Negative experience: Mr. Williams was /very/ creepy to the female students, and was all around an unpleasant teacher. I would recommend going to any location but this one

Negative experience: Was 10 minutes late to take my test because this location is hidden behind a strip mall... was told I couldn't take my test because of it even non of the other test takers had even started their test. B&B will never get my business again. What a waste of my time. Also they never once picked up the phone at this location.

Negative experience: MR. WILLIAMS who issued my driving test was very unprofessional, aggressive, and rude and mistreated me during my test by yelling at me multiple times. I was never treated this way in my life, yet by a person who I’m paying for a service. After reviewing the previous reviews (including the last one by Isabelle) I’m not the only person who was mistreated by this person. It looks like he has some behavioral issues and he should NOT be doing this “training” profession with such bad manners. I’ll report this person to the Washington DMV and also report B&B Driving School for not taking any action against this person despite the consistent negative feedback from clients. I recommend anyone to avoid interacting with this person and this school at all costs.

Negative experience: Grand location: I would recommend any where but this place. The guy who is issuing the test is so unprofessional and rude. They offer little to no support or help. They have zero customer service. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I had a conversation with a very unprofessional employee at this location. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of this employee, but I do know that he had an accent. I really hope this employee gets consequences for the way he treats clients. He talked to me in a very aggressive and rude manner, while I was being very nice and polite in return. When somebody asks questions or assistance, you do not talk to them as if they don’t matter. Im a case manager and I had a client who needed to jumpstart her car, because her car broke down right in front of their building. She walked inside and asked for help, But since she does not speak English, she handed the phone to this gentleman that spoke to me. When I explained the situation to him and asked him for assistance, he told me no. When I asked again very politely, if someone could potentially, please help her jumpstart the car. His aggressive response was “ What do you not understand? Did you not understand what I’m saying? We cannot help her. What do you want me to do?” Nobody should be talked to in this manner, I work with clients every day, and I know how people want to be treated. This man does not deserve to work there!

Negative experience: Creepiest, laziest, most inappropriate guy we've ever experienced at a business. If you go here, you've been warned. I can't believe he still has a job there. We will be filing an official complaint with the bbb.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and lazy staff! Especially Mr.Willams who is very creepy and inappropriate toward my daughter. Then he is mean to my son and acts like he wants nothing to do with my son. He should not be allowed near kids especially alone in the car with them.

Fantastic experience: My 5 children all went to BB driving school. They have great instructors and the kids learned to drive well. I recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor had the best relaxed attitude. His easy-going manner took all the stress away from what I thought would be a tense driving test.

Negative experience: Mr. Williams might be more of a qualified driving instructor if he could stand up from his chair long enough to sit back down again in the car. I know there’s good people out there, that deserve a long life filled with happiness; Mr Williams is not one of those people. : ) — btw maybe Mr. Williams could use his driving expertise to drive to a cardiologist.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Holmes was my driving instructor. He is the best person to learn with. He was so patient and very experienced. I would recommend to learn driving with him. My experience with the school was very pleasant especially because of my instructor.

Negative experience: I went there to test 3 different times but he never got in the car with me he made so many excuses not to test me just so I’d reschedule and pay more worst experience I’ve ever had and they’re absolutely not friendly

Fantastic experience: BNB driving school prepared my kids for their license. The driving instructor was intense but funny and took his job very seriously. I still have one kid to send through B&B and I look forward to that. Thanks B&B driving school for helping to train my kids for a lifetime of driving.

Fantastic experience: Отличная школа для сдачи экзаменов. Пожилой инструктор вообще красавчик (респект ему и уважение), на вождении ведёт себя так, что нет какого-то морального напряжения. Очень уважительно относится к людям и говорит спокойно и не быстро (для таких как я). До этого пробовал сдавать в 911, так там на теории тоже нормальные, а вот на вождении инструктор полная противоположность (описывать не хочу). Итог. Выбирая автошколу в Спокене, однозначно выбор в пользу B&B.

Negative experience: Just took the driver test and the instructure Williams he was yelling the whole time. I started to stop at a stop sign and he yelled at me so I got confused and almost ran it and I would have done fine if he wasnt yelling the whole time and was polite. He also told me to turn way to late almost every time and he would always hit the breaks. I would not recomened going here. Instructure williams yells the whole time and stress out students making them make bad road choices. If negative stars was a thing i would give negative 5 stars. Worst instrucre ever. If you get him as an instructure you'll see what I mean.

Negative experience: My brother organized everything and scheduled a driving test appointment at this location many weeks in advance. Upon arrival for the exam, he is charged the far overpriced $55 fee for the test. In the parking lot, the examiner stopped the test because the back top taillight canopy of the family truck was out (the light on the back of the truck's cabin was still fully functional). This light went out a couple weeks before after being worked on by a collision mechanic service who released the car stating that it was still street legal without the top taillight functioning. The test was stopped without leaving the driveway and my brother was still charged the full amount. These professionals and multiple well experienced drivers had no idea that a malfunctioning top taillight would cause a car to not be street legal anymore. According to the Washington State Legislature the top tail light must be functional, and B and B driving school blamed my brother accusing a lack of legal knowledge. Further, not once while driving this car all around the Spokane and Spokane valley area, has it been pulled over, so it would appear that law enforcement around this area also do not fully know this law. It makes sense not being able to drive a claimed "street illegal" car, however there was no need to blame a young driver and to have such disrespectful customer service who talked to us not with us and refused to work through the misunderstanding. There are better driving schools and driving test areas in Spokane, ones that will respect you and the money you spend there.

Negative experience: Mr. Williams refused to allow my daughter to take the written test because he could not locate our payment. We had indeed made payment, as my daughter told him and I explained over the phone. Nevertheless, he insisted my daughter leave. It was dark outside and my daughter did not have a ride. She had to walk in the dark to a coffee house to wait for us to pick her up. This guy is lucky I didn’t come down myself to express my displeasure since my daughter was worried it would impact her ability to get her license. The company subsequently located our payment due to a clerical error on their part but no apology was offered. Mr. Williams is just a bully, plain and simple.

Negative experience: These guys will scam you don’t waste your money period. They take advantage of young kids and parents money they purposely fail kids that have studied and made sure they’ve gotten the right answers and still fail it’s ridiculous they have different test letters on how hard the test is supposed to be they won’t let you review on what answers you got wrong so you could actually learn on your mistakes who would’ve thought actually making a mistake and learning from it would be actually productive but now these people want to hide everything so they can get the most money out of you because they need money for their greedy pockets they charge you so much money for driver’s ed and actually don’t teach you anything most drivers are going to learn just on the road and actually driving then Sitting in a class for a month and learning nothing besides don’t drink and drive and don’t drive high that’s literally it that is what they tell every highschooler in high school and it gets put on blast we know don’t text and drive to these are all common sense stuff and we can’t control this person’s gonna drink alcohol if they want but besides that that’s all you learn so why waste your money if you just read this review you just learn the whole class and saved yourself $500 You’re welcome and have a nice day don’t waste your money sincerely Kaleb Auckland

Negative experience: I thought everyone was being dramatic about how bad this place is, I gave it a try because of location but oh my. My daughter was treated terribly by a teacher, Mr Williams!! she said he had raised his voice to teach and it was very difficult to learn to drive, he puts pressure on young drivers especially when it is their first time behind the wheel. If you can I would suggest another driving school but if you have no choice please be wary and listen to your children!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience for both the written and driving tests. Both were very straightforward and understandable. Tom was reasonable and fair in explaining any errors and suggested improvements for your driving ability. As a foreigner I would say that the WA driving test is very easy to pass, but it's also a fair test of your driving ability.

Fantastic experience: I really liked my experience with B & B Driving School. My instructor was Mr. Maul; he was friendly, and easy-going. He made sure that I understood what I was learning. If he was hard on me, than he was also hard with himself. He was professional and treated me like an adult. I especially liked that he reviewed with me practical knowledge of the road. Also, he prepared me for the written test. Overall, you will have a great experience with this Driving School, you will learn a lot and become a better driver.

Fantastic experience: So I had to take the written test three times to finally pass. I only passed the third time because the man who gave us the test told me not to give up, I almost did like a bunch of people do. He was polite and gave me tips on what to study extra in the booklet. I'm excited to take my driven test there!

Negative experience: I went in to take the written test and The driver teacher at this location kept snapping at people and every time someone came in no matter who or even if it was 5 minutes before class he would say "what do you want?" He vary much stressed me out and i couldnt focus on the test.

Negative experience: Complete waste of money and time. The teacher talks about cars for 30 seconds then goes on and on about useless information and stories that have nothing to do with driving. I’ve slept through every class and haven’t missed out learning anything because literally nothing happens in that class. I’d recommend letting Stevie Wonder teach you how to drive instead. If you put your kid in this class, expect to learn everything you need to know at home because no one is gonna teach you it here.

Positive experience: Mostly good! Strict on timeliness, which it should be. My second kid will take skills test shortly. You get out what you put in.

Negative experience: Mr. Williams (South Hill, grand location) is a horrible person, he should not be teaching children. He is very mean and disrespectful to the boys in his class but EXTREMELY nice to the girls. Even let’s girls pass when they shouldn’t. I would not recommend this school for any of my friends with sons. And if you have girls that attend Mr Williams class keep an eye on them.

Negative experience: I am currently in Mr. Williams class, hands down the worst teacher I’ve ever had. He is full of himself and is extremely rude to the students. It should be a friendly place to learn the basics of driving, but instead it’s just him yelling and embarrassing the students.

Negative experience: The phone number on their registration form is wrong so when I finally got through after trying to figure out the right number combination, the man simply hung-up on me before giving me a chance to even introduce myself, let alone ask any questions!

Negative experience: It is a waste of time and sucks in almost every aspect. The classroom teacher, Mr. Williams has no respect for anyone but himself. The classes are brutally boring and the curriculum appears to not have been changed since the 80’s. But Mr. Homes one of the driving instructors he’s great, nothing bad from him.

Negative experience: Hands down worst driving school in Spokane. Completely instructor based. Unprofessional. Shows up late to appointments. Failure based on personal preferences rather than actual driving skill. Clearly disappointed in life decisions resulting in his present life situation.

Fantastic experience: I took my learner's permit here and I've been taking driving lessons with John. Every time I've called, the gentleman on the phone has been super nice and helpful. The instructor giving the written test was willing to help anyone who wanted to go to DMV the same day sooner than the others( it being a Saturday and DMV closing at 2:30) and I have been having the most amazing lessons with John. Everything I was afraid of, he has helped me with, so many times, until I've felt confident. He's patient and takes these lessons and the hour you've got with him very seriously. Makes sure to ask you every time what it is that you personally want to practice more and knows the streets of Spokane like the back of his hand. Every bump, every turn and every sign. I have been so pleased with my experience so far and I recommend this driving school if you actually want to learn how to drive.

Negative experience: Wouldn't know how the course is because after 3 messages, still haven't heard back from them. There's other drivers ed classes that would love to have my business.
