Fantastic experience: I recommend Elite driving school for any one looking to get a CDL license. They are very friendly and very motivated on helping you get your CDL. very good with showing you what you need to know to get your CDL's. I would like to thank my instructor Alex very good teacher, takes the time to show you all the steps needed to get your cdl. He's very patient and very motivated on making sure you know what's need. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a future in commercial driving, I couldn’t recommend enough giving these guys a shot at your training. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is very vested in getting their students the information needed to pass the course. Also, very nice equipment to train on very nice facilities!!

Fantastic experience: Elite Driving School was great for me. I went from zero experience to being able to drive a truck and trailer safely. With my new lisence and two endorsments, I have 3 job offers right as I finished.

Fantastic experience: Great school, even better people . Really enjoyed my class here and hands on learning. Didn't want to be locked into a trucking company on a contract so did a Google search and was pointed this way. We had a class of 6 so you got plenty of time to drive and practice your maneuvers. Awesome place and people would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The school is run by a family of 4. The first week is strictly General Knowledge. They prepare you for the Permit Test. There’s no need to study the whole manual. The next week is Backing. The Third week is Bobtailing. The 4 fourth week is on the road with a trailer. They were very patient when it came down the actual training and mistakes. If you need extra time to practice backing LET THEM KNOW before it’s time to take the Skills Test. They’ll work with you.

Negative experience: These people are unreasonable and Taurus is a flat out liar. He refers students to videos but is not available in chat to answer any questions. Ridiculously overpriced and the service is garbage. Skip this place.

Fantastic experience: Elite driving is a good place to go to get your CDL permit & license. Tarus and his wife Vicky has a great business. James and Zack are the instructor who will get you were you were you need to be in training.they both have a different way of trying you., but you do learn .

Fantastic experience: I have to say everyone at elite trucking school was fantastic. I wanted to make a career change in my life and my friend suggested getting my CDL-A , after looking around and seeing what schools were available to me .On recommendation from my wife’s friends husband I phoned elite and enrolled. From the moment we started class everyone was friendly and helpful Zach taught us in class and helped me ace my permit test. He was patient and gave us all the individual attention we needed to succeed. After getting my permit Brad and Zach taught us everything there is to know about backing a truck with a trailer up. It was overwhelming but as the days went on of continued work I become a lot more comfortable . They taught us how to double clutch properly , how to drive just the tractor, simulated situations like breakdowns what to do, and prepared us extensively for our test. Taurus and Vicky were fantastic to helping to answer questions and provide information regarding looking for jobs , they provided all the tools that we as drivers need to launch our new careers . I’m very happy to say that only after two days of having my license I’ve already landed a great job. Thank you to the team at Elite Driving school for everything you do!!!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my CDL-A course and the class was amazing. The instructors had all steps down to a science. The instructors also took time to work with their students one on one if they were struggling. I would recommend their program to anyone looking to get their CDL.

This school will not only teach you how to drive they also teach you about finances, and how to build for your families future. This school is not for the weak and sensitive bunch. If you can make it through 5weeks of this school, you will be successful with any driver trainer in the future. At elite driving school some days can be very tough and long, but the bigger reward is at the end. If you can manage to graduate from this top tier school you will set yourself up for a life of success. Best advice I can give for future students, learn how to take constructive criticism, learn from your mistakes because you will make plenty. Fantastic experience: These guys will teach you everything you need to know just pay close attention to the curriculum. Go home and study what you did the day before and what you need to do the next day to make you more prepared for the following day. I like how Taurus pays close attention to what you're looking at while driving. That's if you're not staying in your lanes or shifting properly. Just LISTEN and you'll be ok. You guys rock.

Fantastic experience: CHOOSE THIS SCHOOL! I promise you won't regret it. They are the best! I was torn between choosing TransTech and Elite for my CDL's in the beginning and I am truly thankful I chose Elite. Vicky teaches you everything you need to know in the beginning and Tarus teaches you everything on the yard. It was an awesome experience for me. Don't listen to the bad reviews on here because my experience was truly the best! They strive to take time with each stundent and teach you in a professional manner. I'm so happy for them deciding to do driving school because it's truly what they were meant to be doing! Fantastic experience: Positive classroom environment. Taurus and Mrs. Vicky are wonderful teachers. They break it down to the dime to make sure you understand what you are doing. Positive experience: Elite Driving School was a good experience. I received my class A CDL. If you’re patient with them, they’ll be patient with you. I had no experience driving commercial vehicles prior to going.

Negative experience: If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars. Stay away from their CDL Driving School. This is a new program for Taurus and you can tell. They are not certified as a third party tester through NC DMV as of today. He (Taurus) does not give you the fundamental information you need to prepare you for the skills tests. I had my skills test scheduled for today through DMV who was opened and prepared to test despite the weather, however, Taurus did not show! In the process of filing a complaint through the BBB! To add.... I found out at the DMV office that the school is supposed to pay the license fee b/c they are not a certified location. Once again... doing things ALL WRONG!

Fantastic experience: Vicky was incredibly accommodating and got back to me about my questions days faster then the other schools I contacted in the area. She was very kind and had all my classwork available, all the while teaching close to 20 teenagers. I never felt overlooked or forgotten about. I would recommend this school to anyone in Rockinghm Co who need any type of driver education classes.
