructor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in the world. Mr.George is really one of the coolest ppl I’ve ever met nd the secretary is very kind nd helpful.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Called to schedule a driving test and the woman that answers the bk phone puts me on hold several times, fine. I try to schedule a class, with a schedule that obviously is going to work for me (the customer) because I only work 3 days a week. But the woman makes it seem that I am the problem, to make matters worse she verbalized my schedule was the problem. This is there schedule: she says we are very busy Schedule No weekends Open weekdays only 9or 10-5 And they don’t pick your child up, you have to drive to them. Than she tells me ‘’I can’t hold on the phone for you’’ and hangs up on me. I called again and who answers is the supposedly owner who makes it seem I am the one being difficult and I need to work with there schedule. I told him, ‘’ I picked this school based on the ratings’’ he tells me I dont read reviews’’. I’m like ok. All this time he is talking to me he is administering a class, another negative. And so I hung up, and thought to myself, what happened to good customer service. Seems like talk to customers rudely and hang up on them is the new normal. This is horrible, and I would understand if I used a loud tone, but I was very patient, and listened. They, however, didn’t listen to me.

Fantastic experience: Great Driving school. Mr. G was very patient, and super nice. I would definitely take another lesson with Mr. G. I was taking the lesson, because I have not drove in a while.

Positive experience: George can take some getting used to, which is why I took off one star. (Although he's not a bad guy at all.) Besides that, he knows exactly what's necessary to pass the exam on the first go and prepares you accordingly! His assistant is also great and super accommodating.

Negative experience: Called twice and got 2 different answers, one told me they will do the permit and everything like that, the other time when I was about to go they told me that I couldn’t until I had the permit.

Fantastic experience: Mr. G at first class driving school is a fantastic instructor. Mr. G was patient, though professional and very friendly at the same time. I didn't have any prior driving experience. He taught me to be a confidant driver. Mr G believed in me when I taught parallel parking was too difficult for me. Many times i wanted to quit but he kept encouraging me not to do so. With his persistent I was able to pass my road test yesterday on the first try. To God be the glory. Mr. G you are the best and thank you for teaching me how to be a safe driver. I will most definitely recommend first class driving school.

Fantastic experience: First class driving school is a great place for beginning drivers to learn how to drive. My friend had recommended me to this driving school and I don't regret coming at all. The driver instructor mr. G is a funny and cool instructor who really helps you understand how to drive on the road and makes it a comfortable experience.
