Fantastic experience: A great school for a great price! It’s important to keep in mind that this is a shorter class than many others. It requires discipline for at home study. Having experience with trailers is a major plus, but not a requirement. Enrique is a great instructor and I owe my success to his teaching skills. Derek was awesome at helping teach me the maneuvers and I am grateful for his commitment to teaching what I’m sure seemed like a lost cause at the time. I highly recommend this school

It was more of a challenge than I anticipated, but I would never have been able to get through it without the help of this school and the incredible instructors here. First, this school offers a high-quality curriculum that really prepares you for driving for a living. I wasn't sure if my brain could handle it, but they do such a great job of teaching so fast, and they really helped me to retain everything. Plus, this school has the best teachers around. I can't express enough how great Ms A, Mr. Derrick, and Enrique are. They are supportive, inspiring, and so encouraging, and that's what helps you push through when things get tough. I'm so thankful for this school and for everything they did to prepare me. They've provided me with the knowledge and tools I need to succeed and they helped me realize I can do hard things. Negative experience: ***BUYER BE I was going to go to the school back in December of 2023. I got a hernia and couldn't go. I filled out the refund request form and explained I needed my money for surgery. The form said they had 30 days to issue the refund. It's been over 45 and I still haven't gotten it. They now avoid my phone calls. This will end up in court if not made correct. I just wanted to give an update as of 8/26/24. I still haven't received my refund and working on the paper work to take this lying thief to court. Save yourself trouble and stay away from this company.

Positive experience: If you are not trying to pass your cdl test do not come here. The one and only thing they care about at this school is you passing your test. You will be given little to no knowledge on anything about trucking outside of the cdl test. This school is very good at teaching you your pretrip and manuvers for the test however all of your instructors will teach you differently and often times contradict one another. Whatever this school is paying Enrique it is not enough. Learned more from him alone than any other instructors combined. If you have some self discipline to be able to learn and study on your own you will pass your test going to this school. Additionally they don’t give you many extra days without extra payment to learn however I was rear ended one day and Mrs. A and Derrick were nice enough to give me 2 extra days at no charge. Overall this is a great school to pass your cdl test with nothing more nothing less.

Fantastic experience: Teachers are wonderful and very hands on with the students. Plenty of one on one training and help when you have trouble. Will fully prepare you and answer all questions 100%. They will also fight in your corner everytime so don't worry about the dps appointment they make sure you succeed.

Enrique and Ms Jamie are very knowledgeable and will do what they need to do to make sure you understand the material to pass your test! The 2 week program is great! Fantastic experience: I don't post much at all but I have to say I've been blessed to find Future Trucking Academy. When you find a school that goes above and beyond what they have to do for you it's the best place to be. Further more when I needed things to pass my test with there was there to see me through it. Just to give a little example, I showed up to school one day Mr. Derrick asked me hey where and what do I feel comfortable with and what things I'm not to confident in for as exam wise I told him what I was comfortable and what do I feel like I need to work on, I told him what I thought I was week at he said we'll let's work on that for me meant everything in the world and and for where I was to passing my CDL i can say confidently I can say that this is one of the best schools not only in the state but I believe in the country!! Go Future CDL Academy you won't go wrong!!

Fantastic experience: Great school. They lay out everything you need to succeed. Had a few problems at the start but Derek and Enrique came through and made sure everything got taken care of. Recommend this school to anyone looking to get their CDL.

Negative experience: Would give it no stars if I could… my boyfriend was supposed to go take the class at the end of December, but had medical issues arise. Derek said it would take 30 days to issue a refund, waited 30 days and then I HAD TO CALL THEM on behalf of my bf because they blocked his number(it went straight to voicemail, my number at that time I was able to get Derek to answer). Derek said to wait another 7-14 business days because it’s “pending”… it was not pending on his account and is still not pending in his account over 45 days later…and they will get in contact with him after those days have passed, nothing…Now they blocked my number and had to call on a coworker’s phone because mine went straight to voicemail…which funny their’s did not, so while I can’t comment on the trucking school itself, they are a scam business and I would not recommend this school to ANYONE, because if something happens and you need your $3,800 back, they will not refund your money… so imagine how they run their school…

Negative experience: Honestly, school itself is ok. Instructors are kind of limited on how to teach, but they do a great job at it. If it wasn't for them (Chris & Enrique), my review would probably be a 1 star. I went there and was rushed to learn in 2 or 3 weeks (3 day 4 hours a day) everything which is fine but we got some rain outs so must of ud didn't get to actually be there "3 weeks". Only reason I pass was because of the dedication of the Instructors that I named here. Don't come here trying to be held by your hand you do got to put in an effort and also avoid trying the "I got this" it will mess with you because unfortunately there is no curriculum to follow and I do think that is what this school is missing. 1 person will teach you one way and the next will say totally different. It is a start up business with great potential but they do need to improve alot and you will get your CDL but it will cost you. Please have a solid "curriculum" that instructors can follow and not because they have a CDL or have driven means they are good instructors they have a solid team but do need some tweaks. Also it seem "over book" at the time I went here sometimes we didn't even get to practice driving since it was too many of us an or ground was wet and muddy. Got CDL on November of 2023. Also just noticed alot of review seem pretty generic so that's why I'm making this not selling something to over book and then screw the instructors and or students been over book

The instructors are there to help you in every way but you must come hungry and eager to learn the information that’s available to you! I passed my test on the first try and it’s all because I trusted the instructors and the information that was given to us! I would definitely recommend this School to anyone who is looking for a great place to learn, they have flexible schedules for us working people, flexible payments, and a wealth of knowledge between Mrs A, Derrick, and all of the instructors on the property!

Fantastic experience: Derrick and his team were great, very professional, and straight to the point. They helped certify me with the ELDT program in a timely manner. There pre-trip inspection program is very thorough, and is one on one. I went to another school who's pretrip inspection was not good at all, all the students kept failing at the DPS. I switched over to CDL Future Academy pretrip inspection training and passed the first time. They are serious about getting you trained and qualified the first time to pass and not making you spend your money over and over again like them other places sucking you dry!
