Fantastic experience: I felt engaged and excited through out all of our classes, I liked how we all could share our experiences and things that we have messed up without feeling judged. I'm glad that I chose this program because I had such an amazing instructor and I couldn't have asked for a better person to learn from. My instructor Danielle shared life experiences and related to everyone in the class, and it made me feel SOOO much better when she let all of us know that that she isn't a perfect driver. She teaches drivers ed and how to contain our road rage but the other day she said "bite me" to a driver. Which let's me know that even though she's filled with all of the drivers knowledge she still makes mistakes too and that everyone makes mistakes. So now I feel like I can be a little less hard on my self for my own faults. I also really appreciate how real she was with our class, I'm glad that she isn't the type of person that just sugarcoat the importance of things. Never once in that class did I feel uncomfortable or lied to. I mostly felt uninvolved in the insurance part and disengaged from it. But I'm very glad for the knowledge because now I'm gonna be prepared and know exactly what I want for my insurance. When I went in to this class I was thinking what more could I know about driving, because I read the entire temps book. But I can safely say that my brain is filled with knowledge that the packet never once taught me. It was overall, such a great environment to learn and laugh in. I am genuinely so grateful that I chose this program over all of the others.

Fantastic experience: It was a nice class, it was interesting, the instructors didn't put me to sleep, and I learned things. P.S. if anyone asks, I believe in Rej supremacy as an instructor. (Note for all purposes legal and otherwise that statement [referring to the P.S.] is a joke, I don't know if I need to clarify that but a joke I made got me called down to the principals office once so I'm taking no chances)

Negative experience: The classes were educational and as fun as driving class can be. My first two drive time instructors where lovely but the one I had for my last two completely destroyed any confidence I had on the road. Especially during maneuverability she yelled and yelled at me for not grasping the concept. I took my classes the summer of 2022 and I still think about this lady at least once a week. Instead of empowering me to take on a challenge, she made me feel little and weak. Not to mention they told me the wrong time for my last drive time so when I couldn’t attend the drive time at the “right” time I had to reschedule far out and had to pay out of pocket for their mistake.

Fantastic experience: To be honest, this class is a perfect combo of facts needed to deal with real life scenarios and a whole bunch of comedy! Though sometimes it may feel it stretches on for quite a bit, both of the instructors are very friendly, reasonable, interactive and know how to switch it up to get everyone energized again. Just finished this class after spending 24 hours on it and I wish it lasted a bit more. Crazy right? Sounds corny but it's straight up facts..

Danielle and Rej are both so full of knowledge and really break things down to make sure EVERYONE understands and no one gets left behind. Fantastic experience: I recently just completed the driving class at Toledo Driving School, and I honestly have to say it was one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. The classes are fun and relatable while being very informational and in-depth as well! If your looking for a great drivers school, TDS is definitely the best place to go!

Negative experience: My son took the class last summer 2018 and somehow they claimed to have told me he the driving hours they provide apart of the package price expires 6 mths after the program. They said I signed it in the contract but somehow the rep didn't point that specific point out when I went into the actual location twice, just make sure if you deal with this firm to be aware of this feature. What's interesting is a contract is a contract so I can't debate that but I've been in the insurance business for over 20 years and we do our best to point out the most common policy concerns/potential misconceptions that cause the most angst amongst any customer especially relating to insurance claims. I came to this location twice to first inquire about the school and picked up paraphernalia, second to pay and I was not told either times about the most blaring policy feature of needing to complete driving hours offered within a 6 mth time frame. My son's mother signed this contract (so we have another party involved ) and took /picked up my son for every session and was not told about this policy (to her knowledge). Every company lays to rest their contract is the binding authority and essentially you need to read it, my point is when you do good business you make sure it is extremely clear to everyone involved as well as on the paperwork. This company did not do anything wrong but I felt it did not conduct better business, I can guarantee you I am not the only customer who had this issue. Why would I wait for the following summer to now contact this company if somehow I knew about their policy expiration clause? That totally makes no sense so obviously I was under the impression there was no expiration.

Negative experience: Driving instructor is very rude.

Fantastic experience: When I called to make driving appointments the woman who answered was helpful and I got moved up quickly and finished my drive times a month before the time I was scheduled too! Teacher was friendly and kept my attention through the entire class. Instructors are very kind and helpful and answered every question I had. Guest speakers were interesting and overall experience.

Negative experience: If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. HORRIBLE, snotty customer service. Kid had classes end of June -- no drive times until November. Also -- they LIED and told me it was "illegal" to go to another driving school just for driving hours -- it is not. The State has transfer forms that allow classes at one school and drive times at another school. Flat out liars! Do not go here!

Positive experience: Always on time and very pleasant. It would have been 5 stars but it takes awhile to get on the driving schedule.
