Fantastic experience: The simulated tests before the DMV really helped along with the tips from the instructor. Even thought I failed on the simulated tests I manage to pass for the first time on the actual test!

Fantastic experience: Choose Drive Quest!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with a behind the wheel driving experience for my son! He completed 3-2 hour sessions with Carmen. Carmen was wonderful!! Not only was she a great instructor but she gave my son the confidence he needed with her kindness and encouragement. Fantastic experience: Since I hadn’t driven in a while, I called Drive Quest to get me ready for my behind-the-wheel driver’s test. Stephan, my instructor, not only held me to the highest DMV standards but also gave me useful tips as we did dry runs on the possible test routes. Also she helped to make me comfortable with fun conversation while driving with me barely noticing! I initially had trouble focusing on just one thing so driving felt overwhelming, but she broke it down into manageable steps and processes that were tailored to me personally. Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to have my daughter go out for her first driving lesson with a total stranger. I was on pins waiting for Carman to arrive. When Carman finally arrived my heart was pounding. But she had the the biggest warm smile & took a minute to ease my mind and she certainly made myself and my husband feel that my daughter was safe in her hands! And she was! She was extremely thorough with my daughter and went over everything she needed to know and my daughter loved her in-fact she couldn’t wait for her next lesson. I just moved in OC from another country and decided to take their driving lessons before taking DMV’s driving test, as I wasn’t confident enough to drive here, not having driven for more than 20 years even in my home country. He also strategically scheduled the appointments just ahead of their scheduled tests and took them to the DMV to drive the course multiple times which really built their confidence. Fantastic experience: Drive Quest Provided excellent quality! They may not be the cheapest driving school out there, however their quality alone will not only save you money in the long run by requiring fewer lessons, however this also means you can get your license a lot faster and wont have to hang on to that limiting learner's permit for as long.

Fantastic experience: Bottomline, Drive Quest Driving School (Huntington Beach) is the BEST! We live in Irvine where there are tons of driving schools in every direction. Hands down this is the BEST Driving School I have ever used in the 50 years I have lived in Orange County and I've interviewed the 14 best driving schools in OC, plus a little more based on reviews that I read! Can we all say TYPE A Mamabear? Lol. Basically, what I'm saying is I've done the research for everyone, especially other Moms & Dads out there like me who want their teens to be safe on those dangerous and busy freeways and roads out there! Stephan is easy to refer with his superior teaching skills, his polite, intelligent, and professional demeanor, and steady-hand. I have referred him several times already in just the last two weeks. The kids love him & we do too! Hands down... the Best driving experience for both parent and child. Seriously, if you want your teen to have superior driving skills while decreasing everyone's anxiety level, then you have come to the right place. Drive Quest (Huntington Beach) will come to you, plus their hours are flexible, with evening hours at the same rate (which your child needs at least 10 hours of driving at night & this hands-on parent was especially glad I didn't have to do it in those beginning stages). btw... if you still need more evidence, not only are these driving instructors trustworthy and polite with exquisite manners, they also have the keen insight to what your child needs to learn fast which means less lessons needed; giving you the best quality for the best price. For example, my son was rushed on time so his instructor taught him key driving mnemonics to help him remember key offensive and defensive driver's techniques, so my son could continue to teach himself as he practiced his driving between sessions. My son even taught me some of them!! Yay!! Bonus :) Before Drive Quest, my son was dragging on even getting his license and comfortable without it. Everyone's happy and now I have a built-in chauffeur I trust living at home and he's an excellent driver and loves driving, which was our family's objective. Drive Quest Driving School (Huntington Beach) is the BEST in Orange County and I am glad we found them.

Fantastic experience: I was dreading teaching my teenage daughter how to drive. DriveQuests platinum package took care of that. She went out on 6 lessons with Stephane and was fully prepared to take on the crazy LA 405 freeway and passed her test with swimming colors. Thanks for teaching her the necessary skills and building her confidence. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Drive Quest school. Stephan was my sons instructor and he was great. We took his advise and scheduled his last training for the day before the actual drivers test. He took him to the DMV and had him drive the course. There were specific things my son got wrong in the pretest with Stephan, which he knew not to do on the drivers test. This ending up saving my son because the driver before us failed right away from the same things Stephan taught my son the day before not to do. My son passed the first time and I put all the credit on Stephan! I highly recommend Drive Quest and Stephan Niemen!
Negative experience: Instructors car cut in front of a long line of cars who had been waiting to turn on the freeway off ramp and he drove up the right lane exit lane and cut Into the left lane at the last minute to jump in front of everyone else. Dangerous driving and not the example I would want to teach future drivers. Shows he lacks concern and responsibility to others and rules of the road
Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that this has happened. Unfortunately, we cannot control everyone who drives our cars. We often have maintenance done on our cars and we cannot control their driving behavior.

Not only has my driving improved but his instruction and how he focuses on defensive driving was extremely helpful. If your looking for a dedicated, patient, responsible driving instructor, I highly recommend Nicholas. All the excellent reviews are true. My advice for anyone looking for a driving school is don't waste your time and money trying out other schools. You can't go wrong with Drive Quest.

Fantastic experience: Lisa, the booking specialist was very nice at explaining the CA requirement and hours needed for both permit and official DL. She explained that my son will be picked up by the instructor and the school's car with dual control will be used for my son's first driving class which is great. We are looking forward to his first driving experience with Stephan tomorrow morning.

Fantastic experience: If you go with this company, I highly recommend Stephan, he is very professional and was always on time for the lessons. He made the learning experience very comfortable and easier than I thought it could be. He was always easy to talk to and made my experience at the DMV a lot easier by explaining step by step on what I needed to do. If it wasn't for Stephan I don't think I would of passed so easily.
Fantastic experience: My experience with Drive Quest School was absolutely amazing!! I had such an amazing instructor. He helped me feel confident on the road and taught me everything I needed to know about driving. He was super nice and understanding. I was having trouble changing lanes and turning and when I let him know that, we worked on it until I felt comfortable. We went through everything step-by-step and that made a huge difference for me, whenever I am driving I mentally think of those steps. I fully recommend Drive Quest!!
Fantastic experience: I called yesterday and spoke to Lisa. She was so helpful with answering my questions regarding my teen driver. She swore her instructor Stephen was amazing! And he was! Well, he IS! Stephen was extremely patient and the best instructor for my daughter. If you have anxiety or get nervous you NEED STEPHEN to help you. I’m positive my daughter will learn everything she needs to know with Stephen as her instructor. Side note: We’ve already had two other instructors. My daughter is, let’s just say she’s a slow learner. She didn’t like the other instructors at all. She said they didn’t teach her anything. We’ve only had one session with Stephen so far and my daughter said she liked him A LOT! Thank you Drive Quest!

Fantastic experience: Drive Quest was awesome! I had only a few days to pass the driving test before my permit expired and the instructor got me through it. Everything was positive, well organized and well taught. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic experience: My experience with Drive Quest Driving School was phenomenal. My instructor Stephan was more interested in helping me become a safe driver rather than pass a 10 minute DMV test. He was patient, calm and very helpful. I was lucky to find this place as they were able to accommodate my lessons according to my crazy schedule. I highly recommend Drive Quest. Fantastic experience: I like to recommend Drive Quest driving school. I'm in charge of my brother who has Asperger's syndrome but he is very high functioning. My brother went for his driver's license renewal and the DMV technician took a look at my brother and recommended a driving test. He went without training and did not pass. The DMV examiner said in the paperwork that driving lessons will not help and he suspended my brothers driver's license. I contacted Drive Quest, which was the company that I used for my brother about 15 years ago. They contacted the DMV and scheduled a test. My brother just passes morning and get his license back thanks to the training that he took with Stephan. Stephan was very patient with my brother and was always positive. A++++
