Fantastic experience: I had Rays driving school for about 6-7 months and it’s amazing!! They have an amazing package for highschool students that gives you online drivers Ed, and in cars for a lot cheaper!! As a person who really gets behind stuff and often forgets things they really helped me when I lost my password after not being logged into drivers Ed for a while. The drivers Ed is easy to follow and nice to just have in ur earbud if your just doing homework or working out. The in car instructors are absolutely delightful I was able to keep a conversation with them ( since I was going to hang out with them for hours I thought it was important ) but they also teach you all the state rules you might not know with your parents. Over all it’s a great school I definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Short-staffed, but an amazing service after all! Shoutout to my amazing instructors Toshtemirova KT, Zade Khalil, and Joseph Tussey. I had a rough start, but it all turned out great. It’s also a lot cheaper than other companies, and they pick you up and drop you off, which is amazing!

Fantastic experience: this driving school is a great option, especially since it’s more affordable and doesn’t have a waiting list like some others nearby. my first instructor was jake. i was a bit nervous for my first lesson, but he was really chill and made the experience both relaxing and educational. for my next three lessons, my instructor was KT. she’s super funny and nice, which made the lessons comfortable rather than awkward lol. she taught me a lot, but most importantly, she focused on preparing me specifically for the driving test so i would pass. the instructors here are really great, and scheduling was super easy. i got my lessons for $599 and was able to schedule my first four within weeks of each other, finishing them quickly. if you’re worried about the cars, don’t be—they’re nice and drive really smoothly, which was something i was concerned about at first. overall, this place is a great choice, and i highly recommend it!

I was able to learn my mobility the first day and I know what to do at stop signs, traffic lights, roundabouts, ect. My instructors were KT and Khalil they were very professional and taught me everything I know now, they made me feel comfortable and were the best They were also the most affordable option I could find. Me and my mom love this place.

They are so efficient with their lessons and their teaching. KT was my instructor for three lessons and she’s an amazing driving instructor. She taught me everything so calmly and understandable I felt comfortable with my driving. The school is a really nice place for driving school.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with KT as my instructor. She helped with the maneuverability and street sections of the driving exam and always provided constructive feedback to help me improve as a driver. Each 2 hour session feels short and KT was always very supportive and encouraging. John was very helpful with scheduling classes and logistics.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated the how helpful and patient Joseph and KT were with me on improving my braking skills, how to approach stop signs better and my maneuverability. Both were very easy to drive with and did not make me feel stressed in the slightest.

Fantastic experience: Ray’s driving school was very awesome! My driving instructor was KT, she was a very good teacher. I actually learned a lot from her and we went over how the stop signs work, she taught me how to turn and curve to the right more better which was my biggest weakness and I think I’m more better at it now than before and I also learned how to drive a more larger and longer car too. I think overall Ray’s driving school went really well for me and taught me a to be a better and a fearless driver on the road.

Positive experience: I had a good experience at Rays. Jacob was funny and relatable and I enjoyed our conversations and drives together. He’s a great instructor and better then I ever expected. Truly a great and cool guy. On the other hand, the company wasn’t the best. They have great cars but my experience was soured by the terrible customer support. They never answer the phone or any texts and when they do they’re rude and never helpful.

And his way of teaching maneuverability made the most sense out of anybody that explained it to me. Would highly recommend this driving school for everyone.

He was really nice and always gave multiple explanations. I struggled with maneuverability but he went through and drew explanations for me to practice which I really appreciated. I’m a better driver thanks to it!

Fantastic experience: Probably the best driving school in Cincinnati! Jacob was very helpful and guiding and honestly the best/most professional driving instructor you can get. I am way ahead of the game and now fully prepared for my upcoming driver’s test! I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT AND DID NOT REGRET CHOOSING THIS DRIVING SCHOOL ONCE! Truly the best place to get prepared to get your license.

Fantastic experience: We paid for the course in April and took my kid about three months to complete the online course. When I tried to reach them, it happened to me the same as some other people that could not get a hold of somebody in Rays. I got really scare thinking I was gonna loose my money but after five days I was able to talk to the owner and schedule the four dates for my kid’s behind the wheel. The owner explained me that they hired somebody to basically answer the phone. This person decided to put in “do not disturb” the phone for the entire weeks that this person was working at the office. Reason why nobody would answer the phone. Short story, seems that they fired this person and the owner is now answering the phone or texts directly. I am really glad and happy I kept insisting because the experience on the behind the wheel training my kid had was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. His teacher was Jacob and he was very professional, relatable, and thorough with his explanations on driving. My kid was very well prepared for his test at the BMV and he felt confident on what he was doing. I really recommend Rays above any other driving school (I used another driving school for my older kid but hands down Rays gives a supreme service behind the wheel). So if you are one of those people that couldn’t get a hold of Rays for a while, just keep insisting because they are answering phone calls and texts now. You will be very pleased on how the teach your kid.

Negative experience: We hired Ray’s Driving School months ago and paid for the $650 package for the online course/in-car combo. They said to contact them once our daughter was finished with the online portion and they’d schedule her in-cars. Fast forward a couple months and we start trying to contact them to get the in-cars scheduled. I emphasize *trying* because these people were impossible to get in touch with. I emailed, called, text, left voicemails, messaged them on Facebook; nothing. It took me driving to their office one day after work to talk to an actual person, who was on their way out the door but said they’d relay the message. We got a call the next day to schedule—all good. EXCEPT when we got email notifications the night before saying they rescheduled the first in-car lesson. Then the second, etc. Tried to reach them, again no response. It took me threatening to get a refund to actually get a text back. I told them we had a tight schedule and can’t have them just deciding for us when the in-cars would be rescheduled for. They agreed and claimed to understand. Yet not even 48 hours later we get more emails telling us when our other in-cars were rescheduled for. At this point I told them I wanted to cancel all remaining in-car appointments and get a full refund (minus the portion for the online course, since my daughter did complete that). It took some back and forth and a couple of transactions (because they tried to refund us for a smaller amount than what was owed to us), but we got our money back and went elsewhere. The new school was a couple hundred more, but her in-cars were done within a week and the level of professionalism was night and day different. I would not recommend Ray’s Driving School to anyone. A Google search will tell you that they’ve had new ownership in the last 18 months and most of the positive reviews were from before this change.

Negative experience: Negative rating. Fees has been paid and they keep postponing the in-car driving lesson. 2 months and unable to get the lessons. In car lesson yesterday no one showed up and we received an email of it being postponed. Not picking up the phone or replying to voicemails. No one is at the office address. Highly unprofessional behavior and unacceptable service. Not worth the hassle. If you want driving lessons find some other driving school. This one doesn’t care.

Negative experience: My son was supposed to be picked up for in-car today and nobody showed up...left message and sent text. Logged on to account to see they rescheduled his appointments 2 weeks outs. This was after it took asking for a refund that they found me these appointments....

Negative experience: Tried contacting them repeatedly to schedule our in cars and they do not respond. The mailbox is now full and can not leave messages. Not good business practice.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent driving school. My daughter took online and in car. The instructor was very knowledgeable, in teaching my daughter who was having trouble with left turns. The instructor was able to find out the problem and corrected it. My daughter passed test on 1st try. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Whoever living Cincinnati do not with they don't really help you when it comes time to take your test they are supposed to come and get you an hour before your test start so you can practice they don't they all about the money I have screenshots I can show u the old white lady making me scare me and hit the touching the steering wheel coming down on the brake she posted too touch the steering wheel while I'm driving

Fantastic experience: My younger brother went here to do his in cars. They had a very flexible schedule and experienced instructor. Highly recommend over Jack’s which I went to a few years ago.
