Negative experience: They wrote down the wrong phone number for my lessons, never picked up the phone when I called, when I came in person the told me to “just call” and I had to bring in my dad to actually get something done. Once I passed my licinse test SIX MONTHS LATER they gave me a piece of paper with a QR code that DOESNT WORK and a site that also DOESNT WORK. Driving instructors are great though but that’s it.

Negative experience: I’d love to give this school a 0 but I was unable to so I gave it a 1. Overall, the level of professionalism is questionable.

Negative experience: Dude make a mistake on my schedule and when there was a miscommunication, he gave me an attitude and did not take accountability nor apologized. I get it, things happen and sometimes we mess up the time, but when you give me a certain date and you come to my house on a different time and then when I call to speak to you about it, I expect accountability, not a whole bunch of attitude and blaming the customer for YOUR mistake. If you choose this place, please go in person and assure they give you the right time and be cautious. I should’ve read the bad reviews beforehand.

Negative experience: THIS SCHOOL IS A SCAM AND RACIST TOWARD ASIANS. I gave the guy $300 for the road driving test and a 2-hour learning session, but now he is saying he doesn’t have a road test slot for me because he took money from many people and the slots are limited. When I asked for my money back, he started speaking in a rude and abusive manner, then disconnected the call and is not receiving my calls. This school is scamming innocent people. I am going to take legal action against them, and I am also filing a complaint with the DMV so people are aware of the fraud these guys are committing.

Negative experience: The business, I feel was unprofessional from the start. The man who answered the phone had an attitude when I asked basic questions about the school. The instructor was talking bad about other driving schools and kept asking about people’s race. Not a good driving lesson overall for many reasons.

Fantastic experience: As a student that attended this school, I believe it’s the best driving school you could attend to! The teachers here are great and very kind. Whenever I had to change dates for lessons or times for driving lessons, they were always understandable about it. The classes are also very informational and teaches you a lot; I took the 30 hour course with the 8 hour driving lesson. (The prices are also cheaper than most schools, if not all). Overall this school is amazing and I obtained my license here!! 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: This school was very understanding, very informative, and definitely took pride into teaching students how to be a safe and an aware driver. With many stories to tell it definitely widened my eyes of the multiple dangers and outcomes there are while driving. The lessons gave me a taste on driving at night through rain, and highway. I had major driving anxiety and I skipped out a few months until I had the courage to come back in he went over a lesson about anxiety and how to cope with driving just for me. This school is definitely worth the money.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure that I understood the material before moving on. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and provided valuable feedback on my driving skills. Also this was a very informative experience with a comforting feel to it.

Instructors were so kind and help throughout the road test and made me pass the first time. I would recommend it for all teenagers and anyone who needs help getting their license in time.

Fantastic experience: The class was taught by John and can honestly say that it was the most entertaining that you can make an 8 hr class. Whether 16-20 or 21+, you will definitely be happy choos and ng that you went here. There shouldn't be any other competition to this Driving School.

I failed many times , I took classes from claudio , he helped me very generously, I passed my road test because of him in one go ,he encouraged me lots of time , he teach me driving with all the basics and clear aspects , he is really a good instructor for learning car !!i will highly recommended him to anyone who don’t know basic driving also , because he cleared my all doubts at the same moment while practicing with him .

Fantastic experience: I scheduled my classes on Sunday, 8 hour course was a easy & motivation experience friendly place, I learned a lot more than I thought Todd was a great instructor I would recommend them to anyone !!

Positive experience: Fairer prices then a lot of driving schools. They're family owned so they are honest with you and aren't just out to get your money. I went for the 8 hour course, which cost $125, but it wasn't bad at all. The instructors are good and they are nice too, but bring snacks because even with the breaks, I got hungry. The instructor for the 8 hour course breezed through things and told stories to elaborate on what he was saying, and it really helped the class pay attention and grasp the ideas. Overall, fairly good experience. The reason for it not being a 5 is that the seats are uncomfortable, old, fold up desks, and so after 8 hours I was a little sore. The other thing is that if you are sent sensitive, or smells a bit of tobacco/cigarettes, which isn't always preferd. I enjoyed my experience in the end though.

Negative experience: You get what you pay for... My kid took the 30+ hour course. I went to the parent class that is required. That's when i realized this place is a waste of money. 1. Teacher put a tape in for us to watch and said this video is out dated.. Why show us out dated videos, this company makes enough money, update your videos... 2. Company will charge you if you miss your driving class, they said they will give you 24 hour notice for you class. My kid received a text message from them with only a 12 hour notice. 3. The one thing that really push my buttons was when the teacher said "I am not here to teach your child how to drive. You have to teach them, I just fine tune them to pass the test"... what a joke of an operation, ripping people off. Parents Beware, spend the $50-200 more for a real school

Negative experience: I attended 8 hrs course it was good. However the administrator who was in the office was biased and his behavior was racial towards Asians. This attitude of treating people based on their race is not acceptable. Every human being deserves equal treatment and respect irrespective of the race they belong.

Fantastic experience: I found this for my 8hrs safety n awareness class, as closer for my house. Trainer was well experienced, I must say he had very worthy nice points although u may find many online videos. And coming to behind the wheels, trust me I just took very few classes as I did drove in my past. If u just work on his directions n practice over weekend, you all set for DMV road test. I personally felt he his a great instructor by his passion towards his job n from his yrs of experience. Very cool gentleman by person and his guidance much worth appreciated than renting, w/o cross eye for correction & taking attempts in DMV n waiting long, especially if you don't have. It was nice but short time Mr.Claudio. saying bye for now, with my CT DL(not a easy 1) at first attempt.

Fantastic experience: There are many reasons Claudio is the best driving instructor around the area. I was a very nervous driver and never drove in my life. Claudio understood that and worked with me. He was extremely patient and never lost his cool even if i made blunders. This is very important as it helped me get confident. I passed my road test after several behind the wheels lessons (each dollar spent was completely worth it) His techniques will not only help you pass the exam but will also make you better and safer driver on road.

Fantastic experience: Claudio and the American Drive School of Manchester are a top notch learning to drive, family oriented school. For over 30 years, ADSM has helped teach nervous new drivers how to drive, and drive well. Safety was clearly key in all lessons as well as patience and years upon years of know-how. If you want your son or daughter to have the best bang for your buck (aka safe and comfortable behind the wheel) sign them up for classes. Everyone I know has passed their driving test on the first try. The car is supplied for the test, it is right on the bus route and near some amazing restaurants. Easy to get to, affordable (payments plans as well), and you'll feel like you've been driving for years after just a few classes. I only recommend this Driving School. Don't bother going to a commercial driving school where you are just a number and a slot; American Driving School of Manchester will treat you like family. Guaranteed.
