Munros' Driving Instruction

Fantastic experience: 2 c mình mới từ VN sang, Ở tuổi 60, chưa biết lái xe bao giờ, hỏi một vài nơi ghi danh trước đó mà nghe tới tuổi học viên thì cô giáo đã ái ngại ko dám nhận dạy rồi. Sau đó, được bạn giới thiệu Thầy Sanh thật may mắn, Thầy "chuyên trị" các ca lớn tuổi Học thầy rất vui, nhẹ nhàng, ko áp lực, thấy mọi thứ thật dễ dàng. Vậy là sau 7 buổi học, 2vc mình thi lấy bằng và chạy luôn từ hơn 1 năm nay. Nay mới có dịp lên review: Cám ơn Thầy Sanh, cám ơn vì đã ko chê học trò già. Chúc Munros luôn phát triển, chúc Thầy cô nhiều sức khỏe, bình an.

Fantastic experience: Ban đầu mình chỉ đến đây thi bằng viết thôi vì gần trường mình học, đi bộ qua được. Sau, mình đăng ký học lái luôn vì ở đây có giáo viên người Việt dạy. Mình mới qua, tiếng anh chưa tốt, người Việt dạy mình thấy gần gũi hơn. Trường rất tốt, xe dễ chạy, dễ thao tác. Thấy may mắn khi được học lái xe với thầy Sanh: thầy điềm đạm, không la mắng, truyền đạt chi tiết, dễ hiểu. Giảng giải cặn kẽ trước, thực hành sau. Hướng dẫn 3 bước là mình parallel được ngay lần đầu tiên, làm theo 2 bước thầy chỉ dẫn là nắm bắt được các lui corner. Thầy còn kỹ lưỡng dặn dò lái xe sao cho an toàn, êm ái. Như người anh, người chú dặn dò con cháu trong nhà. Thật sự cảm kích. Mình tập lái xe ở nhà với người nhà còn không kiên nhẫn bằng thầy. Nói nhiều hoá ra giống quảng cáo, xin dùng chiếc tài khoản google local guide level 8 để đảm bảo đây là sự thật và trải nghiệm thật của mình. Chúc trung tâm ngày càng phát triển. Chúc thầy nhiều sức khoẻ. Cảm ơn thầy và chị.

Fantastic experience: i had a great experience doing a practice drive and driving test with Instructor Sanh. the process from booking an appointment to getting a license was very helpful and instructive, which i appreciated! Instructor gave clear and useful tips on the road and how to safely control the vehicle—I feel much more comfortable and confident as a new driver.

Negative experience: Unprofessional customer support. I mistakenly booked a service at this driving school (munros driving school is an extremely common name, we have one in Mount Vernon which I meant to book). The woman who answered the phone tried to keep the money and hung up 3 times on me:( finally got a partial refund, beware this school.

Negative experience: Muy mal su horario dice que cierran a las 7 pm llegue a las 5:30 estaba cerrado

Fantastic experience: Mr. Sanh is an amazing teacher! He’s always calm and give the best instructions while we’re on the road. Thanks to him, I passed my driving test within just 5 days of learning (1-1:30 hour/day). Now I can confidently driving on the road, freeway, highway, etc without any fear of not knowing what to do in any situation. I highly recommend learning from Mr. Sanh or Munros’ Driving school in general. P/s: A bonus point of the school is that there are always sweets there, and those are delicious.

Negative experience: It appears they are not teaching people how to drive safely… one of their “new student” drivers nearly caused a multi vehicle accident today and were operating a vehicle in a very unsafe and irresponsible manner

Fantastic experience: The nicest driving school ever. Sanh is nice, professional, and friendly. He gives tips and really care for the safety of his students. The school gives comfortable environment. The price is competitive and they provide flexible schedule. Unlimited timing for the writing exam is another plus. Definitely recommended!

Negative experience: Don't go to this place. I enrolled in the drivers ed program towards the end of April 2021, I had Sue as my instructor and it was terrible. This was during the middle of the pandemic where the mask mandate was still in full effect. Sue REFUSED to wear a mask and then would get upset about students wearing masks. She would be coughing and everything. She was always trying to subject her political views on us. She said that she didn't think racism existed. She was just very unprofessional and weird to interact with all around. She was trying to say I didn't pay for the course but I did. I showed her my receipt and she was all of sudden very quiet. Don't really think the course prepared my for being out on the road, barley the basics to be completely honest. I later finished the course and came back to take my written course, the instructor was late then said a lot of my answers were wrong when they were actually correct according to the Washington state drivers manual.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this place by a friend and my learning experience was great. I can apply what I learned right at the spot as it's so easy to understand and apply. Mr. Sanh was patient and attentive throughout the driving practice that he could call out the mistakes I tended to make for safer driving.

It took me 5hrs of lesson and 2 tests to pass my road driving test here. + great teacher, clear communication + useful lessons that not only help you pass the test but also give you the confidence/skills needed to operate your vehicle safely in real life + teacher went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and motivated me throughout my experience - nothing for me Pro-tip: + try to book an appointment in low-traffic time, and arrive early + if time permits, do a practice test to warm up before your real test ( I didn’t do it, but I believe it would have helped me pass my 1st test.)

Fantastic experience: I want to give 5 stars to Sir Mike, Ms. Karilynn, and Ms. Barb. These three instructors were really great at teaching, my family learned a lot from these 3 instructors. They encouraged us and mostly my teen to get out and drive more and increase her driving skills. Although these instructors can be strict, it’s the type of strict where you’ll really learn something instead of it just going in one ear and out the other. Everyone is also very professional and knows what they are doing

Negative experience: girlfriend made an appointment, our instructor did not show up. called their cell multiple times and still no answer. really frustrating because we wasted our time and energy coming here. it’s unfortunate our experience had to turn out like this.

Nos contestaba mal todo el tiempo, le preguntamos si porfavor podia darnos una hoja para anotar los horarios para las clases y “me aventó “enojada en el desk un sticky notes para escribir fue una muy mala experiencia la verdad, nose porque se porta así con las personas, vamos a pagar por un servicio no es gratis , ojalá cambie su actitud porque no nadie merece ser tratado así de mal por ninguna razón.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time with Sue! I was really nervous to take my driving test, but she made it a painless process. I totally recommend going to this place. The process is quick and simple!

Negative experience: I did driver's ed in 1998 and found the instructors to be wonderful but the scheduling was horrible. They''d change your time slot without warning and not inform you of it. You'd show up then find out you had no appointment. When high schoolers require set schedule you can't play with the schedule so another individual can have your slot. While I did learn efficiently the rules of the road I was no where prepared for the actual driving experiences. When I took the written part of the driver's test I must of failed about 7 times before I passed. This school did not prepare me well for reality.

Negative experience: Really bad environment, there's this lady the instructor SMOKING right Before the test, it all smelled bad and horrible customer service, they take weeks to answer a phone call!! Just for scheduling, Not recommended.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for a drivers test. I went to do my drivers test today and The instructor MADE ME FAIL intentionally They just want your money!. She said I was looking just at the mirror before entering to traffic and I did not, I even turned my head and she said I failed because this was a "dangerous action" they just want to get your money!. And when I got to the place she was smoking tobacco and when we got in the car for drivers test it was all smelling like cigarette really, really bad experience!. Definitely Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. My learners permits was about to expire, so I had to schedule skill test asap, on comparing with other test center they provided closest available date. On the date of exam I reached center with all my required documents. The lady in reception and the driving instructor were very polite and humble. During the time of skill test I was asked to perform required task to pass the exam. At the end of the exam instructor explained the skills I need to focus and practice more in future. I was able to pass driving test in my 1st attempt. Highly recommend this center.

Fantastic experience: Needed to re-licence from out of state and Munros made it a very quick a painless process, affordable, and very friendly staff. They had a convenient schedule to take both the written and driving test on the same day, was able to run over and get my license 15 minutes after leaving Munros.

Fantastic experience: I took both my knowledge and skills test at this school, and it was great. The owner was really nice and helped me understand the areas I could improve. Also, it's really close to the DOL place where the actual licences are distrubuted, which was very convieniet. 5 outa 5!
