Fantastic experience: Great experience! The instructors were very KnowledgeableExperienced in a wide variety of trucking. They were very good at explaining things in different ways for you to understand the information being taught or the maneuver to be made. I would recommend School to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience at MTC Truck Driver Training. I received my CDL in May 2024 and now I have a new career as an OTR driver and I love it. Wayne is an exceptional trainer and has tons of Experience in OTR he has a lot of real life dos and don'ts. I received a lot of hands on yard training and am very grateful I chose MTC. The course is accelerated and can be completed in 4-5 weeks but if it takes longer that's ok Wayne and his awesome instructors help students succeed. Everyone learns at a different pace and that's ok. A lot of the time they have suggestions and helpful info about various funding opportunities. Overall school was a great experience at MTC Driver Training Tulsa on Mingo.

Fantastic experience: MTC is a great school to learn all about truck driving, All of the instructors there att the Tulsa location are really great and very knowledgeable individuals who know all there is to know about Driving a Truck and more importantly, they are very good teachers! Fantastic experience: I went to this school to get my CDL in January, it was a great experience and everybody there was super helpful. When I would get frustrated with something I wasn't able to do properly, Leon was very encouraging and motivating, and I eventually mastered it like he said I would. Wes was a great teacher in the classroom, and helped me pass my permit test first try no problem. Gary was a very good driving instructor, he stays calm which helped me stay calm, and he was very helpful. The director of the school, Wayne, was awesome and really helped me get the hang of shifting in the manual truck. Overall great experience, great instructors, great school.

Positive experience: Leon is a great instructor, he teaches you everything you need to know in the yard and is an all around great guy. Gary is awesome also he works with you on your road skills. The director is a good guy Wayne but his communication is not the best, he is your contact for the school but will take 2-3 days to respond to a text. While at the school though he is a good guy to work with and talk to. His knowledge goes above and beyond and will not only tell you what you need to know to pass the test but gives real world knowledge as well. All in all a great school to attend. The school really needs to work on adding additional trucks so students get more time in the truck and less time sitting in the yard just watching others all day. No fault of the school this falls more on the higher ups not providing needed equipment. Highly recommend if your looking to get out there and actually feel prepared once you leave.

Fantastic experience: I completed my course at MTC in Tulsa. This was the greatest experience I've had this far. The instructors and the director take pride in their job and they genuinely want to see you succeed. Everybody went above and beyond their job description to make sure I passed my test. I struggled to get a job afterwards (no fault of the school or staff), but every time I ran into an issue these guys came through pointing me in the right direction and using what resources they could to help me find a job. I'm excited to start my trucking career next week. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond ensuring my success.

Fantastic experience: If you want to learn how to really drive a full size tractor and trailer, then this is the place to go. The instructors are top notch and have all been in the business for so long that they probably used to drive dinosaurs, haha, just kidding Wes! But, seriously they will give you the constructive criticism that you will need to handle a big rig in any situation that may come your way. Fantastic experience: School was absolute great. All three instructors strive to get you ready for the cdl test. They give you all the necessary tools and instructions on how to complete pre/post trip and maneuvers but they also they don’t babysit or hold you’re hand through the school which in my opinion is a good thing. You need to be able to put in the effort to absorb everything and really understand what you’re doing because if you don’t and they just hold your hand through it , you won’t pass your CDL test and/or make it in this line of work. On a personnel note I will miss being in the yard talking with John and Wayne on our free time, glasses out

Fantastic experience: MTC is a great place to start your new career. The instructor’s are all very informative and thankfully patient, haha. Wayne, John and West really want the best for all of their students. It’s is a very serious and business minded school but they try to make it fun as well. I don’t mean to sound like I’m bragging but if you take it seriously and pay attention you can be a “ONE AND DONE” as I was. Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work.

Wes, Ray, and Wayne all have real world experience, stories, and expertise. All are great teachers and instructors. The class sizes are very small, meaning that you will get the opportunity to actually learn!

Fantastic experience: I started in late august 2023 and graduated late September. They promise a month course and they mean it. By the time my test was coming up I felt fully prepared to pass. Both instructors were great, patient, and gave clear instruction on how to handle a truck. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a trucking school around the northeast Oklahoma area.

Negative experience: They are Robbers they just took my money $5,500 Don’t do it it don’t go to this school for the last 3 months I have been waiting for a call back on 1:2 of my refund because I didn’t even finish the program because there was no one to teach an just bad in general getting the round a round an they send you home early it’s not worth it at all just terrible an the Director is even the worst .. This is the worst CDL school you can attend it does not have any instructors most of the days an the ones they do have are always complaining an saying they get paid more driving an just put you down instead of instructing an showing you what to do they others like myself that don’t know what there doing to tell us what the hell an I was self paid client or student an was so happy to attend to receive the worst service ever an never mind the So CALL DIRECtOR of the place by the name of Broc … I have been calling him for the last 3 months or more about my refund an leaving messages for him not even to return my calls that’s crazy don’t do it don’t go to this so call CDL School just rob you ..

Fantastic experience: I graduated here in Feb 2023. When I started it was a toss-up between MTC and another school, but I'm certainly glad and 100% satisfied that I went with MTC. The enrollment process was a breeze and they set you up for success all the way from the classroom to the road training. It felt like they were genuinely training me to be a real world driver and not just "pass the state test". My instructor was mainly Jeremy, I truly learned a lot from him and picked up a lot of really good tips aboit driving and the trucking industry as a whole. Put in the time and effort, do your work, study, ask questions, and you will pass guaranteed.

Fantastic experience: A textbook approach to how a student should be taught. Instruction, hands on, review, repeat. MTC gives you the tools to be confident. I knew when I tested for the CDL permit, I would pass. I knew when I performed maneuvers, I would master them. I knew, when I tested out for my final exam, I would get my CDL credential that day. Fantastic instruction that builds confidence. All around a quality trucking school. MTC should be the only choice if your goal is a CDL.

Fantastic experience: i just graduated from MTC. if you want to meet some great folks and learn how to drive go to MTC. pay attention and you will leave there with your CDL. Jeremy knows more about trucks and how to drive them than any one man should, and he is more than willing to share all his knowledge! there's lots of encouragement and giving up is not an option. James the director has the instructors teach more then how to pass the test but to be safe on the road. Everything I learned at MTC I will continue to use in my new career.

Fantastic experience: Great instructors James was easy to work with when I had family issues, Jeremy knew how to break cdl training to me down to where I could comprehend information as someone who was completely new to trucking. Wayne was exceptional I was having problems parking with a ally doc and he was patient with me and helped me get it down to where I can't get it wrong! I had an ally doc as my parking test and got it perfectly in the box these guys are amazing and if I could get a second cdl I would go again!

Negative experience: Got a phone call to finish application. Staff was VERY Unfriendly and wouldnt listen to anything i was saying. VERY unprofessipnal. Glad I stopped the application process with them.

Positive experience: It has issues not enough trucks and not enough trainers

Negative experience: This so called school don't care about the student, all they care about is the money. The instructor's are not qualified. They also like to belittle their students and treat them like children. Their trucks are not safe by dot standards and if you point that out the instructor will get in your face and tell you that you are wrong. You are making a mistake if you go to this school. They need to be shut down. This school is the old Roadmaster school. They are nothing but lies.
