Fantastic experience: All the driving was good passed my road test all thanks to my driving instructor Arthur will recommend to anyone.
Negative experience: I was allowed to schedule a road in the beginning of July then not only was I forced to pay to do a lesson with them in order to get a car for the road test they also ended up canceling on me 2 days before my exam telling me the next availability they have is in August.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. When you contacted us yesterday to rent the car for a road test that you had booked for Monday, we had a driver available but unfortunately, he had a change in his schedule shortly after we closed the office. I understand that can be very frustrating and we are very sorry. As it relates to the lesson, if you are not an existing student with us, you are required to take atleast 1 lesson before you can rent our car for your road test. Again, we apologize for the trouble caused. We really wanted to assist but the time frame we had to work with ended up being too short. If you have any other concerns or suggestions for how we can better our services, do not hesitate to give us a call.
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of passing my road test exam with the one and only Arthur! I had to take my road test again due to an suspended and expired license. I was nervous because since I already know how to drive I had to reprogram myself to drive the "correct way" to pass the road test. And in 2 days with 2 lessons Arthur was able to help me drive exactly the way I needed to in order to pass. He was patient, gave me some really good tips and had a great personality! Beyond pleased with my experience not only with this school but also with Arthur. And by the way, out of all the schools I called, this was only school that picked up the phone. Other schools either didn't pick up or call me back.

Fantastic experience: Sabrina’s 5 hour class was like nine other. This is my 3rd 5 hour class. The 2nd one was with this company and it felt dragging and boring. Fantastic experience: This review is for the 5 Hour Test I took with Sabrina as my instructor. She was nice, calm, collective and funny. She has a lot of experience driving and teaching others to drive as well. She tries to make her class engaging as and knows her stuff. While I don’t have her as an instructor, I kind of wish I did because she is a person you can trust when you’re behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: I took my road test last friday and passed. I highly recommend this school. My instructor was Tuson. He is an exceptional instructor, very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and best at explaining. He will teach and explain to you everything with the right techniques preparing you for real life scenarios and the road test. He taught me how easily I can park the car and how to drive perfectly in the lane. I had amazing experience and very grateful. I finally have my diving license. Negative experience: Horrible teacher! Yelled and cursed at me and tried to control the wheel while I was on the highway. Extremely unprofessional.

According to our records, we do not have you booked for a highway lesson. We strive to create an atmosphere that is always professional and courteous and this policy would prevent any of our instructor from being verbally abusive. Also, in the event that an instructor foresees a potentially hazardous situation, they may apply the brake or take the wheel. This is to ensure the safety of everyone. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile to ensure that our customers are left satisfied and this was evident in the fact that we picked you up for your lesson and dropped you off at home despite you being outside of our pick-up/drop-off range. Fantastic experience: In my experience this school is really good. My driving instructor was Shanese she was really great and nice. I was able to pass my road test with only just five lessons. Also one of women who worked in the office Crystal she was also really helped me everything when it came to changing my appointments or really anything. I really recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Several years ago I attempted to get a drivers license by attending a driving school and failed. It was only after taking lessons with my driving instructor Tuson, that I realized how unprepared I was for a driving test back then. The driving instructor you have can make all the difference and I was lucky enough to find a great one to teach me how to drive. Tuson had a very patient and positive approach to driving instruction. He explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. The day of my driving test I was extremely nervous but, there was Tuson telling me that I could do it, and I was ready for my test and he was right. When I got behind the wheel, my training kicked in and I passed my test. So to anyone looking to get a drivers license I would say. The most important thing is to find the right instructor and I recommend Tuson.

Negative experience: The instructor was horrible. She taught me how to make mistakes. During my lesson, she was on her Phone. One class was enough never to use this service. The instructor didn't prepare for my study. I should known everything by myself.

Fantastic experience: Crystal from the Queens location has amazing hospitality- Very kind, courteous, informative and attentive. Stephen from the Queens location is an amazing driver and instructor. He is very patient and fluent about what is expected of you on the road. He ensures the feeling and actually of his students safety while practicing on the road. Positive experience: The instructors were knowledgeable, but I had a very unprofessional experience. The cars were dirty half the time, and out of the 4 lessons I had 3 of them were in a car with low tire pressure. That was enough to take off a half a star max(and I probably would not have), but I had a horrid experience with an instructor who was late and unapologetic. He then tried to fix the car when he finally came, and had to be told by the secretary to not do that with a student who is waiting on their lesson. The cherry on top was when he proceeded to try and shorten my time by 10-15 minutes after. When I called him out on it he was rude. If it wasn't for the secretary and the new instructor I switched to I might have rated it 2 stars. I am assuming this was maybe a bad day, but that is no excuse none the less.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of taking lessons with two of the instructors at Blue Steel Auto School. Their names are Tuson and Arthur. They both were highly experienced and really helped me improve my driving and parking in just three lessons. They were pleasant, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the rules of the road. I will definitely be looking to take more lessons with them. This driving school is one of the most professional ones I have encountered and I am glad that I was able to learn here.

Fantastic experience: Courteous staff, respond quickly to phone calls and email and are punctual, especially for Crystal, she is very patient in answering questions and explaining you the process, very friendly. My instructor, Arthur is very friendly, patient but professional, detailed, constructive criticism but not condescending. I was always been nervous behind the wheel, however my driving instructor, Arthur was the greatest ever in helping me being confident while identifying my weaknesses and correct them. Good test preparation, great staff. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Great school... Mr. Authur is a great instructor. He spends the time to teach you everything about the car (set mirror, indicator, wipers etc.) before we take off.. The staff is very friendly and takes the time out to respond to you in a timely manner..
