Negative experience: The sister parent to this company is a joke. They do not have certification in Georgia right now. We found this out after my daughter did their online class and no certificate was available. The phone number provided you will receive no help from. Needless to say, I have an upset 16 year old and no class certificate now and it’s license day. Avoid a place that doesn’t keep up with certifications!!!

Fantastic experience: I don't know how to drive yet however Mrs.Chloe is helping me learn the best ways to drive safely and smart, while being patient with me and making learning fun. So sign up for the lessons from her.

Negative experience: Complete fraud, hands down. normally I'm a calm individual, but this FRAUDULENT company /business took my information to sign up drivers education for my 16 year old daughter. AFTER they charged my credit card, I was prompted to start the application, and halfway through completing it, a note popped up saying i could not continue, as they were unable to confirm my identity, nor my daughter's, and was told I had to go through a process of emailing, paperwork, see a public notary, etc. WHAT COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY THEN PROCEEDS AFTER TO SAY WE DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE, AND I MUST PROVE IT?? Terrible fraudulent business practice, taking money for a service they haven't or are unable to provide. Ohio Attorney general's office has been notified , complaint filed. I do not recommend this company.to anyone.

Negative experience: No longer in business!

Negative experience: Went out of business after we had one lesson and purchased a 6 hour driving session and online exam. I just received an email from them saying they no longer service my area. I hope to be reimbursed for my unused lessons and online class that I paid for.

Fantastic experience: I took both the online course and private lessons with DriversEd and had a great experience with both. The online course's curriculum is well thought out and any student with decent studying skills will likely find themselves passing the knowledge test for their permit/license with ease. During the one-on-one lessons, my instructor Donelle Durham was very helpful and calm, even when I got nervous on the road. I saw significant improvement in my driving and would definitely take lessons in the future.

Negative experience: I took 10 hours in car classes and road test with this school. They did squeeze all of my classes and my road test in two weeks. They expected me to pass the test. Of course l failed. Right after that, l learned they will go out of business at the end of December, 2019. This explains why they were in rush to take the money and wrap up the classes as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: I had Ms. Chloe Hudson as mr instruction and was really informed while driving. She made sure to let me know anything that I needed to work on and helps me maneuver the roads. Highly Recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: From learning simple turns to driving rush hour traffic, this course taught me everything I needed to know. My instructor, Donelle Durham, was patient and thorough. I felt very safe and can’t imagine how I would drive if I hadn’t taken the classes. Scheduling was very easy and very convenient; I did all three of my two hour lessons in a week.

Fantastic experience: These driving lessons have been EXTREMELY helpful to me as a new driver. I was nervous the first lesson, but my instructor was kind and chatty which instantly relieved my stress levels. Fantastic experience: Mr. Donelle Durham was my instructor for the three lessons I took. He was very calm, which definitely helps out a new driver like me. He always asked to made sure I understood his instructions fully, and would physically show me if I needed clarification. He gave detailed, very helpful instructions for all areas of driving, such as merging onto the highway or doing a three-point turn. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and, thanks to my instructor, I am much more confident in my driving skills now. I would definitely recommend the lessons for any new drivers.

I had a very good experience in this lesson and his teaching style made it easy to learn all the steps especially in parallel parking. Despite being a lesson to prepare for my driving test, it wasn't anxiety inducing and he provided a good environment for me to learn.

Negative experience: Just had an incident with one of your instructors. Elderly gentleman with glasses. Happened on chastain road. Individual repeatedly tried to force his way into my lane, where there was no space. Traffic was moving around 45mph. I honked as it seemed he was going to run into my vehicle. He proceeded to honk and ride my bumper with his bright lights on until reaching 41. He pulled up next to me in the turn lane and would not look over. He did smile like he was enjoying being a nuisance on the road. As a driving instructor he should be ashamed of himself and you as company are suffering on behalf of his gross negligence. Hopefully there is some form of managerial discipline in this type of matter. Also i hope he isnt an owner.

Negative experience: Horrible service. My daughter scheduled lessons with them and tried to reschedule the first one because it was pouring down rain. We told the rep neither she or I as her parent were comfortable with her being a new driver driving in heavy rain. We tried to reschedule several times but were told we couldn’t do so with out a $50 fee. Mind you have paid for three lessons and looking to do six. Supervisor Natalie was the worse and not helpful at all. Won’t do any business with them.
