Fantastic experience: My daughter just passed her driving test today thanks to Temecula Valley Driving School. Best driving school ever from the instructors to the admin are superb. Very professional, thorough and accommodating. The instructors Georgette and Curtis and Carlos the admin made the whole process seamless. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Nearly got swiped at freeway speed from a TVDS car (grey Kia) on a Saturday morning 3/15. The car merged onto the 15 and immediately cut 3 lanes of traffic with no signal. I received the finger when all I did was honk to let him know that I was there so I was not hit. Hilarious irony but getting the finger when I have done nothing wrong, not as funny.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in Temecula, my daughter had Sherry Smith as her instructor every time and was funny and patient with my daughter and helped her by giving her tips to help her pass her DMV driving test and she passed on the first try.

Fantastic experience: Temecula Valley Driving School truly saved the day when we were left in a tough spot. After Bakkers closed abruptly and failed to show up for a confirmed appointment, our son was left two hours short of his required behind-the-wheel lessons—just days before his driving test. With only two days to spare, we scrambled to find a school that could accommodate us, and Temecula Valley Driving School stepped up. Although based in Temecula, they also serve the San Diego area (where we are). We weren’t aware of the additional paperwork needed to transfer driving school records for the final behind-the-wheel certificate, but they guided us through the process and worked with the DMV to ensure everything was in place after the last two-hour lesson. John, our son’s instructor, was incredibly patient and helped him build confidence for the test. The customer service was outstanding—from scheduling and conducting the lesson to making sure we had all necessary paperwork and even following up with a courtesy call to check on our son’s results. He passed! :) This school genuinely cares about its students, prioritizing their comfort and confidence behind the wheel. We’ll definitely be returning when our next child begins their driving training!

Negative experience: I’m not sure if it’s one instructor or all of them, but clearly yielding is not taught. If I didn’t know they were going to blow through the yield I would have been T-boned of which the instructor gets upset when I honk. Teach them correctly and I won’t have to hurt their delicate sensibilities. This is not the first time this has happened while they drive a company car.

She made sure he was well prepared and helped build up his confidence. She was also very patient and understanding. You could really tell that she cared about her job and helping people.

Fantastic experience: Tanner Goodman is the #1 instructor passed my test first try at hemet. He knows how to teach very well and you can ask any question and he’ll help you understand what you are confused about. He’s honest and gives good constructive criticism.

Positive experience: The instructors are great! My daughter liked both of the instructors she had a couple years ago. It was sometimes hard to get lessons set up, but it was a weird time for companies trying to keep employees. I signed my son up for lessons (and the online course) with them again this year.

Fantastic experience: I had Mrs. Isidra and she was amazing! I felt extremely nervous with the idea that I would be driving for the first time but Mrs. Isidra was super chill and funny, it was a blast! We talked like we were friends and she was really helpful during lessons and constantly repeating what was needed especially looking at where cars could come at you. I passed my behind the wheel test the week after taking lessons with her! Would recommend with my whole heart.

Fantastic experience: Georgette is the Best!!! Trust me! The minute I met her I knew I would pass the test. And I did on my first try! I got my drivers license. Yay! I am 39 years old and driving was my biggest fear. My permit was expiring I couldn’t practice with someone else, so Georgette was my the one and only option. I had only 6 lessons with her and I passed! She made me believe in myself. I even told her she could be a life coach. She is patient, smart, funny and very encouraging! She makes you feel very comfortable behind the wheel. She really cares about her students and I couldn't ask for a better teacher. Thank you! And the office is super friendly too. Fantastic experience: We originally started out with G&G driving school who was bought out by Temecula Valley Driving school. Although the companies switched over, Temecula Valley Driving school honored our package we bought with G&G. We bought the package with 3 lessons, but it was the final lesson with Jose Avila that made this driving school worth it. My daughter had her final lesson with Jose the day before her driving test and he made sure to prepare her. He was very patient with her and took her throughout the town and on the freeway. He made sure she was confident when it came to parking, turning, and reversing. Thanks to Jose, my daughter Alexia passed her driving test the next day. If you decide to go with Temecula Valley Driving School, make sure to request Jose Avila.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, and I owe it all to instructor Giselle. She taught me all the ticks and tricks I needed to know about driving and ironed out all of my shortcomings in the short span of 2 hours. If possible, please request instructor Giselle. You won’t be sorry.

Negative experience: Terrible !! Had 6 hours Behind the Wheel Training and DmV package with them. Paid almost 600$ The lady instructor didn't teach me anything, not even trying to correct any mistakes and always late Unfortunately i didn't pass my driving test. disappointed !!

Negative experience: Two stars for the first two instructors my son had. They did a great job making him feel confident while still teaching him even though he was an adult driver. The last instructor for his last two hour lesson left him feeling stupid and fearful of driving! $400 of his hard earned money for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I previously had a crippling fear of driving, and I put off learning until my permit nearly expired! I originally bought the 6 hour package, but found I didn’t want to practice with my parent until I was solid, so I bought FIVE extra lessons (ten hours)! My primary instructor was Kyle Parsons, and I’d recommend him to anyone that needs a super chill instructor! On a couple occasions when I couldn’t meet with Kyle (busy schedule on my part), I met with Kali Lindsey. She was also wonderful— very sweet, very relaxed, casual. I highly recommend these two instructors to any new driver. Don’t be afraid to admit you’re nervous, as they are very accommodating. I passed my Temecula drive test easily and am currently awaiting for my license to arrive in the mail! Not only did I overcome my deep fear, but I’ve been trained to be an excellent, safe, and defensive driver. Thank you, TVDS!

Fantastic experience: I felt prepared and confident during my drivers test thanks to my instructor Giselle. She was incredibly patient and made sure my driving techniques were safe and efficient.

Negative experience: Christine did a great job. Kelly is a nice gal but not a good instructor, she speaks way to fast and even apologized to us when the session was over.. All in all they always cut the session short by 20 minutes to even an hour. They sign off on it as if it was a 2 hour session but they sometimes come back 30 or 40 minutes early. This displeased me because id prefer they spent the time parking or something to help my kid learn.

Fantastic experience: I took my driving lessons with Giselle Winwood, and she was absolutely amazing. I passed my driving test on the first try, and it's mostly in thanks to her! She was also extremely friendly and just a fun person to be around. The school itself was fine, but I really think it depends on the instructor you have.

Desiree Paredes is the best instructor for someone that lacks self confidence with their driving ability. I’m so glad to have met her, truly amazing person-ask for her! You won’t regret it! Negative experience: Called to make an appointment for my son’s behind the wheel training and was told I had to repay since it’s been more than a year. I guess they didn’t realize we have been in a pandemic for over a year. Would rather give my money to another business then pay them another $300.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about having my driving test but after one and a half weeks at this school, I was able to learn new skills while honing the ones I had. My instructor was John Garcia, and while he looks tough on the outside, he was the nicest person ever! He taught me well and helped comfort me before my behind-the-wheel test. I passed the test on the first try. I’m very thankful for the school’s services and care.

I prefer Winwood instructor to taught me, she taught me so specific details, she won’t make me feel nervous, I have more confident to passing my test! I hope you will be my next instructor next time. Negative experience: If you have a choice, go somewhere else, they re not flexibility, not professional, not on time on testing day, making student more nervous. Manager never return calls 2x requested. They got your $ they will run away, not try to work thing out, we feel we have no choice. NOT RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: Tanya and Jonathan were really nice instructors! I had major driving anxiety as an adult learner but the instructors were both very patient with me. They helped me get more comfortable driving and I passed my behind the wheel at Hemet! I had some time constrictions and the office people helped me schedule my lessons to fit my schedule. Just make sure to read and understand the policies before you pay and you should be good.

Fantastic experience: My son did his behind the wheel training with TVUSD with Noel Jackson. He was such a good instructor, he made my son feel comfortable and was very calm and had great communication. My son passed his behind the wheel test on his first try. Noel drove various routes with him to make sure he was comfortable in different types of environments before his test so he was well prepared and was confident he could pass. Thank you Noel.

Fantastic experience: This is in my opinion the best driving school in Temecula. Great prices, very high standards with excellent instructors who know the local area around Temecula. Honest and no hidden costs or funky charges. All four of our kids used this company and now our last one is also with Temecula driving school. I felt very safe and confident with their instructors. They really exceed my expectation as a parent. Oh, we have been in Temecula for 16 years and this is a local company that had absolutely earned my trust. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Raul Perez and I only have good things to say about him. Going into it, I was nervous to meet my instructor because I was fearful of their harshness or inability to help. Lucky for me, I got Raul all three of my lessons. He is smart, incredibly kind, and makes a wonderful teacher for anyone who is willing to learn. His charismatic personality and ability to make his students feel at ease is one of his many attributes. Thanks to Mr. Perez I was able to leave the driving school with a positive experience. Along with his undying patience and comfortableness with questions, I am happy to say he has made me a better driver and prepared me for the test ahead.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. First, every phone responder is very polite and gets everything done in a timely manner. I have called more than 5 times and every single person who answered my call helped me schedule my appointments and/or change my dates with ease. Next, all of the instructors (that I have had) are amazing instructors and people. Not only did both of my instructors make me feel comfortable behind the wheel, but they actually taught me things about the road very well, and they were not rude about it whatsoever. My personal favorite was Kyle. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone who will be using Temecula Valley Driving School to ask for Kyle, as he is extremely kind, relatable, easy to talk to, funny, helpful, and respectful. I had Kyle for my last two lessons and they were some of the best 2 hours of my life because I got to talk to such a great person while growing to be more independent. I passed my license test because of Kyle. If you are nervous about driving for the first time, request Kyle as your instructor and you will be just fine. I applaud everyone who works for Temecula Valley Driving School, and I hope nothing changes.

Negative experience: I thought the services where absolutely terrible. My driving instructor almost got me into a accident. She told me to go through a red light after I told her twice it was red.

Negative experience: In choosing Temecula Valley Driving School, be sure to keep note of their refund policy, which is absolutely NO REFUNDS, period. I paid for three lessons and after the first one (I had zero driving experience, and felt as though I spent the cost of a lesson merely to legally drive around), I found a cheaper and more informative alternative by asking around. Unfortunately for me however, I was not informed and did not know about the refund policy, so instead of getting a refund for the two lessons I haven't taken, I am locked in and either have to take the lessons I no longer need/want, or let them run off with my money. Even though this is just my own experience with Temecula Driving School, please learn from my mistakes and either search harder for cheaper alternatives or find a way to pay by each lesson. Never pay for all of them at once, and keep your money where it belongs, in your wallet.
