Positive experience: Easy and kind of fun to do. It took a while to complete the course (about 4 hours), and I saved a whopping $6.74/6 months on my car insurance, but it cost me $16.00 to take the course. I can recoup the cost in just 18 months! (s)

Spend the extra money and attend this school. Yes, it's hard to swallow after getting a ticket but they make it worth it and choose the audible course. The guy is hilarious and makes the class fun. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money. I wasn't sure about it but it was definitely worth it and they made an awful situation fun. I would use them again. I just read the other review. He said the same thing I said but more. I will repeat what he said. The cheat sheets, the audible, the improv tickets and there is a correction to what he said. You can retake the test as many times as you want, not just once.

Positive experience: Whereas I think I could have answered all the questions without a course, since one is required, this is a good one. It doesn't take itself too seriously and gets the point across in a humorous way. I think I have become a more "aware" driver as a result of taking this short and entertaining course.

Fantastic experience: Easy to read. No distracting typos or grammatical errors. I liked being able to pick up and stop at my pace without having to start lessons from the beginning. The price was lower than other schools. While some of the comedy was corny, and from 1990 or possibly before, it was still a good break in the monotony. Moreover, a lot of the content was a good reminder to those of us who have been driving 25+ years that we shouldn't get complacent, and reminded me of traffic situations/laws that I wasn't 100% sure about, or had forgotten entirely. At the end of the course they give you 2 free Improv tickets, but there are a lot of stipulations for who you can see and when, so I probably won't use them... but at least it was a nice gesture.

Fantastic experience: I actually didn't mind this class and test that much. It was enjoyable, certainly better than sitting in a regular classroom all day. The lighthearted tone and imagery makes things easy to remember. There's probably a rule or reason for it, but my only gripe is that I could read and learn the material a lot faster than the timer allowed, so I would just have to go do something else while they clock counted down so that I could progress to the next section.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed taking this course, which was a much-needed refresher. It's presented with the right amount of comedy thrown in which helps keep your attention. I also appreciated that you can take them in segments, small bites ...and they're generous with time allowed for completion. Take it .. you'll enjoy! And save money!

Negative experience: Nobody can answer my questions and the “help” desk (Ruth) keeps giving me non answers that aren’t applicable. This company is clueless and is unwilling to contact the DMV on my behalf when the DMV is not picking up

Fantastic experience: The course was an easy read with test questions at the end of each module and the final test at the end. The price was well worth it and the results are sent directly to the insurance company which is a big plus!! Will definitely use this site again when the need arises. Thank you Improv!!!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They made it easy to get through material and the little comedy clips and jokes made it a happier prospect to sit through 3+ hours of material. Exam was very clear with questions. They also send your completed certificate for you. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The self paced course is great for those of us who don't have a lot of time. Lessons are easy to follow and you get to lear a couple of things in reference to your state's traffic laws. It was worth my time and I get to save some money on my insurance premium.

Fantastic experience: Taking this class on line was great. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to read the chapters and complete end of chapter questions at my own pace. If I was interrupted it was easy to stop, hold my place and resume later. The topics were varied and specific to Florida driving . Which was nice since I have recently moved to Florida. Information covered laws but more importantly, it covered safety rules of the road and how aging can impact our driving skills.

Fantastic experience: I take the the Defensive Driver Course every three years to maintain a discount on my auto insurance. This year I took the Traffic School Florida Improv Course. It actually made the six hours fun, not tedious. I'll be back in three years

Fantastic experience: Great course you can even take on your cellphone. I have an Android phone and I was able to complete the course in less then 24 hours which included sleeping and a full time day job.

Fantastic experience: This is the app to use if you don't want to spend 4 hours waiting to click next every 1 to 2 mins depending on the video length. This accumulates time allows you to read at your own pace. If you have dual monitors put it on Internet Explorer and you can do work on your other screen using Google. Finished the course under 4 hours. They also have long videos you can play that count towards your total time. Easy to use. Definitely go with their course.

Negative experience: Comedy Traffic School is no laughing matter.. DON"T TAKE THIS COURSE. Two tickets to the Improv upon completion of the course.. Sounds too good to be true? Well it is, because guess what? You'll never complete the course! After 4+ hours of work, the timer said I only completed an hour, then after finally chatting with customer service they fixed the glitch by telling me to close the old browser and open up a new one i did that and then they sent me to the page to take the test, after completing the test the automated system refused to grade my test, saying that I had another browser open which i did not. they wanted me to take the test again and again dude to a glitch on their side, on top of that after demanding my refund they still havent posted it to my account after a week even though they said it would be there in days.

Fantastic experience: After looking through endless bait-and-switch online “traffic schools” with hidden fees that kept piling up, going with Improv was a breath of fresh air. The price was upfront and included a printable PDF of the certificate immediately after completion. The coursework was concise, well written and sprinkled with bits of humor; the website was easily navigable; and at the end of the day, the course successfully removed the points from my license. An all-around win!

Negative experience: Comedy segments were pretty lame. Completed the course and the website said they would send the notice of completion to the court. Three weeks later I received a notice of suspension for failing to complete the course. The information was unclear and deceptive. Now i have to pay another fine. What a great experience. :(

Fantastic experience: This class was fast and easy! I definitely recommend it! The class is $19.95 and they have a few other options you can add on if you want to. You can also use the app on your phone if you want to! The other options are an audible version, a pdf you can print for a "cheat sheet" when its time to take the test. You don't have to choose the add-ons, but they are there if you want them. I chose the audible version and listened on my phone on the go! What a breeze! I thought I was going to need to do it in sections, but I did the whole class! I was able to print the certificate 30 minutes later. Well worth it! The class was not boring at all and if you need to retake the test, you can retake it one time for free. Don't waste your time or money on other classes that advertise they are the best or cheapest. The driving school will not bore you to death, you get your certificate right away and there are not hidden fees!
