Negative experience: Husband took the defensive driving course, swear we picked for ticket dismissal. Finished the course, and there’s only an insurance certificate, no court copy. Company says we picked the wrong course. Guess what, the ticket dismissal course is the same course. They refused to fix it. Other sites give you both certificates for the same price BECAUSE UTS THE SAME COURSE. Do not recommend

Negative experience: Website doesn’t work and the phone number is not in service. I think its crazy how yall can process a payment for your courses but cant process access to them for the customer.

Fantastic experience: Signed up, watch the videos, passed all exams... received certification... Easy and simple, did not need to make any calls to the school. everything was online... I do have to admit some videos were long, some had me in tears.. but had a change of heart of thinking that can't be me, or even being distracted, talking on the phone etc... when I have family in the vehicle it usually 2 hands on wheel, don't talk to me, but when i am alone... music blasting, or on the phone... have to refrain from this as well... but overall... I drive safely is awesome!

Negative experience: My granddaughter took their parent taught driver’s course to get her Texas learner’s license. I Drive Safely never sent the Texas Driver’s Education Certificate that is needed to take the written test at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The certificate should have been mailed to us after ahe completed the online course instruction. We have not been able to contact them because they only put you on an endless hold when you call them. It is not a good company to do business with. It is a scam to get your payment and then there is no service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with I drive safely. I took the online exam and passed it with 90%. The videos are a bit long but engaging. Great way to learn the Texas State laws as well. Overall great experience!!!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the safety driving course for a deferred disposition. During a mini break from the 6 hour course I decided to search the reviews. All the reviews were horrible... this completely scared me, because I needed to complete it within 24 hours with my certificate delivered electronically! I decided to just ignore the reviews and finish the course... & everything actually worked out. I finished at 11:59 pm yesterday, and the certificate came directly to my email. I just left the courthouse, & accepted it with no issue. I think people are more prone to leaving bad reviews, then sharing good experiences. So I just wanted to leave a good review, sharing my experience for anyone who’s looking at the reviews and second guessing their decision (:

Positive experience: I purchased the Adult Drivers Course yesterday. The overall setup of the course, at least for the computer is kind of strange. Like, it looks like it's kind of put together quickly? Anyways, the videos would finish and leave me sitting there sometimes for a minute just doing nothing, which was okay because of the technicalities for the time needed for the whole course, but the "next module" arrow would take even longer to load after the timer hit 00:00. Not super interactive either. I used it for a day and I decided to go with another program. I called to ask about a refund, and I was on hold for about 15 mins when somebody picked up (which is a lot shorter than I was expecting according to reviews). The worker asked me the reason for the refund, the email address on the account, and some verification of identity questions; then he gave me the number of my receipt/refund confirmation number. He said the funds will be back in my bank account in 30 days at most or 7-10 business days, and to check my email and bank account for it, and to call back if I have any questions or concerns. So we'll see how this goes. I'd give it maybe 2.5 stars for the course but customer service wasn't horrible so I went ahead and gave it 3 stars.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They claim to be 24/7, but will leave you on hold for 2 hours and never pick up the phone. I have tried email, online chats and calling and still can’t get in contact with anyone representing the company. Very unprofessional company and the worse customer service I’ve experienced.

Negative experience: I completed my online teen driver course last year. I went to the DPS to take my exam but was sent back home because on the Certificate of Completion, the date of completion was left BLANK. I tried to call THREE times to get my certificate remailed but was on hold for an hour EACH. In the end, noone answered.

Negative experience: They charge you $30 for a driving record you can get directly from the DPS website for $12. Also their website is set up very scammy, charging your credit card by clicking a button that reads "continue" rather than "complete order". No refunds!

Negative experience: I requested a duplicate of my driving certificate after losing my original. They said I had to send my original copy in to receive my new certificate. What logic is that? I’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours waiting for a rep to speak to cause I want my money refunded cause apparently they aren’t going to send me another version of my cert. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Negative experience: This is the not a good site to take the course, even if you answer correctly they tell you you answered wrong and you have to go back and take the same chapter again. I called customer service about 14 times and they don’t care and I being waiting for a manager to call me for 2 weeks.i sent emails and they don’t answer..this is a rip off ! DONT USE THEM

Fantastic experience: This site was really good! I took the test and made a 100% on my first try. Right after completing my test they sent a link to my email and I was able to print my certificate easily! My only complaint is I wasn't able to take the test on my phone and it was kinda long, but other than that it was good!

Negative experience: Horrible company, after 2 days of trying to get the program started, it wouldn't let me b/c I needed to upgrade this, upgrade that, which I did, program still didn't work. After getting so frustrated, I called the Texas number and went through 8 automated transfers before a barely english speaking person picked up. After I told him my issues, I asked for a refund...he totally hung up. I just got taken for $55.00. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Negative experience: We used this course three years ago and it was fine but I do not recommend it now. Something has changed and we keep getting held up with responses like “there must be some kind of computer glitch” and “we will send this to IT” but Nothing happens. And every time it locks you out, you need to wait 3 hours for support to get to you. I could've taken this course 2 times in person by this time. Negative experience: This is not a six hour online safety course, more around eight hours. I was able to watch six out of twenty videos. Videos have questions right after they are done. I have sent over ten emails to them and not one response back in over two weeks. I do not recommend this online course.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, I took the online course to help me save some time at the DPS and chose the PDF certificate and turns out the PDF certificate is not accepted at the DPS and they asked for the original and now they want to charge me another 10 dollars to send me the certificate which they never sent. They should at least put a disclaimer on the website that the PDF is not accepted. Instead of saving time I'm actually wasting it. I will never recommend them to anyone. An update, when I called the customer service, they were totally uncooperative but I sent an email to them and the responded with a solution and sent me an original of the certificate without any more expenses. I felt I should update the review to reflect that.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would, I'm lost for words, the customer service is surreal, it is beyond the worst customer service I've ever encountered by far, as of matter of fact this is the only damn company I've ever dealt with that doesn't answer the damn phone at all, I've called multiple times for half an hour during the day and late at night with no success, the first time I called I had the option to be on a waiting list and later in the day they called me for 1 second and hung up, I didn't even get the chance to answer, they also don't reply to your emails, I've been trying to get a refund but they haven't responded. Negative experience: why is there a CONSTANT need for a voice authentication? its unnecessary I'm just trying to get though this course for a speeding ticket. Negative experience: This has been a truly awful experience! My daughter completed the course 6 months ago and she is approaching her 16th birthday and we have yet to receive her certificate. Every time I call I spend 30-40min on hold and they assure me they have sent it, but will send it again. Except today, when I was informed that they haven't sent to me once, but have actually been sending to the school where she did her drive time.....of course they haven't received it either. On top of that when I asked for a supervisor the lady hung up on me.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.. My daughter completed the teen drivers education course. THEY HAVE NOT GRADED her final work and now her learners permit is due to expire. I've been on the phone on hold for an obscene amount of hours. They can't provide me with a name or number of a supervisor. I've emailed the instructor TWO WEEK AGO and have gotten no response. I tried their online chat and they were unable to help. I've been called back by a so called supervisor (no name and number by the way) AND THE WORK IS STILL NOT GRADED. THEY JUST WILL NOT ISSUE A CERTIFICATE!!!!

Negative experience: Awful awful awful!!!! Customer service is the worst. Was supposed to be refunded my $99 so I can swith to a different program of theirs but instead they took out another $99 and I have been trying to get on the phone with them since January concerning this and I have yet to speak with a head representative. I am so upset about this and I stupidly referred 5 other people to them and only one of them actually received their drivers license. Currently on hold with them for 15 minutes and still no answer. I am absolutely livid right now please take your hard earned money somewhere else.
