Ms. Malik has been professional, on time, and helped me with every step of the way. Even when I struggled with my classes, she put them on hold so I can practice myself. When I was ready, I could resume classes. Amazing service.

We had a nightmare of a time getting the physical license from the DMV due to their system and the DMV gave us the run around for months. Malik haloed us every step of the way to get the issue resolved at the DMV level and was extremely patient and responsive every time I reached out. I’m so grateful to them for all of their help getting this issue resolved and in the care they took to make sure we had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Many friends of mine have tried to teach me how to drive since I was 17. I am now 43, and I can finally drive. If you're anything like me and the very thought of learning to drive causes sweats, anxiety, and stress, then Malik from Horizon Driving School is the one for you. Malik was my teacher. And he was the only one who successfully taught me how to drive. He's kind, calm (what you need the most), reassuring, and patient. He's also a great conversationalist and each moment of learning and practicing is absolute fun. He's also very instinctive, he easily gauged my learning style, took into consideration my apprehensions, and on day one itself understood how I needed to learn. He knows the ins and outs of all the rules which he generously shares, giving you all the knowledge you need and more. He places trust in you, which gives you confidence. He knew when I was ready to drive above 20mph or when I was ready to get on a highway. I was easily able to learn at my own pace. Thank you, Malik! You made the impossible possible!

Fantastic experience: Malik is truly the BEST driving instructor in Northern Virginia for anyone who is a non-native English speaker, has minimal experience driving, and is nervous about getting started. Within less than 10 sessions I passed my road skills test at the DMV, purchased my own car, and am now independently driving on main roads and even highways for hours at a time. I am very grateful for his patience, supportiveness, timeliness, and positive attitude! We investigated over a dozen instructors and companies before committing to Malik, and we are thankful that we did!
