Fantastic experience: Ned is an incredible instructor that balances teaching and being down to earth. I came to him as an adult with 0 driving experience and I came out feeling confident on the road. He guides and teaches you in a patient and understanding manner. I could not reccomend him and his program enough. He is also extremely accommodating with scheduling and will always try his best to make something workout with you. I could not be happier with my driving lessons with him. Thank you so much Ned! You're the GOAT! (:

Negative experience: My brother attends here and the instructor is just rude. He told my brother to not go back until he learned how to drive. Isn’t that what we pay the business for?? On top of that he was yelling at him. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend

I can’t recommend Big C Drivers Ed enough, Ned did an amazing job in giving me confidence behind the wheel and correcting me in any areas I needed to improve, and I also took the road test with him and passed! Don’t hesitate in using them for your driving needs!

Negative experience: Called in. They Wouldn’t help me find the information I needed to see if I should use their course or not. Did not take down my contact information or anything which let me know my business to them wasn’t that important to them.

Fantastic experience: When I went in looked at all the negative review about Ned, and I can tell y’all that is not true at all. I really enjoyed my driving test, Ned is the best driving instructor I have ever met. He made me feel so comfortable and confident in myself, he created a safe space for me. He truly does want the best for his student.

Negative experience: If I could put no star I would but won't let me. Do not bother with Big C take your money but wont tell you they dont have time for you. After many calls finally got an answer just get one class rushed through and then no more finally called to get money back and they kept most of it a RIP o

Negative experience: Wont answer the phone. Calls go to a cellphone voicemail box that is full. Have called every day for the last 5 days. Wont respond to emails. Paid for service through the website and received no communication.

Fantastic experience: Coach Simmons is so pleasant and patient! He strives hard to offer a top-notch program and is doing all that he can to not only bring some technology to the program, but also to make it easy on the parents and students to get through this mess! He provides individualized instruction on what to bring/take when going for permit and license! He's a gem!

Fantastic experience: They lady that helped me knew exactly what she was doing great customer service was knowledgeable and had me in and out by far the best experience I've had when it comes to taking care of business like this

Fantastic experience: These teachers are wonderful! They are really easy to work with, made accommodations based on our schedule, completed the driving part immediately, and most importantly taught my daughter safety and practical driving skills! They did provide the certificate the day she completed the class as well. I highly recommend Big C!

Fantastic experience: I’m giving them 5 stars because I just took my drivers test this past weekend and before I went in I looked at the reviews and was nervous because it made Ned Simmons look harsh. Well I had Ned as my instructor and going in I had the reviews in my head so that I could compare them to my actual experience and I just gotta say the negative reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. I did the practice test and actual test with Ned. During the practice he answered questions I had, walked me through parallel parking, and was very understanding when I did little mistakes like forgetting to turn off my blinker once I switched lanes. He is very blunt if you’re doing something that could make you lose points on the actual test but in the end he’s blunt because he wants you to pass the test and wants to keep you and himself safe. I highly recommend using Big C’s for your drivers ed.

Fantastic experience: Ned Simmons was very helpful when the dps was difficult to deal with . he helped me get all my paper work done and even took me on my drivers test . he was very helpful and understanding to talk to . great service, i would definitely recommend to friends and family to big c’s for drivers ed or getting their drivers license!!

Fantastic experience: Ned is an amazing instructor and had a lot of patience with me. He does his best to make the driver feel comfortable by engaging in conversation and giving clear instructions. Overall an amazing place to get you learners permit or to do your driving test!

Negative experience: First they steal your money as soon as possible they are very rude the woman as well as the man who gives the class too much attitude if you are not to his liking he just screams at you for about 5 min and tells you that he can't take it anymore return 150 dls when you paid 400 they only rob you in order to have the excuse and take away 250 for nothing disgusting people I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING

Negative experience: Showed up 5 minutes earlier after taking a little time from work to be at an appointment set at 920am. We'll the door was locked with a note they are closed until 930. Why even set appointments I'f you aren't going to open on time.

Fantastic experience: Ned Simmons went above and beyond to ensure licensure. After completing the driving test through Big C’s we had difficulties at the local DPS Office. All of the paperwork was in order & we were in complete compliance, but DPS tried to deny licensure. Mr Simmons personally spoke with the office and they issued the permit. Thank you Big C’s for your assistance!

Negative experience: If you want someone to talk down to your kid in front of them hire big c. They will gladly take your money then tell your kid they can't drive

Negative experience: WORST experience of my lifetime. Extremely rude and unprofessional people. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! If I can give 0 star and WORST recommendation to any place in this world, it is Big C.

Fantastic experience: My son just took his driving test here, and it was worth the cost. The instructor was friendly and helped put him at ease, and the practice drive helped him know what to expect. Overall a great experience. Much better than going to the DPS!

Fantastic experience: Best place to get your driving lessons done, also great for testing to get your license. I felt comfortable the whole time and it’s a guaranteed pass. You start with a practice and then the actual test is right after if you’re comfortable with what you can do. Driving instructor was really helpful.

Negative experience: Good teachers but are terrible at giving you the necessary papers for getting your license

Fantastic experience: Good curriculum. Coach Simmons makes everything relatable to everyday life. He is thorough and informative about what he talks about. He knows what he is teaching about and is real precise about his instructions. He gives great driving advice. No complaints period.

Negative experience: They do not answer their phone calls , you would think a business would have at least two phone lines , or an answering service . The only thing positive i can say is that their instructors are very courteous , but management needs to up their game .

Negative experience: This place was horrible. Worst experience EVER!!!!!! I called twice and the lady would answer then just hang up and when she called back she was extremely rude and when I asked a simple question she replied "I mean it's common sense nobody can be that stupid" this is the way you speak to their costumers? I wouldn't suggest this place AT ALL

Negative experience: I called this location once and they sent me to voice mail . I continued to call thinking they weren't near the phone then some lady answered and was extremely rude and said she would call me back and She hung up then I called back and she said once again she would call me back after 30 minuets of waiting she finally called back with an attitude in her voice ! She asked me for my permit information and when I said give me one second she said " oh my god" i didn't say anything to her and her attitude continued throughout the call . Once the call reached an ending point she just hung up She was no help at all and extremely rude and disrespectful I don't recommend this place for anyone

Fantastic experience: AMAZING experience!! Dennia (I believe that her name) was so knowledgeable and answered everyone of my questions! My daughter is 16, I was terrified to know one day she would have to go behind a wheel... But walking in this establishment and seeing and now knowing how it all works I now have a peace of mind. To know that I can call at anytime and my call will be answered was also reassuring! I also did my research around midland/odessa and looked for reviews! This was the highest rated and now I know why! I did also see the ONE comment that was negative on this establishment and all I can say is they go over all the terms and conditions when I first signed my daughter up. In the contract it states the no show fees as well as well as other terms! I am not one to take my time out of my day to write a review but when it comes to my child I will as I know every parent would do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG C's DRIVERS ED!!!
