Negative experience: Horrible experience with this school. Instructor was condescending at times and didn't listen to my requests for driving comfort. How can I drive properly if steering wheel and seat aren't adjusted to my height and comfortability? I wasn't even taught how to paralell park until my very last lesson when he showed me ONE SINGLE TIME. How is a person supposed to learn something like that when they are only shown once? This was a complete waste of time and money coming here.

Negative experience: This review is exclusively bc I can't get in contact with them. I've been trying to call, and the only number they have on their website and Google page is a number that isn't in service. It gets frustrating when I just want to inquire about pricing for lessons. The review will change when I get a hold of someone as I can not come in.

Fantastic experience: Carl is the best and has been around for many years. In 1994 I did my 5 hour class and two driving lessons with him while I was pregnant with my son. 21 years later Carl was my son's driving instructor and my son found him himself.☺️. I was shocked to see him.

Fantastic experience: My son used this driving school and he took 5 lessons and passed the driving exam his first try. I thought this was awesome.

Fantastic experience: I had a package deal for 5 lesson and the test, I finished the lessons and have the 5 hour certification. Do I get a refund on the test or can it still be arranged ?

Negative experience: Waste of time every time I called they where booked up now they aren't taking any more clients smh

Fantastic experience: Mr. Carl taught me 40 yrs ago ,taught my adopted mom,my two daughters and my son ,my friends,and now I have one more son for him to teach.Mr.Karl is very Patient, Professional, slow to Anger and is a Great teacher.I recommended him all the time.And he us dedicated to his customers.

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test on the first try with Joe as my instructor. I had no prior experience with driving whatsoever. I now have my license and I’m beyond grateful for the time, patience, and thorough teaching and instructions made to help me pass this test. If any of you are so lucky to have Mr.Joe as a driving teacher without a doubt you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had instructor Joe and he’s an amazing teacher. He genuinely cares about his students and is very knowledgeable and gives good advice. He makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel and creates a calm and safe environment which helps if you feel nervous about driving. He also walks you through what to expect at the road test site so that you feel prepared and confident. He even helped me get over my driving anxiety! I learned how to drive within 6 weeks and passed my first road test! I took 15 lessons in total. I definitely recommend him.

Positive experience: I had a very interesting experience with this driving school. I’m giving this school a 3/5, because they didn’t provide me with the full service I paid for, due to a technicality that they never made me aware of. Secondly, Instructor Carl did a poor job with the 5 hour class. He fell asleep multiple times, and was also in poor control of the class. This made the class longer than need be. The best part of my experience at this school was being taught by Instructor Joe. Joe is a very detailed, professional, and honest man. He is an amazing instructor, his skills are a 5/5 in my book. Without his help I would’ve never passed my test. He goes in depth with his education process and makes sure that you know everything that will happen on the test ahead of time. He also makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel, and if you converse with him you’ll find out that he’s a really cool guy. If you want to pass your test make sure you ask for Joe, if you shut up and listen to him, I guarantee you’ll pass, even if you’re unsure of yourself.

Positive experience: Joe is the best instructor there! He is patient, and knowledgeable about driving. I recommend the 10 lesson package with him. He is popular so his availability is limited.

Fantastic experience: I had Instructor Carl and Instructor Joe for my driving lessons. I started driving early July and I just passed my road test today in Laurelton, first time!! I highly recommend this school and both instructors! The lady at the front desk is also super accommodating and was really friendly!

Fantastic experience: I’m ecstatic! Took my road test on Wednesday and passed on the first attempt! I’m so relieved that it’s over. I’m also grateful to Instructor Joe for his professionalism, patience and thorough expertise. I started with the 10 lesson package; once my 10 lessons were up, Instructor Joe recommended I take a few more because I still needed some work... so I opted to take 5 more lessons and it paid off. Although very nervous the day of the road test, Mr Joe provided lots of encouragement to me to help boost my confidence. When I returned from the test and revealed that I passed, he was so happy for me. I’m happy I chose Carlinda and I highly recommend them. Not only is Instructor Joe an excellent teacher, but the front desk staff is also very professional, kind and very proactive in making sure you have everything you need and are well prepared. Another plus.... their prices are fair compared to many of the other driving schools in the area.

Because of this school and having practice outside of the school, I was able to pass my road test on the third time!!! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, the packages are great, got some lessons (they will come to you with no extra charge like other places), 5 hours, car for the test, and they helped make the road test appointment. Their pricing is straight forward now extra fees and taxes and very affordable, seriously. They tell how much everything will cost. Don’t have to worry about hidden fees or pop up fees. They do have a different address so please call and get the correct address. I had instructor joe, he is excellent. Pass the test first go only five lessons, beginners level with a small amount of experience. But I do recommend practicing outside of the lessons if you do 5. and I would recommend instructor joe.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Carlinda Driving School was great. First you'll notice how friendly and detailed the receptionist is. I had Dean for my Instructor who made sure i was comfortable and relaxed around the wheel. He gave me compliments (which boost confidence) when I did what I was told. I took five (5) classes with him and was successful with my road. If you want a reasonable, reliable and safe school, Carlinda Driving School is the place to go...

Fantastic experience: This Driving school is the best, I paid for 5 lessons which was a great price and within those five lesson I went for my drivers license and I got it with no problem, the instructor I had Dean, he’s the best, first time I was doing parallel parking had no experience driving and he explained everything so detailed with just a few words and I never forget about it and am great at parallel parking right now and the U-turn. I strongly recommend this driving school 100%, everything you need to know about driving you will get it there.

Fantastic experience: Dean is the best driving instructor anybody can ask for. Nice, caring and friendly and patiently works with you. He should be called a driving God. He cheers you up on your worst days and helps you understand and master yourself behind the wheel. And the instructor is a very friendly and very patient guy and tells you everything you need to know and mistakes you need to correct. And I passed my driving test the first time. Positive experience: He taught me very well and I passed my road test on the first attempt! He was late most of the time but he made up for it always! My mom paid for 10 1 hour driving lessons along with the exam and the 5 hour class and use of the driving schools car so In all it was about $500 at the time idk how much it is now bc I got my license over 2 years ago but I recommend going here if you really wanna learn and pass

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recall how I came across Carlinda Driving School. I was living in Rosedale and most likely simply googled the nearest driving school to my home address and they came up. I had probably 5 lessons with Carl and then I was ready for my road test. One of the things that I recall about him is that he was very personable and patient. He took his time and did not yell like some other instructors I have encountered in the past. I am now helping my little brother get his drivers license and after a day of driving I realized that is not for me I will be sending him to Carl. I highly recommend him.
