Positive experience: Not very professional. (If you call there you gonna hear a kid screaming and a demotivated lady.) Bad service; I had to send 10 emails back and forthcoming, during two weeks, just to schedule one road test and two classes . Pedro is a nice teacher tho.

Fantastic experience: Best way 169th location is the best of the best. They are so professional, the communication is top tier, and you could tell the instructor Pedro, loves what he does. He was so patient and so knowledgeable. He shows you everything you need to know, and utilizes every lesson to get you to pass the road test. I never in a million years thought I could pass the road test in just one try but they made it possible, and with only 3 classes at that. I can’t thank the team enough. Also, shout out to Paul who made the 5hr class more fun than I anticipated it will be. Continue being the best!

Fantastic experience: this school rlly is a good as they say!!!!!!! pedro is super nice and a great encouraging teacher, he’s willing and able to work on whatever you need, i paid for the 3 class package but ending up taking 5, just to feel secure for the test and i ended up passing on my first try with only 5 points off!!!!! do yourself a favor (so you can get your license) and take some classes — also to note, his wife who works in the office is so easy to schedule with, and always finds a time that works, she also schedules the soonest date possible for the test which is a big plus, thanks yall for everything, see you on the road

Fantastic experience: I took my road test today and passed on my first try. The instructor (Pedro) was awesome, he taught me some pretty cool techniques that helped me with my parking. Pedro made sure I wasn’t nervous or anything. He made me feel very confident about the test. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking to pass on your first try. They tell you everything that is going to be expected on the test and show you different methods to improve your driving as well as your parking skills. Also you can’t beat the price! Best price I’ve came across.

Negative experience: I called here, the lady answered the phone barely even spoke any english then got an attitude with me because i couldn’t understand her. Then im saying “hello hello” and she’s not even saying anything back to me , had a whole baby being loud on the call .
