Negative experience: Beware. Was with AAA of Schuylkill county for my car insurance needs for 23 years moved to Lebanon switched to AAA central Penn and 9 months later I needed them out of my life. SCOTT TUCKER IS THE WORST WHEN YOU NEED HELP SO PROGRESSIVE STOPS RAISING YOUR RATES. QUICK TO SELL YOU A POLICY AND THATS ALL HES GOOD FOR BECAUSE YOUR ON YOUR OWN AFTER THAT.

Negative experience: Terrible front line service. Had to wait till for the clerk to got off his phone. Then stand there for 15 mins. Put some stools out front for people who worked all day. Not impressed with this location.

Negative experience: First impression of a business is at the front line. Felt like we didn't belong there and was an irritant to the quiet when we walked in. Was told we needed an appointment when the app clearly stated "walk in". When explained there was lack of an option for said appointment we were being treated like we were lying. When people are paid to represent a company they really should be more kind. For the record, these young autistic kids are now trying to function in society as adults, and you completely just gave a front line view of what to expect towards the future. Choose a more kind approach to people visiting your establishment and it will go a long way.

Fantastic experience: As a AAA member I was able to get my passport photo for free. They had snacks out and drinks for you to enjoy while you perused the travel section or wait for an agent to assist.

Negative experience: Members who are selling a vehicle should be able to utilize their privilege without the buyer being a member. I paid for my friends membership to save costs of transferring the title and saving time to look for a different notary service when you FAILED ME as a 36 year member.
Timothy, I am sorry you feel like AAA has failed you. Our services are for members and when someone is buying a car the fees fall on the purchaser and are determined based on if they are a member or not. Our member fees are $35 and non member fees are $119. So you can see that members do get a big discount by coming to AAA. Thank you for being a 36 year member, we appreciate your loyalty.

Negative experience: Poor service on two occasions lately
Positive experience: They're always helpful but they're requiring you to schedule an appointment or call ahead before coming in the store front. I guess they could get very busy otherwise but part of what we pay for with a membership is to be able to walk in at our convenience instead of calling and waiting on hold or fighting through menus to get to the right person.

Fantastic experience: Super quick, got off the phone with dispatch and was told it would be about an hour. I locked my keys in my car and had milk and other groceries. 20 minutes later the driver calls and tells me he will be there in 7 minutes.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service, as a member for years, I stopped to transfer a title as the buyer lived in the area, drove from Harrisburg to Lebanon only to be unable to finish the transaction because I had a copy of the POA, Not the original (original was kept by PENNDOT when getting the title). I asked them to call the Camp Hill AAA which did the POA, to no avail. Ended up going to a local tag facility in Lebanon which did the transfer in 10 minutes. I subsequently spoke with the AAA camp hill office and they indicated a copy should have been fine. Very disappointed, but they also.lost a member as the buyer of the vehicle was going to join...until they refused to do the totle and tag work.
We are sorry we were unable to assist you and your buyer with the title transfer. Unfortunately, we are required, by PennDOT, to view the original documents to complete any transaction. We do apologize for the inconvenience as we were unable to connect with the processing agent and assist you with securing your original forms. While we never want to not assist a member or customer, we must adhere to the standards. Failure to produce the original document is a frustrating and disappointing matter for everyone involved.
