Negative experience: I did not take a class with them however, today I did see one of the instructors (I’m assuming) speeding down Main Street in Reynoldsburg. This young man was also texting and driving. Luckily it was just him in the vehicle and not a student driver. I thought we were teaching the teens how to drive safely? Please make better decisions when teaching the younger ones how to drive.

Fantastic experience: These people will get you right! I was dealing with years of resistance making lame attempts to pass this road test. Frederick took care of me. This man dismantled my anxiety towards the testing process. Dude encouraged me a lot. If you need to take care of business get with these folks! I passed my test and I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: Really Great and Professional Driving School. My instructor was very informative and gave every constructive feedback to how I drove, which makes me feel more confident while driving. Although this place costs $500, I can assure you that this driving school is well worth the cost considering the prices on most driving schools in columbus is usually priced the same and this school would be one of the only few drivings schools worth paying, especially since I was able to complete Behind The Wheel within a span of 2 weeks, unlike other places that would probably end up taking months. Overall, I would recommend going to this driving school if you plan on finishing asap while getting feedback during instruction!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start. Queencoco is a great choice for the behind the wheel option. From day one they were very kind and resourceful. I had to call multiple times due to questions I had and each time they very helpful. I will be recommending Queencoco to all of my friends!

Negative experience: Horrible experience, I finished their 24 hour online class and made an appointment for 7:30AM on Monday February 19, but their website showed me 12:30PM. I got so confused but went with 12:30PM because I was thinking maybe they didn’t have the 7:30AM. I decided to call them at 9:15AM to confirm if it was really 7:30AM or 12:30PM because I know Queencoco Driving School opens from 9AM to 5PM but when I woke up (before 9) Samuel (from Queencoco Driving School) had already called me and my mom. My mom gave the phone to me and he started asking if I knew I had an appointment for 7:30AM, I tried to explain to him that the website gave me 12:30PM but he said I put 7:30AM so it was my fault and that I needed to pay a $35 fee for not showing up. I told him it was their website’s fault so I was not gonna pay the $35 dollar fee. He then went on to say I was being disrespectful and that he can’t work with me because of my behavior…off of just 30 seconds of meeting me. He refunded my $500. I couldn’t even explain my case, he also never checked the website to see if I was telling the truth, he just started blaming me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: There's a reason this place schedules so much faster than the other driving places in Columbus........would not recommend! My child would walk in the door laughing & joking about the conversations he had with the very young instructor. I never had the driver communicate anything with me as the parent. It's worth spending a bit more & waiting for a school that takes driving with a teenager more seriously & teaches the importance & safety of being behind a wheel, versus how quickly they push drivers through.

Fantastic experience: Today my daughter last day for her in car driving. She called me and said Mom you have to do a review they were great! And they were great! Also very helpful, pleasant and always kept in communication with us. I was referred by a friend to go to Queen Coco driving school and l see why! ❤️ Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Negative experience: My daughter picked this driving school in a rush. It was a terrible experience. The communication was bad and the service was unprofessional. They assigned three drivers in four-day lessons -- Samuel, Frank (1) and Frank (2). We found out later that Samuel’s and Frank (1)’s pictures were not on the wall where they posted their driving instructors’ certificates issued by the BMV in the office. Samuel was the instructor for the first two days. He texted on his phone a lot and was not always paying attention on the road. Frank (1) arrived 45 minutes late in the third day. He explained he couldn’t find the place, but Samuel had no problem finding the place in the first two days. I called the company right away and Edward (Edward is the one in charge of the driving school. ) told me he was going to give us a 30-minute make-up class the following day. My daughter told me that Frank (1) encouraged her to run a yellow light even though she was within a safe stopping distance. He also texted on his phone a lot. I was shocked and suspected the instructor's qualifications. Frank (2) showed up in the fourth day. He was not aware of the make-up class in the fourth day. I talked to Edward about Frank (1)’s dangerous instruction, and the make-up class. Edward rescheduled a one-hour make-up class for the following Tuesday, but he didn’t show up that day without any notification in advance. There was more, but we had enough. This was a terrible experience and nightmare for us. My suggestion is do not use this company. Do not risk your children under dangerous instruction.

Negative experience: Purchased a package for classroom and in-car instruction in April and signed my daughter up for in-person classes in June. Those classes were cancelled without us being notified. We then tried to sign up for classes online, and were asked to pay another $52 on top of the $500 we had already paid for classroom and in car instruction. Tried to contact the school via phone and online with no response. Now just trying to get a refund.

Positive experience: I am very satisfied with the way they contacted me for the make-up up day, overall good place for the learning skills.

He was very patient and did everything to make sure I was prepared for my driving test, and he was very helpful knowing I had anxiety about driving and he jus made the whole process way less stressful so I just wanted to say thank you so much for your service & making sure I was well prepared for the driving exam! I also wanted to inform you all that this is a great place to go to if you want to go and get your drivers license early if you don’t live out east and your having problems getting someone to pick you up and drop you off give queencoco driving school a call they provide amazing service!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Queencoco Driving School. First, communication is good. School always has someone answer the phone or return voice mail pretty quick. I have a few rescheduling due to school events. All went smooth. Secondly, we can get the schedule 1 or 2 month ahead than other driving schools. Lastly, the driving teachers are very polite and knowledgeable. My son said the maneuverability test is easy after the first class because of the techniques from the teacher. Definitely Recommend!

Fantastic experience: Tim was my son’s instructor and he was so encouraging and kind. Joana in the office is a delight. We are in Worthington and the location was convenient, plus the instructors picked my son up from school and dropped off at home or at his job when necessary. My son learned his maneuverability easily with Tim‘s patient guidance. All around really smooth experience. They are booking several weeks in advance now (as is everyone - as of August 2022) so plan accordingly. We booked about two months ago and just now completed our four sessions in five days. Not all driving schools will allow you to sign up before you have the certificate of completion from an online program, but this one well, just make sure your child finishes the “classroom” portion on time.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with this company. They provided kind, professional, and affective in-car instruction. By the end of the fourth lesson, my daughter was able to do the maneuverability portion very well. They also got her lessons in ONE MONTH quicker than every other company we called. I'm proud to support and recommend this black-owned business.

I like that they called me a half hour prior to picking him up each day to remind us that they would be there exactly at the pickup time. My son said that his driving instructor was very nice and polite!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 3 FRIENDS USED, THEY DO NOT SHOW UP, CANCEL WITHOUT CALLING, BAD SERVICE, ETC... I mean Queen Coco should be a strip joint not a driving school, save your $$!

Negative experience: Trying to get a friend's son into driving School. I called this place and there is a really bad communication barrier. Maybe a good spot for foreign customers. I was just asking basic questions like what is required and pricing and the person on the phone/representative did not understand what I was trying to say. They seemed extremely friendly but I was unable to communicate properly. Maybe a wonderful school but definitely not for me.

He explain everything so easy I was struggling with maneuverability and he explain in and easy way so I pass the driving test with flying colors !! Negative experience: My daughter only had 4 appointments. The first one they never showed up. We had to reschedule. Fine. Her last appointment was today and I called to ask them some questions only to find out she got took off the schedule for today! Nobody was even going to call. It's rescheduled for tomorrow but now we have to change our plans AGAIN to accommodate the company. I would not use this school again in the future

Fantastic experience: I did 9 hours here and finished the first 6 hours in the span of 3 days, weeks before my drivers test. I scheduled my test and did a 3 hour refresher the day before my test and passed with flying colors. I was prepared so well at this school that even though I was EXTREMELY nervous during the test, nothing unexpected happened because they prepared me so well! I have severe driving anxiety and my peers have gotten their licenses years before me and I can’t believe I have my driver’s license. I was so confident that I would pass and my nerves was settled. The way my instructor taught me Maneuverability was awesome because I practiced so much with their tips and on test day I didn't even break a sweat. Awesome people, great prices, and even got me in cars faster than any other place I called. I would have to wait months for the other driving schools but they fit me in very fast, just lest than a week! Loved this school, they really helped me and I PASSED!!!!!

Negative experience: We took our daughter here for driving lessons. While we were able to get her in much faster than the other driving schools, we unfortunately had issues. The last day of her in cars she was given pamphlets and speeches by her driving instructor about how she needed to choose to live a Christian life and that if she didn’t she was essentially going to hell. Now, I could be wrong, but I don’t think this is standard driving instruction. We felt it was overall very unprofessional and we unorganized.

Fantastic experience: Queencoco has great driving instructors that are helpful, friendly, and most importantly teachers. I had to reschedule my in-cars because they scheduled it on a day they do not work, but they made sure to give me an earlier date than the one that had been scheduled.

We've been calling a lot of driving school in Columbus and some of them are so rude that we didn't ended up enrolling on that school until we found Queencoco! They have a very friendly staff, affordable prices, a very understanding and patience driving teacher! I have an anxiety driving in the freeway but after a few hours of practice driving with them, I felt so relax and confident on the road already. Enroll your kids or even adults on this school! I am an adult and struggled with getting my driving license for about 5 years now until I found out about Queen Coco driving school. They were very affordable, scheduled my classes back to back so I had consistency in driving, believed in me and was by my side throughout the entire process! They are very skilled at what they do and does not waste their students money and time like other driving schools. I was able to get my license after 20 hours of driving behind the wheel! They explained maneuverability very easy which was something I struggled with because no other driving school taught it to me like this school. Very simple and understandable. I am so grateful to have used this school now I am confident in my driving and know that I am a better and safe driver because of Queen Coco! They deserve 10 stars!!!
