Fantastic experience: Just passed my road test today! The driving instructors here are awesome. Very helpful and I have learned so much. I would definitely recommend Berkeley auto school.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience with Berkeley , Joe, Luis And Molly were all so helpful. I'm an older newbie and there's always that initial hesitancy and reluctancy when you embark on this journey so late in life but Joe and Luis are both very calming and encouraging which made this experience with them so smooth and easy, you don't feel judged at all. Molly was my sponsor for my driving test and she calmed my nerves and was super helpful in reminding me the basics before the test which I then passed. Thank you guys greatly for your time,knowledge and hospitality. All in all I couldn't recommend them enough for first time drivers of any age . You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Honestly would recommend there great at there job and very nice people. They show what u need and need to work on. Took a hour practice a day before my exam and one a hour before my road test. They also pick u up And drop you off. 10/10 thank you! I got my license super happy thank you very much again!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 5 driving lessons package deal, I did my driving lessons with both Joe And Luis!! Both were very patient but very informative about the do’s and don’t with driving. Before I knew it, I took my road test and passed first try!! I highly recommend Berkeley Auto School for getting ready for your driving test! The ladies in the office also were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable!

They do their best to give you the best experience possible and make sure that you learn a lot in order to get your license. Everyone is nice and understandable and if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have passed my test. I thank them a lot and recommend you should join them!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Berkeley Auto to all the budding learners out here in the Merrimack Valley Area. The entire team is great. Molly helped a lot in setting me up for the classes and test and was always on top of things. Joe is a great teacher and even greater and calmer person. I learned a lot from him and passed the test in the first attempt. I had prior experience in driving but my last license expired few years back as I was not in the US. As per MassDoT rules, I had to restart from zero and as most students and even with the experienced ones, I was nervous before my test but Joe helped me calm down. He has a great attitude and his calmness makes him a great teacher. I really had a great time with Berkeley Auto school. 10 on 10.

Fantastic experience: They have great instructors who are so patient and great teachers. My lessons with them definitely made me feel ready for my road test. They were super accommodating with scheduling and I was able to get all on my lessons done in a fair amount of time.

Negative experience: Work 3-6, hardly ever open. Never pick up calls. Take years to book lessons. Need to change hours, 3-6 doesn’t make any sense. Need to add more workers. I call for 30 mins straight and no one can pick up the phone. If they had more people picking up the phone maybe i can schedule lessons.

Positive experience: Molly was so patient, kind, and professional with me and she prepared me for my driving test so well! Passed the first try and she made the process easy! Only leaving 4 stars because of Gabby and she made scheduling lessons difficult. But Molly was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that from the office with Gabby to on the road with Roland and Molly was nothing but peaceful and so easy. You guys made the process stress free and went out of your way to ensure that I was ready for my exam. Yesterday I was able to pass the exam first try and was very grateful I transferred from my previous school. The best school hands down.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driver's license two years ago, thanks to the Puertorican driving male instructor (i forgot his name Rolando?) He is awesome, very professional, flexible, patient and punctual, he will give you your full hour of driving unlike other driving instructor I've experienced in the area unfortunately, lacked professionalism, work ethic and do not give you your full hour.i highly recommend him, I'm actually trying to reach somebody in the office right now to schedule my grandma who passed her permit and needs classes!
