Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has to take DUI classes. My instructor Jan was knowledgeable she done a great job with interacting with all of us, and even shared her life experiences which I like because she wasn't just telling us stuff from a text book..

Fantastic experience: This is a AWESOME school! Ms. Kim and Ms. Jan are both ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Let’s face it, driving school is never on anyone’s bucket list and certainly isn’t my idea of a great time, but these 2 ladies made it enjoyable, Ms. Kim was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly on the phone and Ms. Jan made class feel less like class and seemed to truly understand everyone in the class. Thank you both so much!

Fantastic experience: They were very professional and easy to cummicate with. My son gained alot of knowledge from them as I questioned him. Surprisingly he knew all the answers. He a has been a little to quick to point out all of my driving flaws, which again shows how through they were.

Fantastic experience: If you have to attend a DDS-Risk Reduction course for any reason, this is definitely the one for you. Very friendly and competent admin in the office and the instructor is effective at managing time and information needed to successfully complete the course requirements. Money well spent

Fantastic experience: Starting with Ms Kimberly. She has always been a pleasant upbeat person to speak with over the phone. Explained different options for payment and in these hard times, I like that she explained how to save money on fees. The class with Ms Jan was very comfortable. More like a social setting discussing issues. She made me feel very comfortable and not judged. Not knowing what to expect going into the class, I was pleasantly surprised at how the weeks went by. Very good instructor. For anyone finding themselves in a situation needing court or DDS required classes, offered by Cartersville School, I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I just recently completed my risk reduction program via zoom , and it was a super easy, relaxed and very informative program. Also the option to complete it virtually is very convenient. My instructor Jan was very nice, patient, and very reliable. Kim was great with assisting me over the phone, very nice and professional. I was able to register the same day my class started, which was also a bonus for me. I hope that I don't have to go through this again, but I know exactly where to come if I do.

Fantastic experience: As some one who has had to take these kind of classes before (Super Speeder & Point Reduction) and the continuing education I have to do to maintain my insurance license... Despite the circumstances of having to be there the Risk Reduction Class virtually was a pleasant experience. The instructor Jan was GREAT non judgmental and understanding. Kim the Office Babe was always responsive along with every one else in the office. Use this vendor for all your driver education needs !!!

Fantastic experience: I thought this was going to be a terrible experience being virtual but I wasn’t pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the staff Kim Hughes Office Manager) and Mike Jenkins (instructor) because I had expected there to be no interaction with the students and watch a bunch of videos all day and then take a hour long test. Boy I couldn’t have been more wrong. Fist their was very few (5-6)short videos (10-15 min) and a lot of interaction from the instructor MIKE JENKINS and students. You could tell very quickly Mike cares about his students as individuals and makes the class very interesting and pleasant to learn. I will recommend this particular location and instructor to anyone that needs this class. Mike Jenkins is a World class instructor with a heart felt process of his students no matter what their background or situation everyone is treated equally and with respect. Thank you Mike Jenkins for a awesome day of learning to be a safer and aware driver.

Fantastic experience: They were very patient very kind and of course my daughter didn’t like having to sit up there all weekend but she did like teachers. She did learn and this is definitely going to help her when she begins driving. Despite some of the other negativ comments I’ve read, which seem to be more of a personal basis (makes you wonder why they are there) , I would highly recommend this place. Positive experience: Its not that I liked it bc no one wants to waste a Saturday to take a test but the instructor was very awesome about multiple breaks and she made it more appealing. Also I did learn a few things.
