Fantastic experience: When I wanted to join driving school 1ACT driving school provided me response quickly the owner ASH was very informative ..Alicia did Great customer service over the phone and text message how to join .. in general . 1ACT driving school is the best driving school in Forsyth and Alpharetta location .. As my classes were from 4:30 -6:30 .. it’s not bad at all to join classes .. because Mr dell walker . Very professional and punctual having lot of patience to support your skills to improve driving . He understands and coaches where u need help .. overall .. thanks to April mam for being with me for my driving test .. guys best driving school .. best response and best trainer Dell walker .. who taught me parallel parking .. I will always be grateful to this 1ACT driving school for supporting me as student ..

Fantastic experience: My instructor is Jim Rhodes and he is an excellent instructor. He not only taught of the book but also gave us examples of what actually would happen in the real world and how he would handle it.

I was able To book lessons for my daughter quickly and right after I scheduled Road testing at their Alpharetta branch without waiting on DDS apoitment. Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Whoever is responsible for scheduling driver's tests does not answer the phone or return calls. It's ridiculous that only one person in the entire company is able to schedule tests.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the dui course. Tony made this class fun and interactive with his videos and references. The virtual option was top-notch. Everyone I spoke with when I called in was also very pleasant and helpful!! My classmates were great to work with as well!

Negative experience: Difficult to schedule appointments. Calls were disconnected multiple times, no return calls when a voicemail was left, and when scheduling appointments are two months out.

The instructor who taught the class was amazing as well. He made the class easy for my son to stay engaged while learning the content. 5 stars across the board.

Fantastic experience: I had driving lessons with Brandy, and she did an amazing job! I only had 3 2h lessons and learned so much in that time! 10/10 would recommend. Brandy deserves her title as the AP driving instructor! She is super chill and teaches so effectively. My first time on the highway was during those lessons and i wasn’t worried or scared at all under her guidance. She made me feel super safe and calm while driving. I loved those lessons and would recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend 1 Act driving school they are very easy to work with ! Brandy is the best driving instructor she made me feel more confident in my driving on the highway, heavy traffic areas and even in the rain! She put me at ease right from the start, but challenged me when appropriate. Brandy was great to work with! I passed my driving test on the first try and the credit goes to Brandy

Negative experience: Just be prepared to read out loud the entire course to other people after paying $95 for a virtual class that you teach yourself with blurry slides shows.

Fantastic experience: Roberto was my first teacher for my lessons. He is such a kind person and knows how to properly teach and show how to do things properly. I also loved how he would make conversation with me while I was driving. One of the sweetest and funniest person I have met. I am glad I got a good experience because of him.

Fantastic experience: Perfect! I learned everything in 6 hours! Considering I had no idea how to drive or tell the difference between the gas and the brake before my first lesson and by the last 2 hour driving session I was driving on the road, I would consider my instructor, Mr. Romano, the best!! I’m so grateful I had him by my side and very thankful for all that this driving school had taught me!

Fantastic experience: Amazing school! I struggled with confidence after having a bad experience at another driving school. I took four lessons with 1ACT Driving School, 2 with Jamie, 1 with Roberto, and 1 with Yvette, all amazing. I had improved so much that I was ready for the driving exam by my third lesson. The examiner in Lawrenceville is the sweetest and will gladly answer any questions. I was nervous due to the location not being where I usually drive. Still, the examiner was calm and understanding, so I passed with a 99. If you can try and stick with one instructor, but if you are unable, three of my instructors were excellent and offered tips that I carried to the exam. The lesson price was well worth it as I got to practice driving home and on roads which I would usually take. I recommend 1ACT to all levels of learners as they genuinely do want you to succeed.

The customer service is top notch and always available to hear your requests. Its been a money worth experience to enroll here. Fantastic experience: I took 20 hours of driving lessons with Mr. Roberto. He is an excellent driving instructor and I felt very comfortable driving with him. I learned not only the techniques that are required for the road test but he also taught me other skills that make a good driver. I drove with him both on the inside roads and highways and practiced turnabouts, reverse parking, parallel parking, etc. I passed my driving test in the first attempt and my road test examiner said that I got 100 on my test!

Fantastic experience: I've always found defensive driving courses to be a bit mundane, however, Yolonda Ford made this course very intriguing and interesting, which maintained a strong grasp on my attention to retain the information she has provided. Through feedback and relatability, Yolonda easily had us interacting, sharing experiences, and engaging with the other class mates. Negative experience: I called to request information for driving lessons . My daughter just turn 15 and since I’m not allow to be in the car I request a female instructor. The person on the phone said I had to sign up online first to get schedule through the app with a female. After signing up and paying I notice the was no options at all for female instructors and now they are not responding my phone calls or text . I need my money back . No honest at all.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my driving test using the services at Act driving school. I pass with 100%☺️. I am extremely happy. Mr Ash gave me additional practice before my test which was very essential. There vehicles are clean and just the right size. Their way of teaching is very clear and you will definitely nailed it. This is the best driving school. I would recommend this school to everyone who need to learn to drive and also to take your driving test you will definitely be pleased. They are dedicated and they work with your time frame and can quickly get driving lessons booked with them. They are very professional and courteous. They assist me all the way from picking me up and taking me to the dds help guide me as to how the process works and take me home safely. Fantastic experience: Ed was my instructor and he was great. Very calm and nice to drive with. Ash took me to my drivers test and was very patient while I was dealing with DDS. Overall the school was super nice and effective. I got my license on the first try.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Act1. The office staff is professional, helpful and responsive. Miss Robin is an awesome instructor and the driving sessions with her were learning and fun. She took me thru various roads and driving scenarios which helped me build up confidence on road and with my car parking skills. My sincere thanks to Robin and Ash to help me with the road test and also help me avail car services on the road test appointment day. I recommend 1-ACT if anyone needs road test preps.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Miss Robin and the whole staff at 1 Act Driving School. They helped one of my dreams come true. I’m 29 years old just now getting my License. The course that they provide you with get’s you out of your head and onto the road. A little tip.... I took a driving defense course and I got 10% off my insurance. That’s great for anyone! They are very professional, gentle, kind folks who want to help the community.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 older violations/ tickets. 1 was driving while suspended and 1was speeding ,doing like 61 in a 45 zone or something like that.But the driving while suspended was the biggest worry because it was my second time since I've been here in Georgia. Mind you I've been in Georgia for 9 without my L's..in any event I did finally get my ga license .and my court date was coming up for the violations. A friend of mines told me about the class and what it could possibly help with. It was Saturday and I had court Tuesday,it was last minute but they were able to get me in a class Sunday. I was able to take the class online in the comfort of my own home via zoom- The instructor "David wall "was phenomenal and very down to earth. I learned afew things and tools that I didn't know to improve my driving and awareness and the 6 hours went by super fast-trust me and my certificate came the next afternoon via email. Tuesday when I went to court I showed them my" ga license and My certificate " 5 minutes later everything was dismissed i was walking out of the court room "No fines or court cost" No points on my license "and No more court dates...What a blessing, i'm sure everyone 's out come maybe different but just know that certificate holds power in it,this class is well worth it..

The Owner and Staff was very involved from day 1 and continued to be involved until completion of the program and the Instructor was Awesome and that's why they're a (A1 ACT Driving School) as far as I'm concerned pls forgive me for changing the name but your service was (A1) . Fantastic experience: I took five driving lessons. As a student, I don’t have a lot of free time to go to driving school location, but the advantage is that 1ACT coach will drive to our residence or company, which is my school. This helps me that I don’t have to spend money just to go to driving school. The place you practice is close to your location, so you would get familiar to your location before you have driver license. Ash is my coach, he’s super kind and he taught me every step with patience. Also, he would say a lot of encouragement to student, which I getting more confidence when I drive, and this really helps a lot. He also pointed out my bad habits and told me change it. Overall, 1ACT really helps me to get the driver license. I’m so thankful that I chose 1ACT driving school to learn how to drive. Once you take the lesson, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: ACT has the best customer service, my license was suspended 5 years ago and I took the DUI course at ACT and finally 5 yrs later ,now I was finally able to get my license back, but I gave them incorrect information 5 yrs ago, so I reached out to Ash for help correcting it. He responded immediately and within 10 minutes he had all my information corrected and emailed me a new certificate. He went above and beyond to ensure I can get my license back. You should definitely come here if you want great customer service.
