Fantastic experience: We have now had 2 teenagers use Cliff and NJ Driving School LLC. They both had wonderful experiences. Lisa was always a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and questions. All of the driving instructors were patient and knowledgeable. My 17 year old son passed his road test easily today. Thank you for making the process a breeze. We will see you again when our 14YO daughter goes for her license!

Fantastic experience: Cliff is a wonderful driving instructor and was extremely patient with me and was very informative. I was extremely nervous and overall not confident in my ability to drive. However with the help of Cliff I can confidently say I passed my road test! Thank you Cliff and Lisa! The instructors were great at teaching while making me feel comfortable driving for the first time and Lisa is great. I always recommend everyone to go here. I took 6 hours and got taken to my road test and passes. When it was time for my brother to get his license I recommend Nj Driving School for him and he passes today actually. If you’re looking for some place to practice I’d say this is the place.

Negative experience: I had to meet them at the office instead of being picked up, and I specifically asked certain questions pertaining to the manual test in which I was given false information . Total waste of money. Also I did not call the guy any names as stated in the owners reply. That is false and inflammatory! How dare she lie like that. To make up a false statement ti deflect from a bad review is pitiful . I never referred to anyone as white trash! She best retract that statement if she doesn’t want a lawsuit.

We had a great experience with this school from beginning to end. It is my first-time driving ever, the instructor especially Cliff is a wonderful and experienced driving instructor. Fantastic experience: The instructors were very polite and showed great pride in instructing their students. Anytime I made a mistake, they never made me feel bad, but instead taught me interesting ways to prevent me from doing it again. I highly recommend these instructors for anyone at any level.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we made use of this driving school, whose element called instructor was a disaster, lack of professionalism, lack of seriousness and lack of ethics since they profit from money in a very bad way, this type of business looks very bad in the community. I speak for the treatment that my daughter received from this very badly named "Driving School" and I emphasize it in quotation marks, the least they should do is reimburse the money they were charged for providing poor service in terms of care and poor instruction offered to the driver. client .

Negative experience: I felt that my instructor was not professional and did not give me the advice necessary for me to feel confident driving. Sometimes they arrived much later than the time I was told, sometimes they arrived much earlier. I could sense that they just did not care about me in the least bit. At a "lesson," my instructor would be on his phone the whole time and acted like he didn't want to be there. His answers to the questions I asked were also very passive. I really wanted to like them because all I heard and saw were good reviews, but I did not enjoy my experience with them at all. EDIT: I am editing my review to address the reply; 1) You never asked how I was, you barely ever answered the phone when I called and 2) it would of been nice if you just publicly apologized rather than blame me, the customer who paid for a terrible service, but oh well.

Negative experience: Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. This driving school has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. For starters, it got to a point where they don’t even pick up the phone even if you call during their office hours. I actually went to the office during their office hours and noticed that it was closed. I have 2 more lessons left in my package and I am unable to schedule because they simply do not pick up the phone. As for the instructors, i felt like there was absolutely nothing educational about this driving school. Instructors tend to just be on their phone and just do their best to save you from close calls by braking for you. Other than that, you just drive alone, and for the price you pay, you’re better off just driving with a parent if you have your permit because that’s exactly what driving with this school felt like. Absolutely nothing educational and I barely learned anything. Continue searching for another school because this one will not satisfy your needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a drive lesson for my road test and it was very useful and important to give me self confidence. The instructor made me do the same as the road test ask for for 4 times. It was the perfect to had my approval on it!

Fantastic experience: This is a great driving school to work with! I have no complaints. Lisa was very flexible with payments and Eddie (the instructor I had) was very patient and informative. One thing that I suggest is to have atleast an hour reveiw/practice before going to take your road test.

Negative experience: I've been trying to reach out to you guys for the last 3 weeks. Not once did you guys pick up my call.

Negative experience: The instructors are good, but the lady in the office needs to go. I've been calling for days to schedule my daughter's lessons. She took my payment quickly the first day, but now I can't get the classes booked. If you are looking for good customer service, this is NOT it.

Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t know where to begin. Cliff and his wife don’t just run a business, they truly put of themselves into every new driver. I had the best experience with them both. They put my individual needs, as a mom of a teenage driver, and made me feel confident and safe. My daughter felt so safe with Cliff. He eased her mind and made her a confident driver. He knew that I was anxious and couldn’t drive with her as often as I should and made sure I knew every detail. Fantastic experience: I took 1 hour lesson right before my driving test. My teacher was really friendly and nice person which is very important for me. Fantastic experience: I called this place the day before my driving test and they were able to fit me in and gave me more than 30 min to practice with them before taking the test. Cliffs instructions were very helpful and I wouldn’t of passed my test if it wasn’t for him. They’re very kind and easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone that is a very nervous beginner driver because they will help you get through it !

Fantastic experience: The drivers here are excellent, they are very patient and well prepared. I would definitely recommend this school, their prices are economical as well compared to other schools.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Be aware of this school. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Made arrangements to have my daughter picked up and taken to DMV for permit and than lessons would be to follow. The packet was dropped off, we filled it out inserted check for full amount and the day came for my daughter to be picked up they never showed. Several calls and messages were made and left and days later still no call back to explain why they stood her up. People take your money elsewhere. This isn’t professional and the experience you want your new future driver to experience.

Special thanks to Mike he was very patient with me because of him I gained a lot of driving confidence and he also taught me parallel parking in 3 easy steps. Fantastic experience: The best you can get for your money! Eddie was really great and was confident in me, Lisa was really friendly and I got to do my 6 hours as soon as possible. I passed on my first try, and you get what you pay for. I paid also for extra practice which really helped out alot and I enjoyed learning with them. Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this driving school. I came into the school a week before my test and never parallel parked. By the end of the 6 hours, I was confident in my parallel parking and even confident going on the high way. Eddie was a great instructor and reassured me that he had my bad. He definitely assured me to trust him and not be scared of driving. I did pass my test with flying colors and he even showed me where to do my paperwork. I recommend this school to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I just had my second child successfully receive his drivers license after taking lessons with Cliff. I can’t thank him and his wife Lisa enough! Lisa was very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. She always listened to my concerns and made sure that the pick-up and drop-off times would work around my son’s schedule. Negative experience: Some instructors are irresponsible, one of whose name is Brian was texting during my lesson and didn't give any instructions while I was driving on the road. That stupid mofo claimed I didn't listen to him, what a liar :)

Fantastic experience: I took my 6 hours driving classes and a refresher course for my road test, and I passed on my first try! I was so happy! All my instructors were patient with me and knew what they were doing. They helped me overcome my challenges, and thanks to them I got my license!! ;)

Fantastic experience: I just want to say thank you for the kind service and accommodation. On the day of lessons I booked for my brother, the other driving school cancelled and I called so many others desperately. Luckily I called here and spoke with Lisa who had a pleasant voice and was patient and understanding. I was so pleased not only that they were able to take him driving but the instructor was sooo nice! My brother was extremely nervous and afterwards he felt relieved and confident because the instructor not only gave him lessons but gave him great conversation and calmed him down. I really appreciate the fact that in a world of brutal business companies like this one actually take the time to see customers as human beings and not bucks. I'm so grateful this experience was so rewarding and worthwhile for my baby brother. I wish I could give more stars!

Negative experience: Worse than the worst services....i booked them for 1 hour review and the road test and they DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL and did not answer any of my call at all for an entire day...i was expecting at least a courtesy call back for explaining the situation which could have resulted the mess up, but no..They didn't even bother how I managed it with my road test...Very poorly managed..Very Very poor service levels...no courtesy at all....only suggestion is that stay away from them !!!

Fantastic experience: Best driving experience I ever had..thanks to cliff I was totally nervous and almost threw up Today was my road test I had an hour of brush up lesson then we headed to the DMV and in less than 10 min I became a licensed NJ driver. I will definitely recommend and I'd probably be going back soon for my motorcycle lessons !

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test yesterday. And I want to give a big thanks to Cliff! He is amazing!! He can make everything seem to be very simple. Paralel parking, k-turn, turning are piece of cake after i had my lessons with him. He is very nice and patient that would make me comfortable while driving as a new driver. Also, he is very supportive that would really gain my confident. He always explain to me to the road signs that i encountered and most importantly, he never talked on his phone (as my previous instructor did from other school). Fantastic experience: I am lucky to find NJ driving school. It's very good. I am a foreign student and know nothing about the car. The NJ driving school helps me a lot. Lisa is nice and patient. I have experiment to do so I don't have fixed time. But they are very flexible and take care of my time. Roberto is great and professional with handsome hair and beard. I learned K turn, parallel parking and driving on the highway plus a lot of helpful tips from him. He always has humorous and entertaining talks which makes me feel much easier to learn. I passed the road test once and have much more confidence now when sitting behind the wheel. I'm grateful and will highly recommende it to my friends.

Fantastic experience: NJ driving school is great. I took 3 classes with Sam he was awesome. I learned quickly to parallel park and drive on the highway. Gave me great tips on driving. Then I took 1 class before my road test with Roberto, he was really chill and great at teaching me all the things I forgot. He hilarious which made it so easy for me to learn. I passed the road test on the first try. Totally the best place to take driving classes from.

Fantastic experience: My experience with NJ Driving School has been wondrful. I highly reecommend this school and have already told my friends about them. I have read the one negative review and cannot understand how they came to this conclusion. Oh well, some people you cannot please. From start to finish, they make the whole process of obtaining a license simple and easy. They explained to me the forms that were needed and everything else needed so that we could be prepared for the written as well as the driving test. I always felt secure putting my child in the capable hands of Cliff and his staff. Safety is always my biggest concern and I never worried when my son was in the car. Our children are our most precious gifts from God and there is no other driving school that is going to look after them like this one. From being on the phone with the girl Lisa who does the booking to filling out the paperwork and dealing with the DMV, this company takes their jobs serious and are polite and helpful. Their cars are newer and safe and clean. I researched and did my homework before I chose this company. I found it is not easy to find this kind of service and I'm glad to have this company for when my youngest child is of age to drive also. Knowing they are safe is my number one priority.

Negative experience: Before I get into anything, let me say that one of the driving instructors (Roberto) who taught me is an excellent person and instructor and this review isn't directed at him, but rather at the company itself. Today on the way home from my road test with the driving instructor as the driver we were hit fairly hard by the another vehicle who was in the wrong. While it wasn't the driver's instructor's fault in any way I pulled a muscle in my neck which may now need physical therapy. I came home and sure enough my mother wasn't happy about the whole situation and the fact that I had to still pay for that day's service. My mom spoke with a woman on the phone (Who was the co-owner of the company, along with her husband) and made light of the situation and the fact that I was injured while under their supervision. The woman absolutely refused to reimburse me for my money and chuckled at my mom just from hearing that. She insisted that the service that we asked for was delivered, and if we wanted to receive anything we would have to pursue the other driver who ran into us on our own. The service that was asked for wasn't to get into a frightening car accident. The service asked for wasn't to receive a neck injury. I didn't pay money to get injured, and my mom didn't call the company to be made a fool out of in a rude and disgusting matter. I don't care how many students this company has tutored- Any business owners that are involved with the injury of their customers in some way and still expect them to pay for the service in which their injury occurred are just immoral human beings. Cause of the accident or not-- It happened while you were responsible for my well being, and you should take responsibility for that.

Fantastic experience: My son just got his drivers license. Last summer we signed him up for some lessons. He did not know much and was quite nervous. He got in the car with Cliff and six hours (three sessions in about a week) later he came back confident and ready to practice. Cliff was great and gave us updates and suggestions after each outing. I would Highly recommend this business. They are professional, take the responsibility of teaching kids to drive very seriously and are very personable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing driving school! I was so nervous to get behind the wheel, but Cliff made me feel very confident. He praises you a lot, and makes you WANT to drive. Being behind the wheel within ten minutes, you start to feel comfortable like driving is no problem. Cliff and the other staff I met and/or spoke to was absolutely wonderful.
