LTD Driving School

Negative experience: ***Beware of this Driver Education School*** My daughter started taking the course back in the summer June/July 2024, we paid in full in cash for class. Daughter fully completed class hours but every time we try to make arrangements for actual driving hours, they never answer, we always leave messages, and no return calls or text messages. Waste of money, have reported to BBB, will report to State Licensing, and police for fraud and robbery. We are not the only people that did not receive the full service and course which was fully paid for.

Negative experience: Worst school ever he never answers and does not reply to messages. Schedules driving lessons so far out my daughter started in June 2023 only 2 driving lessons. She turn 18 in May 2024 so she just went to go get her driver license. Waist of money and this classes are not cheap. The instructor is very rude do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Una persona muy mal educada , no Contesta mensajes ni llamadas , no cumple con lo que dijo de su programa de manejo , dijo que eran 3 semanas y ya han pasado casi 3 meses y solo 4 horas de manejo ha tenido mi hijo. La respuesta que el señor me dio cuando le reclamé fue que cuando su hijo empecé el colegio el estará listo , mi hijo no irá al colegio, y en ningún momento fue ese el trato , aparte cuando le pregunté la razón por la que no me Contestaba a mí ni a mi hijo , nunca me miró a la cara siempre se dirigió a mi hijo. Es una persona muy arrogante y mentirosa , solo le importa su dinero y ya , una ves que se le dio el dinero ya no hizo caso de nada de lo que se supone ya debería de haber terminado. No lo recomiendo para nada , se ganó $400 dlls sin haber enseñado a manejar , que eso era por lo cual yo lo contrate .

Negative experience: if i could give this place zero stars i would, save your money and go somewhere else, the instructor NEVER answers the phone always full of excuses. my kid been trying to get hours in for months and he never answers or returns calls, very unprofessional.

Negative experience: My son took his driving classes back in July 2023 was able to get his permit and has not been able to do atleast 1hr in 6 months for the 7-8 hrs behind the wheel with the instructor require to get his Provisional License. Was hoping he would do some hrs atleast on Wednesdays since Gadsden District Anthony, NM has early releases those days but NADA !!! Waste of time and money still waiting for a reply to get some hrs in

Negative experience: Instructor never answers his phone and always comes up with lies to get away from doing his job.

Negative experience: Horrible service. I’ve been waiting A MONTH NEARLY TWO. Just to get my drivers license. I NEED TO TAKE MY ROAD TEST! WHEN IS YOUR SYSTEM COMING BACK UP? ALL SEEMS LIKE A BUNCH OF LIES. PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE THEIR TEST TO GET THEIR LICENSE ALREADY! HORRIBLE SLOW DISGUSTING SERVICE

Fantastic experience: Came back 4 years later finished me up with no charge

Negative experience: I paid over $300 for my daughter to just get a permit. Which all she had to do was take an online class and I had to take her to the mvd to take the test there. The instructor never answered to schedule her for driving time other then one time stating that they were behind because of COVID. Mind you this was over two years ago when she first signed up. My daughter is about to be 18. Waste of my money and time. I highly DO NOT recommend unless you live in las cruces I did see the little LTD car driving around there but never in Anthony. They definitely don’t prioritize Anthony and all the little surrounding towns.

Negative experience: He’s way too old to be working

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the gentleman running this program. He does not reply to your texts, it is a big investment but poor customer service. No urgency to schedule on his part.

Negative experience: horrible customer service, paid a lot of money for this guy to never answer and for him to send me wrong information meant for someone else. sucks that he’s the only option in anthony.

Negative experience: Mi hijo fue a la escuela con el y lo único que el instructor hizo fue hacer puras bromas en clase y le habla uno para la práctica de manejo y no contesta, cobra caras las bromas que hace en clase!!

Negative experience: Es una muy fea esperiencia mi hija pago 350dlls desde septiembre 2021 y es hora de q todavia no le dan sus clases de manejo una amiguita llamada Ruby Garcia se inscribio tambien ahi al mismo tiempo y mejor se fue a la escuela dd Santa teresa new mex. Por la country club y ahi en menos de un mes le dieron su licencia y mi hija Claudia Ceballos va a demandar a ese señor Alan fresquez no le ha cumplido su horas de manejo..y no responde llamadas asi ni como ponerse en contacto con el..ni mi dinero me quiere devolver..ojala no caiga mas gente con el. Through the country club and there in less than a month they gave him his license and my daughter Claudia Ceballos is going to sue that man Alan Fresquez has not fulfilled his driving hours... and he does not answer calls like that or how to get in touch with him ..he doesn't even want to return my money...hopefully no more people will fall like him.
