Defensive Driving Arizona - IMPROV Phoenix

Negative experience: Charged $223 and $38.95. Their website is not working and I cant get chapter 1 to load. I tried to call, chat, and email its been over 48 business hours and nobody has responded. I tried to get the chapters to load on 2 different devices, cleared cookies, incognito mode. No luck. I don't like paying for services that are not received.

Negative experience: so far have called 10 times to get signed up for class was told to tend document via text . sent twice customer service still states haven't received.

Fantastic experience: Where do I "end" this fabulous experience!!! Always helpful and great at saying don't "worry" it's going be ok (from the staff) keep up the great work, thank God

Fantastic experience: At first I thought IMPROV? Is this a farce? No, not a farce. Actual on line instruction, which was everything I had learned when studying for my original drivers license back in the day. I was in need of a refresh! Once you register and get used to the site, you can not jump ahead, it's fun, and you can step away to put wash in the dryer, get a glass of water.......happy safe motoring....

Positive experience: I completed the Defensive Driving Course to save money on my insurance. I found the videos to be both entertaining and informative. Be prepared, it takes quite a bit of time to complete the entire program. As another person noted you cannot bypass anything. Why only four stars is because there was some vital safety information that wasn't covered and/or not covered in greater detail while some of the information on stopping and following distances was a bit exaggerated. However I did learn some things and was glad I took the program. I also believe every driver should be required to take a refresher course periodically as knowledge is forgotten, laws are updated and new laws made.

Fantastic experience: This class was extremely helpful. I would like to Thank IMPROV for all of their support including their Chat. I am no longer an aggressive driver and now I'm on the other side watching people passing me. If they only knew about IMPROV and took the class the roads might be a little safer. Thank you IMPROV!

Fantastic experience: First off, I love the dry humor thrown in there every so often. But seriously it was very informative and anytime I needed any assistance from online staff they were right on it. If you ever have to take a defensive driving class I would pick this one!

Fantastic experience: It was a great course. However, it missed a couple of issues. Although you talked about car maintenance, there is need to mention recall letters. It is important to go to dealer to take care of the part that was in the recall notification. Second, I think there is need to discuss how to merge into highway traffic. Merging can be very challenging for any driver. If done wrong, there is a gone chance for accident. Finally, I think you need to discuss the setup for the driver seat. There are some drivers that lay out in the seat and may not react in time to prevent an accident. Overall, it was great course!

Fantastic experience: I researched the various online traffic schools before signing up and it was clear the Improv's was considered the best by users who reviewed it. Now that I have taken the course, I agree. You simply can't go wrong with this online traffic school. The presentation of the material is entertaining, holds your interest and teaches you some things that will improve your driving skills even if you have been driving for many years. Plus you proceed at your own pace. Fast or slow, it's up to you. Much, much better than the old classroom traffic schools that took an entire day and bored you silly. Who would have thought that the Improv would offer such a great traffic school? But they do and if you need a traffic school, no need to look any further. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I recently revived a greater than posted speed citation from Communist Chandler, Thanks Officer Jacobs who sits on his duff and looks at photos all day.. Any ways" I logged onto Improv driving class to combat the communist photo Baloney. Improv was good, the communist fees and more fees were a bit ridicules. But that's government. Improv driving class was easy to follow and helpful.

I thought it was a bit long though as there were so many different sections to it, but overall I thought it was an excellent course.

Fantastic experience: Took this class to lower my car insurance and it was totally worth it for just a few hours of time! The lessons are interesting and of course informative. it helped me to familiarize myself with regulations I had overlooked in the past and can have better focus on these things in the present.

I recommend The Improv's class. But FYI: if you complete it too fast, it will not allow you to take the test. So go through all the videos and literature thoroughly in order to be able to take the test. And the test, easy easy easy.

Fantastic experience: Referred by GEICO to help reduce my premium. GEICO rep was very helpful and informative and gave me a referral to the IMPROV Mature Driver safety course. All worked out well; the course was easy to access and follow. The material was easily understandable and informative. I am 76 years old but I did learn some new facts and safe driving tips from the 6 modules. And you do not have to be a computer whiz to do it. I recommend this course. The fee is reasonable and the premium savings more that worth the cost of the course. The content is lengthy but you can stop and start the class whenever you wish.

Fantastic experience: Trust me, this is one of the BEST and CHEAPEST ways to get rid of a ticket. This traffic school is so easy to use and you can do it at your own pace on your own time. The chapters aren’t long at all and they give you all the info you need for the questions (which are super simple to follow, don’t worry about how hard the questions will be) You do have to spend about 20 minutes on each chapter and there’s a timer but that’s required by the state, as well as the mandatory fees for traffic school the state takes; but IMPROV only charges about $40 for the school! I saved a few hundred dollars getting my traffic school done here. So glad I found out about these guys

Fantastic experience: This was much more educational than the typical dry old driving school with clever humor to aid the dull statistics. I actually enjoyed the lesson plan which was very comprehensive in terms of building the importance of the lesson with facts.

I'm glad I chose this class, and let me tell you, there are soooo many to choose from. "Boring" was a common description for the other classes. It was actually quite informative, and when you complete the course you get a prize that is very worthwhile! Do it, you won’t be disappointed - Except with yourself for getting the ticket to start with....

Fantastic experience: So easy and fast! Don’t even really have to read the material there’s 6 questions per chapter. Answer them right away, it took me about 3 minutes to answer them. Then you have to wait 20 more minutes before you can move on to the next course, I just watched Netflix during that time.
