Negative experience: My daughter took the online course. The website is from the 80s. Hard to understand and hard to get around. The videos and links are outdated and don’t lead to where the videos shows. A few more issues when she went to take the test. Including the instructor that was rude to her. I wouldn’t recommend this driving school. Find another place.

Negative experience: Hurdle after hurdle trying to get any help. They act as though you should know every form and the whole process as well as they do. We have one more of those "hurdles" to get through and we will be done with having to interact with them and I cannot wait. Rude, condescending and just generally unhelpful. The instructors that the kids drive with are nice, but the office staff and owner leave much to be desired. I don't need a dog and pony show, I just feel like they could at least attempt to be helpful when you have questions. They show no desire to explain, I felt like I was being scolded for not knowing when asking about the process. It's convenient, but that's about the only thing going for it. Go elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school you can ask for Coach Adam and Coach Deryl are amazing instructors. My son was so relaxed and comfortable driving with both instructors they are very reliable and trust worthy. I would recommend them to anyone if you have a teen driver. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to learn how to drive. Cypress Driving School also teaches students about car maintenance, such as antifreeze, oil changes, and troubleshooting liquid leaks. This place has an amazing environment for students to conversate and friendly instructors (Mr. Turner). I would highly recommend Cypress Driving School.

Negative experience: I was a student at this driving school in 2017, I do NOT recommend this place at all! The classes themselves were alright but the actual behind-the-wheel lessons were awful. One instructor I had was openly misogynistic towards me and my classmate and made racist statements about Hispanic and Asian people to us. During another lesson I had to drive an old Saturn vehicle that had brakes that were barely functional, in fact the instructor had to use his brake just to get the car to stop and I was pressing all the way down! I have since developed an intense fear of driving as a result of what this school put me through so I cannot recommend it to anyone!!!

Negative experience: The online program was easy to navigate and my son completed it with ease. The cost for the driving lessons was also significantly higher than other local driving schools. Scheduling driving lessons and driving test was difficult so we went with another company for that. Recently, I reached out to Coach Adams while we were at the DPS office trying to get my son's license. The interaction was not helpful at all. Instead of focusing on my question and helping me, he was concerned about promoting his business. Additionally, I was questioned about what specific DPS office I was at because Coach Adams apparently thought I was lying. During this conversation, while I was clearly stressed, he also proceeded to tell me to tell all my friends that they were the only school in Cypress who knew how to handle the DPS paperwork. I was told to "tell all my friends". I will tell them but it will not be that. I will tell them that the DPS office in Brenham was fantastic and my son walked away with his license. My son took driving lessons as well as his road test in Cypress with another Cypress driving school, SafeKeys, which was significantly less expensive. We drove to Brenham to get his license as they had an appointment on Monday morning. The personnel at the Brenham office were fantastic! We received superior customer service. My decision to drive to Brenham is my prerogative and has absolutely nothing to do with the prices I paid in Cypress nor the service I received from Coach Adams on Monday.

Fantastic experience: Everything was Fast and easy My instructor was great the road test was easy too. Better than going to take it at the DPS and waiting 6 weeks or more for an appointment this was fast I made the appointment on a Tuesday for the same week on Friday.

Positive experience: School seems to be good so far although a little hard to find at first when I did not understand that it was on the church's property and not in any of the surrounding strip malls like Google shows.

Fantastic experience: Classes were good with my child, I've had 3 of my kids go through this school and have never had any problems. Scheduling drive times wasn't hard at all, Coach Adams guarantees everyone a drive time as long as you get in contact with him he always managed to get my kids a drive time despite their busy schedule

Negative experience: Could not get drive times, owner was rude. Used this place for my two older kids and it was a horrible, frustrating experience. Looking for a place for my next two kids right now and will use anyone other than this place.

Negative experience: Had my 17 year old daughter schedule an appointment to get her driving test done and they give us the wrong location!! What a waste of time. Very poor service! Stay away! Their business is all rundown and very poorly maintained

Negative experience: The owner Jeff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly cares nothing about follow up w parents and kids. We paid our money completed course and NO AVAILABLE drive times. He recently sold Cypress Driving School location in Copperfield and did not communicate with students or parents the process of what’s next. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY for the class but makes it very hard to complete the remainder part of the 7hr drive time. Beware take your son or daughter somewhere that treat this concern with importance. He is obnoxious and talks over you with a demeaning attitude. If my son was not already in the completion part of this school O would not even deal with them AT ALL.

Fantastic experience: Coach Adams is the best. Very casual guy and very easy to work with. He has a systematic process to give road test which is quick and efficient. Excellent communication! My daughter passed her driving test in first attempt and was not nervous all. He is opening a new driving school in Magnolia and am sure he will do very well helping kids to learn driving quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister took our driving test yesterday and it was a last minute appointment I made the appointment that Friday and took the test on a Monday the instructor was nice and the test was fast I highly recommended that you go though this program and take the test through them they are the best for sure

Fantastic experience: The folks at Cypress Driving School were fantastic for us. My daughter felt very comfortable and they made the process go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend them. Negative experience: The worst, most dangerous drivers! No, not the students. It’s the teachers themselves (or whoever is driving the car when there’s only one person in the car). This review and opinion is based off of 3 separate experiences.

Fantastic experience: The best driving school Mr. Anwar is the best driving teacher/ instructor. He gives extra credit and works with each of his students to make sure they past their class and become great drivers. I definitely recommend coming here for driving classes, it is cheap and they will also do your driving test with you!

Negative experience: DO NOT waste your time here! I did the Parent Taught instruction course with my son and only used them because they offered a discount for students in Cyfair. The owner is so rude!!!! This man was speaking with me in a manor that is not okay when speaking with a female! I called the number on the website that is used for the course and he got mad at me saying that wasn't the number I should've called! Well if that's the case, take the number down Sir! I then proceeded to call and cancel the driving test because we decided to go through the DMV and he started getting angry and telling me my decision was wrong and we will be sitting in a hot car for 2 hours and we won't get a driving test appointment for a while. Well needless to say, my son went on July 11th and we went at 9 and he was finished with his license in his hand by 10. He was extremely rude! I would not recommend this place at all!

Negative experience: The classroom portion was fine but don't bother with the driving portion. The scheduling process is a joke. They say you can email to make it easier but you have to email in a very small, ever-changing window, and if you email outside of that window you get a very rude response saying to respond within the window. Then they'll archive your account before the time allotted for completion so you can't even log in to see when the approved email time is. I wish I could give zero stars. Waste of money and energy.

Negative experience: I couldn't find anything less than a star, poor customer service, little staff to meet the huge demands of kids needing to drive. I have responsibilities and I schedule a head of time but my timing is not to their standards. I have spent a great deal of money trying to get my kid her driving lesson done. I have made serveral attemps calling trying to find a spot avsilable, also sending e-mails. Mr. Adams hire more staff and a secretary to plan all your schedules for the entire year, not one day in advance or the day off!!! If you dont work and stayed glued to the computer than you have a better chance to booked a drive time. best of luck to anyone. completly ignored client.

Negative experience: Horrible drive schedule. Schedules comes out for the day and gets filled so quickly. I got on 3 times during the schedule announcement to be released and on that day within 10 minutes they are filled. Called the school and they were rude telling me that I need to email for a schedule. I would not recommend this place due to their lack of drive time schedule always getting filled too quickly so 6 drive time will take over 6 or 7 months to finish.

Fantastic experience: Great school and great experience! All employees we had contact with were very professional and friendly. Ms. Jane Banda was always very helpful and was always prepared to answer any questions we had with a great attitude! I would recommend this school to anyone!

Negative experience: The guy is condescending, drive times are so confusing its crazy. And the person in the office says "I don't understand why all you people don't get this"... maybe its not all us people who have the problem, there is only one person who is the common denominator in this.

Fantastic experience: Both my kids completed their drivers ED courses here. The classes are convenient and scheduling "drive times" is very convenient thru the web site. The coaches were super nice to the kids and it was overall a great experience! The prices for the classes were reasonable and very comparable to other schools in the area.

Fantastic experience: Loved Miss Jane! The people in the office are very helpful and always return your phone calls. Drive times are a breeze, all you have to do is send an email or make a phone call and you're set. My son learned alot and I feel better knowing he was taught by instructors who care.

Negative experience: *Copperfield location* Owner is rude and they have horrible book keeping. They dont keep receipt books so please take a picture of your receipt and make sure you remember where the secretaries put your file because they will ask YOU the CUSTOMER where the secretary put your file. Dont pay cash ever because they will take your cash give you a receipt that says cash and then say they dont take cash payments. They were very rude to the teenagers and they probably were to afraid to say anything because they have manners unlike the grown *you know what* people work there Nelly Jade and Owner Adams. Do not send your children there alone. Obviously they thought I was a teenager. They bully and intimidate the teenaged workers they have behind the counter. Teenagers should not be doing book keeping for a business.

Fantastic experience: Great school! All 3 of my kids went to Cypress Driving School at the Fry Rd location starting in 2009 with the first one and the last one finishing in 2017. Our experience was always positive. Coach Adams was always accessible to ask questions or to help if needed. He went over and beyond to make sure we always had drive times that worked with our schedule. Cannot say enough about how great this school is!
