And I’d like to add that I really appreciate their services in a very stressful time for most. I personally had to take a driver improvement course and the lady at the window was Very clear and decisive with my instructions and even printed my documents that I forgot! Great location and good to know that there are nice, friendly, and helpful people in this profession. MVA is hell for Everyone, so anything associated with that is assumed to be similar. Negative experience: Missed a day that was barely made. Poor communication you’ll be lucky to get a response a day. Instead of giving answers provides generic responses despite being told that the information provided was not of help. Tells me to fill out a form which are directly from the links that were provided and still no information. I ask about what’s happening and what do I get MORE LINKS! To the exact same thing just to be told I “apparently” filled out the wrong application. But did they tell me that from the start? No? Did they provide a correct link when they came to that realization? No. Overall experience was a 0

Fantastic experience: I came in to the Rosedale office to do my drivers improvement course so I could get my license back. The entire process was super easy. I was able to do the initial course on line at my own pace. After i finished all the lessons my next step was to take the test. The woman who was at the office the day I took my test was super helpful, After she graded my test, she gave me my sheet back and told me to look over my answers again and this time, not to rush, had she not done that I would have failed. I feel she went above and beyond to help me, she knew I was nervous and knew I needed to pass this test. I'm greatly appreciative of her, and would highly recommend this driving school to anyone who needs to get their license for the first time or to get their license back. I will be taking my teens here when they are ready to drive. They are super helpful and very down to earth people!

Fantastic experience: I feel extremely lucky to have chose this driving school in Rosedale because they let me do the classroom hours virtual and my teacher was very nice and thorough. My behind the wheel lessons instructor was very good at his job he made me feel comfortable driving with him while also stern when he needed to be. I will remember what he taught me for the rest of my life, especially when it’s time for me to teach my own kids. Stop before the white line.

Fantastic experience: The first driving school I went to was the one is rosedale it was my first evaluation since it was closer to my home. I don't believe it went tl well at first because i was in the car with someone i didn't know but i was thankful He had the kindness to sit through and help me even tho i couldn't understand him because of his accent. The next ones i went to Owings mills i had a different person it was a very nice lady she talked to me through things and taught me how to breathe and relax i was doing well then when we got back to the driving school i forgot to do one thing but i still passed she was a very gold evaluator as well and would've definitely been a good teacher tl go to if i had the finances. Reisterstown Road Then last couple times i felt more comfortable each time. I definitely improved because i felt it And was told that i did my evaluators went above and beyond and i appreciate everyone of them for not giving up ln me i can park relatively well i got more comfortable driving on the road i usually like the left lane and to ride the line but they ensured me that im ok and i can do it and i drive more comfortably in the right and center lane as well. They Trusted me with their Safety and I trusted the and that's everything I just want to say thank you to them

Negative experience: Maybe I got the short end of the stick and got a bad instructor, but I’d give a 0 if I could. TC(I think his name was) would take me to the CCBC parking lot and just make me drive around but not really teach me how to do anything. He would also tell me to speed up and go fast when the speed limit in that area is only 15mph btw. Every 15 minutes or so he would get out and then smoke a cigarette which I did not like, but I couldn’t really say anything as well. Another this is that if you’re a girl, I hope you don’t get him. I am a man, but when it was raining heavily, he made me pick up the cones and said something along the lines of “I wish it was a female they would not want to go out in the rain but I would make them do it anyway”. I eventually learned that this guy hasn’t even gotten proper training on how to be an instructor and I wish I could go back in time to never do classes with them. In the end I just went to Direct Driving school and I would recommend anyone reading this to do so as well. It is also cheaper, and the only issue you might face with them is if availability.

Fantastic experience: Ms.Sherri was my driving school teacher, she was the best! She really helped us a lot, only way a person will fail her class is if they were not paying attention because her directions are clear from the cut.

Negative experience: Great online class but terrible behind the wheel. Rude instructor (Charles Arthur) yelled at me and was extremely condescending. He refused to take me to drive after I waited for my appointment because I didn’t have enough hours in with a coach. I was made to leave because he wasted my scheduled lesson to yell. Since you have a video, that means you must not have watched it. You have one of your instructor being disrespectful. I would like to see the WHOLE VIDEO unedited even the part where my father comes in. Saying I was rude upon arrival is a complete lie because I was respectful until your instructor yelled at me while I was in the car with him. Lying about your customers is the most unprofessional thing I have seen. Charles was yelling at me while driving. His eyes were on me more than the road. Extremely unsafe. Condescending by telling me my parents don’t want to teach me how to drive because I don’t have enough coaching experience while this was my FIRST behind the wheel. Eventually I got upset and called my mother who he ALSO yelled at.

Fantastic experience: I was able to access course material easily using online login. The materials of the course were very comprehensive. The staff person at the Rosedale location went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me with scheduling the test! Very professional and polite! I was able to complete the test and pay for it using iPhone Apple Pay and was out the door, easily! I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs to take any driving education or driver improvement courses.

Positive experience: If you like online classes the staff is well prepared for class when teaching students. Taking good notes should help students pass the class. When scheduling for driving hours at the school you may have to wait for a couple of months before you start your first behind the wheel lesson.

Negative experience: Do not use this driving school unless you want to wait months to be able to finish your driving time. They will gladly take your money for online classes, but they don't have enough cars and instructors to accommodate driving time in a reasonable amount of time. I had to pay another driving school to be able to finish the last 3 hours before the driving test.

Negative experience: Ok so bare with me it is a lot. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are backed up in drive time. I took this class in April. I have not received my behind the wheel time since doing it in April. They tell you to monitor the portal for times so you have to consistently look up times hoping someone cancelled. Now onto my experience I had my 6 hours booked for July (because that was the earliest time the had available). Mind you my class ended in early may. I went to check my drive time to verify I had the right dates and time. I go onto the portal to find out they have canceled 3 of my drive time hours. I received no email about it or anything. This would not have been a problem if the earliest time they had available was not not in AUGUST. Some of y’all might not know but they only give you 18 WEEKS to finish your drive time. By the time I’m able to schedule another drive time I will be in WEEK 16. So it only gives me a two week window to finish my drive time. It to much money for 2 week class and a 16 week waiting period TL;DR: DON’T GO HERE. THEY ARE OVERBOOKED AND HAVE ABNORMAL WAITING PERIODS FOR DRIVE TIME.

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would. They make it impossible to get through by phone. You cannot access the website without login problems and constantly requesting access. You pay for the class up front but cannot schedule the drive hours until after the class is complete. Then you are competing for on instructor time spread over three locations. I even went back in person to discuss the difficulties and was told I had to Schedule online only.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Rosedale site and completed class, and behind the wheel. Everyone was so nice and patient with me. The instructor(Mrs. Debbie) was a sweet older woman that reminded me of my aunt. She made things alot easier as far as learning the "Book Stuff" lol. Its hard times right now with Covid 19 going on and they definitely were awesome and professional hell we even cracked a few jokes. But all and all I would definitely recommend this Driving school.

Negative experience: THE WORST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER. MY DRIVING SCHOOL IS PAID IN FULL AND IM AT THE MVA RIGHT NOW WHERE THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT DRIVING SCHOOL DIDNT SEND THE INFORMATION OVER. I TOOK THE CLASS BACK IN MARCH-APRIL. NOT TO MENTION I WAS THE FIRST VIRTUAL CLASSES AND SOME DAYS WE COULDN’T EVEN CONNECT WITH THE TEACHER. IM SO DISGUSTED AT THE PROFESSIONALISM OF SASHEEN AND HER TEAM. IT IS CRUCIAL IN A TIME LIKE THIS TO HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE. I PAID IN FULL FOR MY SERVICE AND MY INFORMATION WAS NEVER SENT TO THE MVA. I AM BEGINNING TO FEEL LIKE IVE BEEN ROBBED. Negative experience: So I see how the PR manager or whatever they are like to respond to postings so lets see if you can respond to this. I was waiting outside your Rosedale office on AUGUST THE 20th because a family member of mines suppose to have class today @ 10am. It’s 30 mins past 10 now, you guys don’t have direct lines, the office is completely closed, and there are two other people waiting for this establishment to be open. I can see from how the person is responding that they are very unprofessional, but don’t get smart with folks because You guys can’t conduct business correctly. Nor can you promise anyone here any guarantees. I recommend ANYONE looking to do driver’s schooling here to please RECONSIDER. The Automated Message when you call their main lines should tell you what you are going to experience. EDITED: Glad you are focused on the wrong issues with your response. Focus more on your personal, you personally, and how you continue to mistreat the communities you’ve placed your business in. Taking advantage of people who wants to elevate themselves in the most basic ways via a driver’s license and playing with their time is NOT okay. Negative experience: I called the front desk on 08/14/2020 and i was told to make payment via the website and i will receive a link to join the zoom class the next day 08/15/2020 after i made payment on 08/14/2020 for the virtual classes unfortunately no link was sent to me. I called back on 08/15/2020 by 9am to notify them that i never received any link as explained to me but no response,also I sent am email & sms to them still no response. By Monday on 08/17/2020,I send a mail to them but no response i felt so dissatisfied and won't recommend this school to anyone.

Negative experience: When you pay $150.00 to use there car at mva. They are late, don't bring the car you were used to and then the just dismiss you. You don't matter at all.

Negative experience: When I signed up for the class it was through their website, I made the mistake of paying extra for the class when I rushed and did a payment through Paypal from an email that was sent to me from the school. I talked to the accountant before COVID she confirmed that I overpaid and she would give me the refund for the overpayment. When COVID happened I was shocked that I still had not received the refund. I have been contacting their website, email, and phones to only be answered through the online teacher and someone on their scheduling email. I wanted to receive a refund because of not having the service and the overpayment and they are constantly telling me they can’t solve the issue. Making all these statements that conflict with the actual conversation I had with the lady behind the desk. So, I have contacted the better business bureau. The class wasn’t bad, but the professionalism with handling communication is terrible. You would think they would give people’s money back knowing what people have gone through with COVID.

Fantastic experience: The best driving school I’ve ever attended they’ll let you know everything you need to know ,you will definitely leave knowing lots of things you’ve never knew they also make it very comfortable and fun I recommend this school to everyone .I attended the one on 5335 Reisterstown Rd my teacher was meeka she was the absolute best I swear❤️If I had to do it all over I would definitely go back

Negative experience: How can you be a driving school teacher but always hitting other ppls cars that are parked and then leave like you just didnt hit a car? They left me a fake note and then tried to say there wasnt proof of them hitting my car and now it happened again with someone else. Shame on you!

Negative experience: This place is a complete rip off. DO MOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The Driver instructors cancel appointments whenever they want even though there is a month wait to do your behind the wheel times. You pay for 6 hours of driving time, I had to share my lessons and time with other students so instead of getting my full 2 hours of driving I only received 1. I would not recommend anyone send there kids here. Your child will not be taught properly. Save yourself the trouble, don’t waste you money here. Pay the extra 50$ At different driving school to ensure your getting what you paid for

Negative experience: In school instructions was great! Ms.Debbie was an amazing teacher. However this school is trash when it comes to scheduling the behind the wheel sessions. The lady who handles the scheduling is very unprofessional I would not recommend this school to anyone. I finished in class April 5th, I wouldn’t be able to finish behind the wheel until after July. They just take your money and don’t take into consideration that all these students they talking on have to complete on the road hours. So now I have to pay another $250 at ANOTHER school to be able to complete on the road hours in a timely manner. I called a week ago & emailed for a refund the very unprofessional women said “ please process her refund and send paperwork by 5pm today “ I called this morning not a damn thing was processed nor mailed out. Don’t waste your time with this school. It’s cheap but I’d rather payed another school $345 & been done!!

Negative experience: The phone reps are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Also it’s really difficult to schedule behind the wheel time. I completed the classroom session in August and the first available befind the wheel time is in December that’s kind of ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Me. Bonds is amazing! The class sizes aren’t to big and she keeps everyone entertained and laughing. I looked forward to class everyday, and definitely left with a lot more driving experience then I had before. If you want to feel comfortable and welcome, attend this school.
