Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience with Hickory Driving School! Brent was such an amazing person to work with - he was always happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. Brent was incredibly flexible with working around my son's hectic football schedule as well. My son felt very comfortable during each of his lessons (taught by Brent or his associate). Being able to take the drivers exam at Hickory was an added bonus! We have 2 more children who will be driving within the next 4 years and will be calling Brent as soon as they turn 16. Fantastic experience: I used Hickory for a prep lesson before the test and the driving test for my daughter and Brent was wonderful. Very responsive from day one. Listened to what I was looking for and offered suggestions on lessons for what she needed, not just selling us on the "whole package" deal. Brent was super nice and my daughter said he was very helpful during the lessons and very friendly. Will definitely use them for my next daughter. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Hickory provided my son with safe and patient driving instruction. He was always spoken to with respect and with clear and concise directions. My son was able to take his driving exam with an instructor at the school, in the car he was comfortable using with the company. Brent was always in touch with me throughout the process and quickly responded to questions, etc. We all had a great experience and will definitely use Hickory for our next driver to be!

Fantastic experience: My daughter completed a test prep lesson which included parallel parking. The instructor was fantastic! He simplified the parallel parking process to just a few simple steps. After a few practice runs, she felt very confident in her driving skills. Highly recommend this service!

Fantastic experience: Worked with us on a shortened time line and were able to get my daughter in the program and licensed by the time she started her senior year. The staff was very friendly and helpful letting us knnow exactly what she needed to practice in between sessions. Hoping they will be around for a long time to come as I have four younger daughters who i need to get into this program.

Fantastic experience: I had a very smooth and pleasant driving experience at Hickory Driving School. I highly recommend this place to learn how to drive, especially my instructor, Brent, whose years of experience teaching how to drive are evident. He displays great patience, provides clear explanations of the situations, and understands the context of the learner. In addition, they are very flexible with the schedules, something others schools I was considering don't have.

Fantastic experience: Brent is an excellent teacher. My daughter, Hattee, was struggling at a different driving school. I think the structure of having one hour lessons and not two hour lessons, like her other school, worked really well. Brent is very positive and relaxed. His teaching techniques and patience were very helpful due to me being a person who had driving anxiety issues and getting my driver's license at a later time in life.
