Negative experience: My daughter has gotten all the way to the test! I’ve spent $400 and the instructor will not respond to emails or texts the voicemail is full. We tried to go to the DMV for the test and they won’t do her test without verification of the class. This woman is a thief!

Negative experience: I've heard about this business through social media post, so I decided to give it a try for 3 of my children. My children did attend the 8 hour class in April 2021. They got their permit on that following Monday at DMV. Note, I paid $900 in cash that my kids witness this transaction, due to me asking for a receipt which I never got. I did find other means to obtain the contract, which I still have in my possession. My kids did complete their 6 hr training, which was difficult for to get done, due to her putting them off for training. Now that 6 months is up, she failed to complete her obligations to test them for their driver license. It's not fair to me nor my children that I paid for services she's failing to complete. I advise to stay away from this business if you need any type of services done. I'm still waiting for as of today to complete what was stated in the contract I sign. My kids 6 months is up as stated in the contract. All I want is for her to test them for their license and if they pass is to provide the certificate of driver's training. How can someone take someone hard earn money to provide services and not upheld their contract agreement?

Negative experience: Communication is not the key with this company. I have been calling, texting and inboxing trying to getting services. My son has done the 8 hour class room time (06/2020 )and 1 driving lesson (08/2020 ) Right after he did his 1st lesson i try to schedule for November she told me to wait. Till 1st week November to call. After that i was unable to get in touch with the company set up is 2nd driving lesson. When i finally talk to her informed her that i wanted to take my business to another company due to the lack of communication with her company. She was suppose to email me with my son paperwork. I ask to meet in person because i need the original records to take it to another company. She said she will email it. She offer me a refund still haven’t received it yet. I also sent her cash app request which was ignored. Now i am out of 200.00, my son time and he has to start all over. I just don’t understand how can you be a business owner and i can see her read my messages not respond back. I understand we are in a pandemic and we was in a pandemic when he started there program back in June 2020 If that was the case they should’ve accept new students. I have check my email and i do not see any paper work sent by this company I also need the paper work from his school that was sign by his teacher. i am not the only have a problems corresponding with this company. a report was file on your company back in July. i do care about what i have invested my money in and correspondence of whats going she never told me they l was closed. About the refund you told me you will send my money back. You never said anything about a reviewing my Contract and that been over month. Your company is closed i would like my money back i am not sure what else you need to review. The paper work i need is his class work hours. And the number hours behind the wheel. The class room session is 75.00. And behind the wheel is 75. I have paid a total of 200.00. After filling the complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She didn’t respond back to my rebuttal. She also told the BBB they was closed which is not true on December 19th i went up to school and she was giving old man driving lesson, refuse to give me my paper work beaches i file a complaint on her for her lack of communication on a contact i sign with her company. I have file another complaint with Consumer affairs.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely a great place to learn and experience your beginners driving abilities. Ms. Gibson was very direct and clear when explaining the do’s and don’ts in regards to driving she also gave me through walk throw of the driving procedures when I purchased the training prior to The road test . I recommend any and everyone to take her classes if needed it will definitely make a difference

Fantastic experience: Wow!! What an amazing program. Someone referred me to this Driving academy and thank goodness. The instructor really paid attention to my son and gave help where was needed. She really enjoys what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond what was required and we truly appreciate her patience. She requires a standard and it's really worth it!! I know for a fact that my son received good training that he will need on the roads!! Thank you again!!

Fantastic experience: This program is amazing. I’ve tried for my license with numerous people and the teaching technique weren’t nearly as good as the Navigation Driving Academy. The teacher is excellent, had great communication skills and kept pushing forward positive encouragement. The patience and professionalism that takes place within the Academy is phenomenal! I would recommend any child, teen or young adult to go through the program, to get a push towards driving and achieve any help needing goals.

They pay attention to what the student needs and they make sure they are ready for the road. They are not just handing out certificates just to get a great review. We need more places just like this. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Ms. Manning at Navigation Driving Academy. A job a I wanted required me to get a driver's license and I was frustrated and nervous because I hadn't driven in a while, I just maintained my permit. Ms. Manning made herself available for questions and practice. She helped me fight my nervousness and get my license. I am forever grateful for the experience that I had with Navigation Driving Academy and highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with anxiety around driving.

Negative experience: I am having a difficult time with this driving school. I am unable to schedule my daughter's road test. She finished her classroom training a month ago. I am also having issues communicating with the instructor. She does not respond to calls or texts. My overall suggestion would be to choose a different training school.

Negative experience: I don't recommend nobody to let their child come here to do driving lesson. This lady is a RIP off !! Shes not about business. She choose who she wants to work with. My niece haven't got a called back yet about her last session ans it's been over 4 months. My niece paid 200$ for nothing!! The lady kept changing the days for my niece to drive. One day she didnt come at all and we kept calling her and the next day she called and said she needed to get new tires but that wasn't a excuse to not answer the phone not tell my niece that you couldn't make it that day. My niece also said they didn't sit in the classroom for 8 hours. She said that the lady said it wasn't worth it. And my niece went in that day 9am-12pm. But I thought by law you suppose to be in the classroom 8 hours teaching. The lady is so unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Great school, friendly business. Really came through for me when i needed to get my license in a hurry and the fact that there price is by far probably the least expensive out of all the other schools makes it better. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Worst driving school to use! They are unprofessional. I signed my daughter up for driving. They told me that I would need to pay half now and the other later. They never gave me a specific date. My daughter showed up for the class. She was the only one there that showed up. She was told she didnt need the class. She called her ride to have them turn around and come get her. When it was time for her to drive, they came and picked her up and said she needed to pay $50 every time before she drives. No one told me that and i had already paid $137.50 and received no service. So I texted and called. Didnt receive a response until 2 days later. I asked for a refund and said there would be no refund because a certificate for the class was given. I am not understanding this my daughter did not take the classes and second why did she get a certificate when she didnt need the class. So basically we paid $137.50 for a piece of paper! Really?! Thats ridiculous. Now I have to pay more money for another driving school, because I dont trust them! I tried filing a complaint on the BBB website, but they are not an accredited business with the BBB. Update: as you can see the response is very unprofessional. As a business owner the response that was given would have not been given by me. Why bash a client, because they complain about a service. This was a gift to my daughter from my mom. If it needed to be paid in full it would have been. Money was not an issue like she is making it to be. I was not given any documentation about anything, until the day she was suppose to drive, which i didnt receive a copy of that. Also as a business owner i make sure up front my clients know their fee, payment schedule and i give them a copy of what they sign and their fee schedule.

Fantastic experience: I love this school. Mrs.. Manning and her daughter were very professional, helpful and the communication was wonderful. Ms. Manning really took the time to really make sure my son was comfortable driving, he says she was very patient and her instructions were very clear to helpful. He passed on the very first try. I would recommend this school to any parent that does not have the patience to teach their know it all teen to drive. LOL. Thank you Mrs. Manning.

Negative experience: PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! If you can find somewhere else to take your child, please do so! I have never seen a business ran so unprofessionally. My daughter had scheduled appointments cancel, reschedule, and her very first appointment was a no show. I believe in supporting black own businesses, however after this, I will not. Not only did she take the full payment of $200., she did NOT complete the services. My daugther was schedule for her road test on Sunday at 4:30, she texted Ms. Manning, at 3:41 asking if she needed to be pick up or drop off, my daughter did not recieved ANY feedback unti 5:25. My husband and I decided to go to the office to have a face to face, she basically told us "WE" can take her ourselve. A service that WE paid her to do. To make a long short, my daughter was due to leave for basic training that following Monday. My daughter and I text Ms. Manning from 7:57 am requesting a time so she can complete her road test. No response from Ms. Manning, however her daughter contacted my daughter. Once again unprofessional. My daughter finally recieved a text stating she can come down at 4:00 to take the road test, with DMV closing at 5. I was told there was no guarentee that she will be able to get her license. PARENTS PLEASE TAKE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE. #ZERORATING,UNPROFESSIONAL,NEVERAGAIN UPDATE: Response to your post three days ago.. It's IRONIC that YOU can respond to a zero rating review, BUT don't answer or respond when your paying customers call. My daughter is not the first person who recieve poor services from YOU. How dare you try to justify your lack of service. YES!! WE decided to decline your offer to complete the driving test @ 4:00, knowing that the DMW closes at 5p.m., as stated by your DAUGHTER there was NO guarantee that she would be able to get her license. FYI family is NOT every Thursday, family day only occurs once and its close to graduation. Like I told YOU before family day is for family day. I have send current and past post some are positive and some are negative.. I guess it depends on your health. Negative experience: Very unprofessional, after confirming an inquiry for an appointment she never got back or responded! UPDATE: the response saying my appointment was confirmed is completely baseless. She never confirmed a time or date.

Negative experience: My sister has been trying to do her drivers lessons for over two months and she still has not provided and assistance she has been ignoring phone calls and she will not provide a refund what ever you do find another place to get your driving lessons because she is very unprofessional and slack zero stars.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Manning was extremely helpful. I was so scared to parallel park but with Ms. Manning I got it almost perfect on my second try. She was very persistent with the manuvers and the correct way to drive. She picked me up and she was on time for our sessions. She dedicated all her attention to me when I was driving and she was nice company.
